I had a wife and daughter in this aqua park. The aqua park itself is very decent, there are many slides for every taste, an excellent children's area. Nice swimming pool. Now about the disadvantages. Queues at the entrance to the water park for two whole hours... Without exaggeration. If you honestly take a voucher for a family with children, you will have to wait in line for a very long time. And if, like "alone," a company of young people can pass with minimal expectation. We didn't have such a room, because my daughter is a minor. It turns out that families with children over 3 years old wait the longest at the entrance. At the same time, only 5 cash registers out of 10 were working. As I understand it, this regulates the number of visitors. But it doesn't really work either. Inside the queue on the slides, it was possible to stand for half an hour. This is no good. Let those fewer people be better, for a higher fee, than to inconvenience people instead of relaxing. If you go for 4 hours, it is enough to ride only once on the most popular slides, which is very sad. For these shortcomings and the thirst for profit of the owners, I take off two stars.

An affordable price. I decided to visit here recently, before that I had experience with water parks only in another country. I went to Lebyazhy at random, without knowing anything in advance. I was very surprised that in order to get to the water park area, you have to wait for a queue of 100 people. That is, the difference between my payment voucher and the one that now has 100 people at the checkout. I waited for 10 minutes, the queue moved to 8 positions. It may be worth starting a service with an additional service for those who want to pay more.

It is better to come on weekdays, if possible, since there are a lot of people on weekends and you can stand and wait for a slide for a long time. An elevator would not hurt to climb the high hills... It's a little hard to climb, like to the 5th floor. And there are quite a few such descents. We decided to visit the lebyazhy water park on August 22. The impressions were disgusting. I'll start over:
Huge queues for EACH slide. We understand that it's summer, everyone wants to enjoy it. But make some kind of restriction of visitors, because this is impossible! You take 4 hours, of which 3 are standing in queues.
Some of the slides just didn't work - there was no warning about it on the site. But only at the counter in the water park itself - it's cool to find out about it when we were driving from another city.
We also decided to visit the SPA area. It was as disgusting as possible... I can't say that I'm so squeamish, but everything looked terrible and miserable. 3 baths/zones out of 7 did not work. Naturally, we wanted to visit everything. There was no warning about this anywhere.
They wrote to the complaint book. I received a reply / unsubscribe - yes, I am aware that there are huge queues and a lot of visitors, but that's it :)) You have to earn money, right?
The very condition of the water park is very sad - mold, rust, dirt.
Once again, I would definitely not visit Lebyazhy

The aquazone is good, but the spa is not worth paying for separately. There are only two hot baths, and even then they are not too hot. In the Russian oven, visitors are constantly pouring water. There is nothing to breathe and it is cold... No pleasure at all. The Finnish sauna is more or less, but I would like it hotter.
They came because of the spa, took me for three hours. They left after an hour and a half, they were dissatisfied. There is no charge for such saunas in other water parks.

I came to the spa, I thought that this level of the water park would be cool, but the expectation and reality of course diverged. There are no shower heads on the hoses in saunas, it seems that all thieves only walk there. We had a rest in Minsk from February 18th to 25th. We lived in the Aqua Minsk hotel. Accommodation in it provides the opportunity to visit the Lebyazhy Aquapark for free throughout the day, and the number of entrances and exits is unlimited, or to go in at least for the whole day. I.e. the cost of visiting is included in the cost of paying for the hotel, which is very convenient and you do not need to study the long price list on the aquapark website (I personally could not finish reading it). The second advantage of this accommodation is that you are given the right / ticket to visit the SPA area for only 28.0 rubles, and also for at least a whole day, but only with one visit to the water park. If you leave the water park, you will be allowed into the water park for the second time, but not into the SPA area. Now about the water park: we arrived at the hotel on February 18th at about 17:00, settled in and immediately went to the water park. At about 18:00 we were in it, quickly undressed in the wardrobe and at the reception. Despite the fact that it was Sunday, we passed it quickly. And in general, over the next week we never waited long either in the wardrobe or at the reception, and this despite the fact that the junior classes in Belarus had additional holidays and there were many visitors. At the same time, I had a clear feeling that if there was at least one more employee at the reception, there would be no queue at all. Thanks to this formulation of the case, it was only towards the end of our stay that we realized that the guests of Aqua Minsk have their own accelerated electronic queue (although they told us about it at the time of placement, but we ignored it). And so, they used the common one and did not suffer. What else we immediately noticed on the first visit, and this was the case in the future - the staff of the water park do not smile at visitors either in the wardrobe, at the reception, or in the aqua zone, well, no friendliness. All communication is dryly businesslike. On our first visit, we did not purchase tickets to the SPA, but simply got acquainted with the water park: the air was warm enough, we walked, swam all the paths, grottoes and what else there. We paddled with the children on the waves, they studied the paddling pool and were very pleased with it, found out where the SPA is. Around 22:00, "Elvis left the building." In the following days, we spent Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at the water park, missed Thursday and Friday almost the whole day, and on Saturday we were from afternoon to evening. We already took a SPA, for a family of four, it cost 112.0 rubles. We took towels and bathrobes (there are both small and large sizes!!!). My wife and I spent more time at the SPA (without any additional treatments). She was in the steam rooms, especially in the salt room, but she didn't miss the others either. I spent a lot of time in the hydro massage pool, massaged my feet, a very good procedure, and steamed in the Finnish sauna and the caldarium. We refreshed ourselves in a font with cold water and on the sea waves (where you can play catch-up with children). Children were EVERYWHERE. They mastered almost all the slides on their own and were very pleased with them. But on Saturday they didn't get any buns for skiing. There were no free people at all, no matter how much you expect. There were a lot of visitors and a lot of buns were removed under the slides, I think specifically so that there would be no queues for the descent. I myself did not climb up for skiing, the stairs are steep, and the leg with an endoprosthesis is against it. But if there was an elevator, it would definitely roll down, and more than once. On Saturday, the pool was opened outside and I swam with the children. The son climbed into a barrel to warm himself outside, but only one of the two barrels worked, and, as the visitors said, so throughout this winter. So there's a serious problem with the second barrel. At the Country Chicken cafe, which is supposedly focused on healthy food (is that fast food?) We came in and left, we didn't like it. The cafe/Bar "Terraces" on the fourth floor did not work (the elevators that lift into it, too) and food from it (the kitchen worked) had to be ordered to the bar in the SPA area, and there is very little space there. The food is simple, quite decent, well served, but also not cheap, as in a good Minsk cafe. Chicken nuggets, a frying pan with pancakes and sausage, homemade roast and pancakes with sour cream sauce and chicken fillet are generally delicious. No one suffered from stomachs. What I didn't like: in many changing booths, the hooks for clothes are torn off or broken, the lockers for clothes are very small, there are very few benches next to the lockers. Overall, I liked it. We will also come and recommend it to others...

