My friend and I happened to be in this hotel by accident. Just before leaving, a friend changed the previously specified credit card to a Tinkoff multicurrency card at the booking and forgot to rearrange the currency icon in the application to euros. As a result, when the hotel decided to check the funds on the card, the icon was on a ruble account that had no money, so our reservation was canceled. We found out about this after arriving at the hotel. There were no available rooms, we were taken to a nearby hotel for one night. So the next day I had to urgently look for a place nearby. We chose, and it was small, the hotel La petit. We got a slightly shabby room, with worn furniture, very small in size, but with a beautifully renovated bathroom and a balcony (not all rooms have a balcony). The windows overlook the street and around 12 a.m. garbage trucks arrive and rumble. But overall, it was comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is quite meager-pastries, jam, cheese, yoghurts, tea and coffee. After the gorgeous buffet at the previous hotel, I wanted to cry. The undoubted advantage of this hotel is its location, walking distance to the main attractions of Rome, 15 minutes on foot and you are in the city center. There is also a bus stop nearby, so it was not difficult to get to the Vatican. A two-minute walk from Termini metro station and the train station from which buses run to the airport.
