The hotel is located in the city center. The service at the hotel is excellent. The most important thing is the sea . Even in December and January, you can swim. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is smooth and good. The fish are beautiful, they swim, and the ramp has swum along the shore a couple of times. There is a bar on the beach and by the pool. There are slides and a heated swimming pool for children. There is animation, those who wanted to could play darts, learn dancing, they also practiced with children. In the evening, there were various programs, karaoke, and people rocked in the disco bar. The odd side is cool, but the splitsystem is working!!! They don 't beg for cleaning at will !!!Bottled water at the bar, lobby and restaurant. Food for 4, we weren't hungry!! Meat, fish, chicken, vegetables in any form, side dishes, fruits!! And what sweets, you'll just die!!!! Everything is arranged!! Location, hotel, territory and service!!! We are having a rest in early April 2025.
The hotel is not big, but very cozy. The city center, Sherraton, and also the first line. It's a great, not very big beach, the entrance is convenient, the sea is warm, just a fairy tale. There is a bar on the beach, and you can dine right here.
Which I note especially. Excellent friendly and very hardworking staff, cleanliness everywhere, in the hotel, in the restaurant, on the beach.! There's nothing lying around anywhere, there are never dirty plates on the tables, they just ate, pushed it away, and in a minute it's gone.
The rooms are old, yes. We lived in the main building in a large room, we didn't pay anyone anything, we just gave it to them. The view was of the animation area and the pool. We were prepared for the fact that the rooms were modest, clean linen and the absence of foreign odors in the room were the main things, and yes, a clean floor, of course. It all happened.
I must say right away that we have been to Egypt more than once, in more expensive hotels, where for dinner and lunch there are lobsters, shrimp and squid.
We only go to Turkey with 5 stars. So that's the food.
The assortment at dinner is the richest, there is always meat, chicken, fish, pizza, minced meat. pepper, quail was., lots of sweets. Fruits - oranges, melon, guava, dates, small bananas.
Breakfast is modest, but necessary, everything is there: Yoghurts, cereals, omelets, eggs and scrambled eggs, fruits, vegetable salads and lots of delicious pastries. I love puff pastry croissants and the like. There are good coffee machines on site. Everywhere.Delicious soups for lunch

The food is not fancy, but you will not be hungry, fruits, pastries, cakes are also present, drinks are local as usual in Egypt, beer, and the rest is nothing. They settled in immediately, without any dollars crumpled in advance in a sweaty palm. The food was also quite decent, especially the beef was delicious. Ice cream was served at 16:00, the children were delighted. The staff is friendly. Room cleaning is symbolic, but we always left the cleaners a dollar, we were given elephants or fish for it) Anyway, if you are afraid of the smell of irrigation water, a lot of cats, not enough seafood, so-so cleaning, then you are in 5 * in Belek. I put 5 for the location (the center), it takes 15 minutes to get to the Marina slowly, there is a supermarket in front of it for locals, the prices are cheap (a liter of mango 80 pounds, a kg of strawberries 55). I also liked the beach, the sea does not go away, there is a passage through the sand, but it is better to take corals. I had a rest from 22.02 to 04.03, there weren't many people, there probably won't be enough space in the sea during the season. The rooms are tired, yes, but the beds are comfortable, there is hot water, cleaning every day (superficially, of course, but it still gets cleaner), I advise you to take disposable slippers, since the tiles in the room are cold. There is no water in the room, you can take it in a cooler near the reception, but as many say, just wash your face and wash your fruits, water costs 7-10 pounds for 1.5 liters in the supermarket, and $ 1 is around the corner of the hotel. There is Wi-Fi at the reception, but it is very weak (I took an Orange SIM card at the airport for 20 GB for $ 8).
My diet is fine, you won't stay hungry, I didn't really like breakfast, so I drank coffee with pastries. The lunches and dinners for this hotel are very decent, there is always meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, desserts, (although they were not fed on the beach, as there were few vacationers, but you can usually eat there) . Bottled beer, I didn't take any other alcohol, they say everything tastes the same, but people drank.
The contingent is 1/3, if not 1/2, pensioners from Europe, so the evening animation ends at 22-30, but it's a pity, I wanted to continue after the karaoke songs. There is yoga, water aerobics in the afternoon, dancing and darts in the afternoon. The pool with heated slides, the second one was under repair, was filled in a week, but the sea was enough for me (of course there is no reef, but there are a couple of places with fish, and along the Pier you can see a Moray Eel and a stingray)
Many of our compatriots have been to this hotel for more than the first or even the second time, I think that next year I will also return here (I was before that in 5 *, where the sea goes 300 meters away, and even to civilization only by taxi).
To summarize, if you don't like to chill in a hotel all the time, then you definitely need a hotel in the city, freedom of action, opposite a bunch of cafes, shops, and just take a walk (to see how the locals live). I'm happy with my vacation (for information: a 10-night tour from EKB cost 76t for one (I took it a week before departure, but I've been monitoring prices since December) couples paid from 100 to 140 for two, depending on the date of purchase, I think for such money the rest is just a gift.