We were on vacation at the end of March. My advice is to come in the morning. There are few people and you can ride on all the slides without long queues. 4 hours of the aqua zone was enough for us. And they weren't tired.

It's good if the weather is hot outside, otherwise the water in the water park is icy. 5 minutes and blue as a seal. It was on September 3 (between 13.00 and 15.00), if she really is your employee, then this is terrible! But if you forget about this woman, then the rest is very cool!!!

We were on a weekday in June. We arrived especially early (11 a.m.) in the hope of comfort without crowds of people. The water park is good, but there were still a lot of people. Most of the time is spent standing in line. You need to stand for 15-20 minutes to roll down the hill. Outside, all the sun beds and seats are also occupied. There's a crowd in the pool too. I don't see any point in spending money for queuing and bathing in a crowd as a vacation. This is not a vacation. Disappointed. We won't go any more.(

And the boorish attitude also killed me when I asked why one cash register was working? The slides are so-so and for each queue for half an hour, there are not enough cheesecakes, people wait until they are free for 20-30 minutes too, the locker rooms are dirty, the floor is not washed at all, I have not seen a single cleaner in 4 hours. There are no towels, a hair dryer is available for rent for money 😂
Although entrance tickets are not cheap, for a family of 4 people the entrance cost 310 BR (Russian 9580 rubles for 4 hours).
The pool under the roof stinks of urine, the staff is rude, service and maintenance 👎 I would say there is none at all, from the word at all.
There are also not enough sun beds, the food in the cafe is not tasty, everything is expensive, but it is not tasty and there is always something missing. The cafe does not have a Split and there is no hood, the cash register works alone, again there is a queue for an hour.
And even to get away from there, you have to stand in line to pay for the bracelet, and guess why, yes, just one cash register again and one person serves (although 3 cash desks are installed). They take good money, considering that there is no need to pay only for air, but greedy, they save even in the light, in the locker rooms and storage rooms there is light, as in the basement, one lamp for the entire corridor.

The water park has a number of shortcomings. Firstly, there is a problem with queues on the slides. It's very unpleasant when you're standing in a long queue, and a bunch of people are brazenly rushing past you, like on other slides, although they don't even bother to explain themselves. Please put an additional 1 employee near each hill climb so that queues are monitored and discontent does not boil up among the people.
Personally, I didn't like the water park. I realized that it wasn't mine at all. It didn't go well for my wife and daughter either. Too much extreme stuff. too much. It would be great if there were calm descents without this breakneck speed and constant turns, sharp drops, ups and downs again. I don't understand why no one thought of making just calm descents. It was possible to make at least one such slide with several tracks. I assure you, there would be the longest queues.
In general, I feel sorry for the money that we threw away for these stupid "entertainment", which we actually used only partially. It would be better if we rode roller coasters, jet skis and other entertainment on the Minsk Sea or somewhere else. But everyone has their own choice.
Now, if people wanted to live normally, humanly, they would build a Creative society - and it would be honestly written about which institution exactly what kind of entertainment and for whom they are suitable and for whom they are not.

