And the meat itself (grilled ribs for 80,000) turned out to be cold inside and just warmed up on top. Well, without spices or the smell of smoke, of course. It tastes like meat from yesterday's broth. It's like this, covered with whitish fat.
My wife took a lagman and a Greek salad. According to her, they were more or less.
