A wonderful place for a family relaxing holiday. We are very glad that we spent our vacation here. The wishes of all family members were satisfied. Delicious food 3 times a day, fishing, there is a playground for children, a place for swimming, a beautiful area, a cozy house, polite and friendly staff. What could be improved is a good internet connection throughout the villa and the replacement of very soft pillows. Otherwise, everything is fine)

A super place!
I did not expect that far from the capital someone could create such comfort and service right inside the beautiful nature.
I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff! Any wish and request is fulfilled instantly and in full volume.
If you are too lazy to cook yourself, there is a wonderful cafe, the cuisine is certainly different from the fashionable metropolitan restaurant with molecular food, but they will feed you tasty and homemade.
Thank you very much, we will definitely visit this place with our family more than once!

A great vacation for the whole family. For those who are familiar with fishing rods and barbecues, even more horizons open up. In clear summer weather, this place reveals itself in all its glory - the wonderful lake Ortsy with the purest water, a beautiful lawn, piers with tents, sun loungers and much more are at your service. There is a boat, catamaran, and bicycle rental... Free Wi-Fi, beautiful well-maintained rooms with amenities and an outdoor veranda... Among the nuances - the road from Miora to the villa is 6-7 km along a dirt road; accommodation and meals are not cheap, but they are delicious; without your own car at your side, you can face a number of inconveniences, because even an elementary store or other social infrastructure is not here at all... One of the wishes to the owners of the villa is to place lifebuoys on the piers...

It's a great place. Friendly staff. Delicious dinners. The purest lake. I really liked it. A separate parking place for the car. The rooms are cozy and clean. In the vicinity you can visit a couple of local attractions such as swamps and a waterfall on the Vyata River.

We are resting here for the first time. 1. Very convenient location, I got there on the map without any problems. 2. Beautiful, well-groomed territory 3. The purest lake, a wonderful descent and sand for children! 4. Very tasty homemade food (keep in mind that one serving can safely fit 2 adults or adults + children) 5. The Standard room is beautiful, large, clean, comfortable, ideal for 2 people + 2 people 6. Wonderful responsive staff

TERRIBLE SERVICE. This is the first time I've encountered this. On 05/19/2024, the administrator confirmed the availability of a free room for the desired date, specifying how many people there will be (adults / children), on 05/10/24 promised to send the contract, once again specifying the date and number of people (4 adults). 10.05.24 and 11.05.24 no contract, no call. I dialed myself on 05/11/24. In response: "Sorry, I forgot about you. I'll send it now." 05/12/2024 no contract, no call. I write it myself. In response, the only answer is that for our number of people (4) they can offer another room with a higher cost. The previous room will not fit 4 people. When clarifying the reason, the answer is: "My feeling", - the owner of the villa Valeria answers me. That's how she introduced herself to me. Leaving my number, I asked to call back. The answer of the "hostess of the villa": "If you want to book, write here." What kind of correspondence service is this??? Half an hour later, the administrator called back and said that he remembers about me (come on... 4 days have passed), but I made a mistake with the number. It cannot be booked. The reason: "The villa will not withstand overloading." What???What kind of nonsense is this?
4 days wasted. There is no service at all! Don't waste your time and nerves!

We lived in a three-room house.
Pros: delicious food, a soft bed, comfort, a few meters from the pier and the lake, a lot of fish.
Cons: expensive portions, unstable toilet sink, loose and flimsy shower mount. watering cans in the shower, stink in the toilet. Also, a pump was noticed in the lake, lying right next to the shore, there was also a strained wire.

Overall, not bad. The food is straight from home, the territory is well-maintained. But you can get to the "friends of the owner" (apparently), who will yell at a later time and listen at maximum volume to Civil Defense, Linkin Park and Ramstein. I love this music myself, but I go to concerts and listen to it at home, not on the lake, where, like, everything should be calm. And, yes, you can arrange a more friendly service. You have to go with cash, cards are not accepted. The road to the place is full. Prepare at least a crossover.

We rented a house with a panoramic view of the lake. The entrance is a packed clay-sand grader. The water is clean, warm, and the beach is sandy. You can fish. There are few people and no one interferes with each other due to the zoning of the territory. You can eat in the cafe if you don't have any groceries with you. Or you can go to the local town to the store, 15 minutes. Feed the swans, they come to visit, they love white bread very much, the children liked it. Order a steam room so that you can dive into the water from the pier)))

A great place for a quiet family holiday, including with children.Stunning nature and of course the local lake.Polite, unobtrusive staff. Excellent home cooking, large portions.The only negative is 12 km of gravel at the entrance to the villa, but believe me it can be tolerated.