I've been to many water parks before, and of course, the experience here is terrible.. I waited in line for two hours on a weekday, the interior looks like an airport, not a water park.
And in fact, the price is very high for what we end up getting. There are a lot of rusty structures, inside the park looks like a Soviet swimming pool. There was trash everywhere on the floor of the cafe.
The only thing is that the slides are good. But you have to stand in line for an unacceptably long time.

We regularly visit the water park, but I'm still amazed that 8-9-year-old boys are allowed into the women's shower. And they're standing there naked in front of my daughter. I'm just in shock. And here you are lucky. You got a bun. There is a queue for at least 20-30 minutes for each slide without exception. And the time is passing. The stairs in the outdoor area at the top are staggering from the number of people so that people start throwing buns and leaving, fearing that it will collapse. There are queues in the cafe, splits can't cope. One of the three ticket offices is open. The staff is rude. They are rude to basic questions. In the flesh to the point that no one invited you here. I do not recommend this swan water park to anyone with full responsibility.

Disgusting. We will not come again and will not advise anyone. We gave 85 rubles at a discount for 1 person for 8 hours (company of 3 people. ).it's good that they didn't pay without a discount of 110 rubles per person, it's just money for nothing. The red price for this time is 35 rubles per person. In order:

Our family visits to this water park have become a tradition, and unfortunately, every year we notice a deterioration in the technical condition of the facility. We have our own opinion about the pros and cons of this place.
**Advantages:**
- A wide range of recreation areas and a variety of slides for all ages.
- Convenient parking, which greatly simplifies the visiting process.
- Places for a snack, including an underwater bar, are a great way to refresh yourself.
**Disadvantages:**
- Crowded: it is difficult to find a free place to relax during rush hours.
- The staff is not always polite.
- Money is not refunded for unused time — this creates discomfort.
- The entrance prices are quite high: for two adults and a child without access to the spa, we paid 250 rubles for 4 hours, which seems unjustified given the other disadvantages.
- Queues on the slides can take from 30 to 60 minutes — waiting significantly reduces the pleasure of relaxing.
- If you didn't buy access to the spa right away, you will have to pay extra separately, which adds inconvenience to time planning.
- Out of eight hair dryers, only three were working — this situation clearly requires the attention of the park's management.
- Bracelets are easily lost due to unreliable fastening; the penalty for loss is 20 rubles. Perhaps it is worth considering the possibility of improving their reliability?
The technical condition of the water park leaves much to be desired. In some places, tiles are missing and there are holes in the drain holes without protection. Although an adult's foot won't fit there, it may well be unsafe for a baby.
It is also worth noting the difference in tile coverings in different areas: once you get used to one type of surface, you can suddenly slip on another.
In general, if you rarely visit this water park and find yourself at a less busy time of the day, it may be suitable for you. However, our recent visit was a disappointment; in fact, we spent only about three hours on the water and left the institution with a sense of resentment due to the shortcomings of the service and the technical condition of the park. We hope for improvements! Although I think it's time to change the tradition of visiting to another place!

● we paid for the water park on a weekday for 4 hours with a sauna of 8200 (2 adults + a child) , some of the saunas did not work , no one warned us when buying , and you will not go in, there are a lot of people .
●The entrance to the spa area is inconvenient and through a bracelet
● a lot of slides did not work , they also did not warn , the children 's area also did not work

We came to Minsk from Russia for spring holidays with a child of 11 years old. We also visited the water park for a change. The impressions were good. We took tickets to 2 zones at once. The child rolled on the slide, where they let him go without adults. I swam in a river pool with a swim in the open air. There are also two barrels of warm water. I visited all the sauna baths, I really liked the aroma sauna.
Of the minuses, these are not very comfortable locker rooms, a common area and you have to go to the rental desk for a hairdryer.

We were together with my wife. They took it for 4 hours. During this time, they managed to ride all the slides and sunbathe on the sun loungers. Over the years, repairs have been noticeably requested in some places (shower, toilet). The roller coaster area on the street was opened closer to 14 o'clock. It may be related to the weather.

Minsk water park "Lebyazhy". We were on a day off in the summer. I can't say that I was impressed. It seemed a little cramped to me. There are two children's areas, one smaller in the closed part and a large one on the street. Although, it seems to me, it would be better to do the opposite. There were summers when the outdoor part of the water park was open and there were still quite a lot of children inside on the children's slides. The staff strictly monitors the implementation of the rules. During the visit, the water disappeared on the slides and the malfunction was fixed for about 30 minutes, respectively, it was only possible to swim or sunbathe. There are several catering outlets on the territory, but I have not visited them. In the outdoor area, in addition to slides, there is a swimming pool and sun beds. I didn't like the fact that the wind blows through the open area quite strongly.
