The arena itself is not bad, modern. In addition to hockey, there are several other entertainment options: billiard room, bowling alley.There is a bus stop nearby, and there are plenty of parking spaces. But the match itself is not convenient to watch everywhere . It's impossible to look from the rows behind the gate at all. The information board-TV is not very impressive. The paraphernalia, like everywhere else, is unreasonably expensive. In general, everything is fine with the arena, which I can't say about hockey yet.

A good arena, spacious, near two large Parking lots, a mini-cafe on the ground floor, a large cafe with a TV on the second floor, there is a sales point for HC Lokomotiv Orsha branded paraphernalia in the arena, there is a playground for children!

The management of the ice arena would do well to pay attention to the number of people who want to skate on weekends. It seems that the arena was built only for hockey players and takes into account their interests.
It is outrageous to do one mass skating on Saturday, for which there are no tickets already 5 hours before the session.
There are 4 sessions on Sunday, but you have to queue for more than an hour in the afternoon to ride in the evening, and there are no penguins for children 5 hours before the session.
So it turns out that there is an ice rink, but people get everything according to the residual principle, I would like to have more balance in this matter, but here there is a clear bias in interests.

We visited 2 families with children for ice cream in a mini cafe in the building of the ski'roller track. It's all good. The prices are a little overpriced, but not critical. But there is one THING - this is a team, that is, an administrator who sells goods. We have visited before and the seller always said, please choose what you like in the refrigerator and go through to pay. But it's not always!!! Be warned about the administrator with blatant rudeness. She didn't give her full name. There is a photo) (in the photo, the heroine who insulted the children) snatched ice cream from the children and cheated the children so that they would not crawl there with their little hands. The children are all crying. We mothers were shocked! How so? The children chose 10 seconds, she flew up like a kite and began to insult everyone, which is impossible! That ice cream had already been stolen from her like that. What do you mean? We are standing next to each other and our children are not thieves.... A nightmare!!!! We chose!!! Boorish!!! She also waved her hand after her - let's go from here! The administrator was called and she did not immediately admit guilt, scaring the camera - we said turn it on. We only chose ice cream. So much for working in a children's complex. Are there really no employees who want and can work with children. I do not advise buying something from them in order to avoid a bad mood for both myself and the child. The evening was ruined! Horror and shame!! THE COMPLAINT BOOK WAS NOT GIVEN TO US. I was on Friday evening (the match Lokomotiv - Dynamo Molodechno). The ticket cost 5 rubles (the price is identical for all sectors). There is parking nearby (free of charge), a public transport stop is also nearby. The arena staff is adequate (I forgot to put out a knife and a spray can before the match - everything was returned at the exit). Inside, everything is orderly and dignified, the orientation is sane and understandable. There is also entertainment for children. The review was quite good (sector 4, row 8), the only thing was that the names of the players who scored /assisted were not indicated on the scoreboard. Cheerleaders are pleasant (to the eye) young ladies. The announcer's voice was not always understandable. In general, it is a pleasant pastime.

Hello, I would like to clarify, when you organize commercial tournaments, why is the organization so weak? We were at the tournament on May 20-21, the electronic scoreboard did not work for two days, there is no hot water (and sports competitions are taking place!!!), the children sat on the ice during breaks, because there were no mats or benches to rest. Well, the cherry on the cake is that the awards were "squeezed", there were very few nominations , so few were lucky enough to receive medals ( plastic ones) . I would like to remind you that the tournament is "commercial" (and not at all cheap!!) parents take their children to such games-to play and win awards, it's important for kids!!! There is no need to save money on this.
