It is clear that this is a three, but in my opinion the number of stars should indicate a certain number of amenities and services, and not the general condition of the hotel. Here, everything barely reaches the top three, the plumbing in the rooms is barely alive, the air conditioner works only for appearance, there is no sense from it at all. It's not really possible to achieve anything at the reception, even through the manager there are eternal excuses that everything is tomorrow. There is a Wi-Fi connection, but you can say there is none, since it is not possible to connect to it. The food is generally nothing, but it is selective, something is very tasty, they do not know how to cook something at all. The alcohol is disgusting, the water tastes like wine, some kind of stuff instead of whiskey and rum, and the same thing, it was enough to try once. In general, the hotel in order to sleep there (without air conditioning) and go on excursions, I do not advise you to rest in the department itself.

We rested from 07.09.2019 to 18.09.2019. There are no special complaints about nutrition. But those dishes that should be served hot were slightly warm. For a three ⭐⭐⭐ hotel, this is probably normal. The dishes that were cooked right in front of you were hot. The territory has 4.5 points. Animation on the territory of the hotel for 5 points. The beach is the worst I've ever seen. The sewer stream that flows nearby looks especially "beautiful" and "fragrant". The smell from the sewer covers about 50 meters. There were about 50 sun beds for all the inhabitants of the hotel. And in the hotel, according to my estimates, there were about 300 people. For these reasons, we did not spend a single day on this beach. We went away to the beaches of other hotels. In general, the beaches are dirty almost everywhere - beer cans, cigarette butts, bags, bottles, various plastics, algae. And all this is either in the water or on the shore. I would not like to repeat such a vacation, although my weight requirements are modest. I do not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone, especially with children, since there is no children's menu.

We had a rest at the end of May 2019.At the hotel, each visitor is greeted by the general manager, talks about the hotel's services and also accompanies everyone.For the diligent and attentive staff.Very good food, the area is large and well maintained.And the animators deserve special praise.The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is located far from the airport.It's a very long transfer.
