Solid advantages :) And the most important one is the owner Aziz, who added a real Uzbek flavor to our trip! On his recommendation, we ate delicious Samarkand pilaf in the mahalla and tasted the best mantas in the city. We should also mention the breakfasts at this hotel. This is not a breakfast, but a real Uzbek feast with a dozen dishes! We were treated to white bread, various kinds of samsa, sweets, homemade jam, omelets, pancakes and much more. Tea can be brought at any time.
The hotel itself is located in an old Jewish house, which recreates the atmosphere of the 19th century. Aziz paid a lot of attention to the little things, and therefore his hotel is more like a museum. And what is a 200-year-old mulberry tree in the middle of the yard! A huge tree is the soul of this place, under which guests gather. And there are always a lot of them - the French, the British, the Russians are a real international :) If you see empty seats for your dates, you're in luck, book without thinking :) Aziz, thank you for your hospitality and comfort. Inshallah, see you later!

We booked through booking, and everything was fine with us. There was even room for one more unplanned person. Brother Aziz sorted everything out, settled everyone, treated them to tea (and more), suggested the right places, and set the breakfast on time. We traveled by car - we could leave it in the courtyard, which is very valuable in this mahalla. On the way back from our trip, he helped us out a lot with an overnight stay - he checked us into the El Emir hotel mentioned in the comments - a pleasant courtyard, good rooms. I agree that it's not very pleasant when you book in one place and they give you accommodation in another for more, but the hotel itself is very pleasant, with a beautiful courtyard and good rooms. But still about the "legend". The rooms are cool in the right way. The courtyard itself is a beauty, even if you take guided tours here. You need to understand that this is still a guest house, where there is a host and there are guests. So, this is not a hotel, but a guest house, with its own flavor. The host doesn't like to chat, especially with an interesting guest, but he won't bother you if you're an introvert. If you just need to spend the night demanding customer service, then this is not the place for you. If you want to get into the flavor and feel like a guest, then feel free to book. Aziz, if you're reading this, greetings from two little ones and one big one on a black Chevrolet tracker!
A very cozy guest house.
Authentic, and the rooms are very functional. There is everything you need.
The breakfast is bombastic.
The hosts are very friendly.
It takes about 7 minutes to walk from the center.
