A very well-styled cafe, next to a pond with swans. There is a national cuisine. The location is very convenient. The atmosphere is pleasant, you look at the water and the swans and relax. They swim very close and you can feed them. The waiting time is short. I highly recommend visiting.

A wonderful cafe in the center of New Athos. The main advantage is the picturesque location above the pond in the middle of a beautiful park. The prices are very reasonable, the cuisine is delicious (we tried only simple traditional local dishes). The service is average. A huge disadvantage is the lack of a normal toilet((

We decided to have breakfast together in the morning. Taking into account the rating, we decided to go to the swan. The scrambled eggs with cheese turned out to be burnt and very salty cheese. The potatoes are completely raw at home. The service is also not at a high level. The pond with the swan has not been cleaned for a long time, something that smells like mud in the heat.

I want to write a review about IT. So: the white swan cafe, located in the most beautiful and sacred place-New Athos, left extremely unpleasant impressions, namely: the staff is absolutely not interested in customer service, motivated each other to work due to a lack of desire and, as it were, a duty to serve the customer, idly spending time drinking at workplaces and sitting on phones. Incorrectly specified menu, or the condescending attitude of the staff: I ordered khinkali, the price is indicated in the menu taking into account the sauce to them, as a result, khinkali was served without sauce and warm wine, and this, for a moment, happened at 16 o'clock, in decent heat. After making a remark to the staff about the absence of at least khinkali sauce, the waitress, drinking probably a good cognac, replied that there was a typo on the menu (in all) and the sauce was served separately at an additional cost. We sat with our wife, choking on poorly cooked food, watching the staff sitting next to us at the table, drinking during their working hours, "spitting" at the visitor, the guest, in the end. Dear tourists, there are much more decent establishments in the sacred place of New Athos, I ask you not to give in to haste and be more attentive to the choice of establishments. I highly recommend not to visit this cafe

We had dinner on the first day of our vacation after reading reviews about the popularity of this place. Nicely. That's all. There were no swans. The price tag is quite expensive. The service is a separate story. When ordering a drink, the waitress offered homemade compote, they agreed, because it is usually delicious and inexpensive. The compote turned out to be an ordinary one made of apples and some local berries. The waitress served us, went to another table to have a drink in the company. To get the bill, I had to come up myself and distract the cheerful company. The waitress reluctantly got up, wrote the bill for a long time, and lo and behold! The compote cost 500 rubles per liter!!!! Of course, they fucked up themselves, because it wasn't on the menu, and they didn't ask the price, so they paid. For the rest of the vacation, we ordered compote in all cafes in Abkhazia, where we were. 200-250 rubles per liter. So they paid too much for the three-star kitchen, the disgusting service and the impudence of the waitress. Of the advantages, only the surroundings around the cafe and the lake. It's fun to take pictures.

This cafe looked tempting from the outside when we passed it by car. And finally we decided to have lunch there, admiring the stunning views of the mountains and the embankment in the middle of the lake. We ordered two mojitos, two trout with cheese and two vegetable salads. The food was delicious, but the mojito was just a sweet soda with mint leaves and a slice of lemon. We paid 2,300 including 10% of the cost for the service. For the service, to put it mildly, it doesn't matter. We sat for a very long time, waiting for the menu, then the waitress, then the food, but the bill was brought, of course, quickly. The waitress was obviously tired, and did not really want to work, forgetting on the way what someone needed to carry. Probably, all this attitude was overshadowed by the view of the incredible nature of Abkhazia. It's worth visiting just for the atmosphere.

There are only 2 waiters working at such a passable place, and one of them is an adult woman who, at the sight of customers looking at her, simply turns away and goes in the opposite direction. We waited until she came to take the order for a very long time. The order was not waited for so long, though. And here's the most interesting thing, they brought torn khinkali, with a "slap" sour cream right in a plate with khinkali. And when we asked for a transfer, they brought us a bowl with pepper in which there was a plastic spoon!
2 stars only for the idea and the beautiful design of the cafe itself.

They brought me balonnaise, I suspected something was wrong, but they assured me that it was pasta with stewed vegetables. So I ate a little, but realized that there was still meat in the dish I brought. That is, they fed me some minced meat despite the fact that I am a vegetarian. And later, my sister was brought pasta with stewed vegetables and called it carbonara. Besides, the pasta was undercooked. 1 star only for drinks and a beautiful location. Everyone was unhappy. It's terrible!

Untouched nature, air, buildings of pre-perestroika times...now the whole of Russia is vacationing in Abkhazia all year round, the Republic receives good money to the treasury, but! The toilet in the iconic cafe Lebed is not even comparable to the distant 90s- broken, without a drain, without light. And is this the case with the Abkhazians, who are famous for their hospitality? Do they provide such a toilet to guests who leave them good money? Plus, a brazen miscalculation. Disappointed. I consider this disrespectful to tourists.

I took, as always, a khachapur boat - an airy dough and fresh cheese, my friend - a peacock tail salad is a cut eggplant, tomato, cheese, garlic sauce are laid in sections - very tasty. The service is better than in many cafes in Abkhazia, but if you are used to the service, it will be an unpleasant surprise. One of the advantages is, of course, a gorgeous view, a cafe in the middle of the lake, in which black swans swim. Palm trees and the sea are one of the most remarkable viewpoints of Abkhazia. Unfortunately, the pond is slowly overgrown and in the evening there is a loud croaking of frogs. Prices are approximately at the general price level in Abkhazia. The service is average.