Yes, a small repair could be done in the room, but nothing bothers me, like some (chips on furniture, etc.) I don't really like separate food, so I often go to lunch or dinner at the Marina. Thick mattresses on sun beds are great. Beach towels resemble a doormat before throwing it away. We lived in two rooms . There is a room in the main building without a balcony. A low shower tray from which water pours onto the floor and then does not go anywhere and stands there. Conday blows right on the bed. The second room is better. There was a balcony, a normal hallway and a bathroom. A local resident lived in the bathroom.)) We arrived at the hotel in the morning at 10 am and settled closer to 13. The bracelets were hung up immediately at 10 a.m., then we left our things at the reception desk, changed clothes in the toilet and went to the beach. Previously, we were in Hurghada in the Arabiya district (Sunny Days, Zahabiya), and went for a walk to the Sheraton. I was not mistaken with the choice: 6 nights for 62,000 rubles, this hotel is definitely worth it in my opinion. I am a tourist with experience and I know well what I need and what I am not ready to overpay for. So, we arrived at about 16:00, we were offered a room without a balcony and for $ 10 we changed to a nice room with a large terrace, a table and 4 armchairs and with a pleasant view of the garden, the pool and a piece of the sea was visible. The beach is clean, it's better to go in coral, but I did without them. It is very important and pleasant-there are always free sunbeds on the beach, you do not have to rush and occupy in the morning as in many hotels. There is a bar on the beach, drinks and snacks nearby.Drinks in bars are cold in plastic, hot in cardboard cups-it was not critical for me, the hotel is budget. The food is delicious, the choice is certainly not huge, but it's enough (to be honest, I didn't even try all the food, I leaned on desserts, they are very tasty). The territory and rooms are clean, despite the long-standing renovation and a slightly tired look, the hotel makes a pleasant impression. The only point is the evening watering of plants with fragrant water (there is a sign in English that watering is carried out with used water), residents of the first floors may feel uncomfortable from the smell. The pool is clean, the slides are open on time. The animation is unobtrusive, the sweetest sociable animators and in general the staff at this hotel is very friendly, smiling, well-mannered- it's very nice! There is no special active entertainment program in this hotel (which is what I wanted), the music does not bomb, calm pleasant melodies play softly.In my opinion, the hotel is designed for relaxation, not for courage. I've never seen anyone drunk there. There are practically no queues, 3-5 people are not a queue. The hotel's contingent: adult and elderly Germans, Poles, Czechs, Russians; soon a lot of Egyptians with families with children came. I'm not a fan of sitting in the hotel all the time, we walked around the Sheraton every day, (shopping is our everything). It is profitable to buy in pounds, the exchanger is right if you leave the hotel door to the left of the extreme pavilion, there is an ATM and an assistant is sitting. There are a lot of shops, you must bargain! If you want a fixed price, you can walk to the Gomla market (exit the hotel, turn right immediately, walk to the stella with the inscription Marina and turn right).The prices are good there, the payment is only in pounds, there are a lot of people. There is a Metro station nearby, Abu Ashara, etc., but I limited myself to gomla. They sell yacht tours on the beach, $ 37 per person, it's expensive, but we took it - the yacht departed directly from our hotel. To sum up a little: tourists expecting exquisite expensive food, active brave animation, copious alcoholic libations and indecent behavior-you do not need to come here. It may also be boring for the kids, because there are almost no Russian-speaking children here. Excellent hotel, stayed 11 days (10 nights). Excellent staff, rooms for 8/10. Very close to the sea. I would walk for 1-2 minutes. There are not too many people. There are many places where you can spend the evening. There are many shops near the hotel.(Not great prices). For this price, the hotel is an ideal 9/10.

The location is in the center, on the Sheraton shopping street, on the first line, the beach is sandy, you can go in without corals, but sometimes there are small coral patches. All the poles of the Red Sea can be seen on a boat trip. The restaurant was well fed, beef in different versions every day, there was chicken, duck, fish, crabs, quails. Very tasty soups of two types (mashed soup and ordinary soup). There were always sweets, vegetables and fruits. There is no bottled water in the room, but there are coolers in the bar, restaurant and on the beach, you can always put it in your bottles. You can also have lunch on the beach, and it's not bad either. Animation starts at 10 a.m., a bar opens on the beach, and there is a cocktail hour. The animators are great, they try to keep vacationers who want to eat gymnastics, belly dancing, aqua aerobics, bachata. Polite, attentive and friendly staff, beautiful well-maintained territory. Of the disadvantages, the old room stock is not very clean in the rooms. I had to ask to change my room.

The hotel is great for 4*. Food, territory, beach - everything is great! The staff is very friendly, all issues are resolved immediately. There is no water in the room, this is not a problem for us - we took a sports bottle with us and collected how much we needed at the bar.

Everywhere I went, in all the hotels, there were pros and cons, but there were always more pros, so I always put 4 or 5. But, for the first time, I was disappointed by the word at all. I'll probably start with the pros, since there are fewer of them: this is of course the sea (although the coast is rocky, slippers are needed, there was no such thing in other hotels), good-quality Soviet sunbeds on the beach with thick mattresses and a kitchen (they fed normally, I can't say anything). I think that's it. And now the cons: the hotel is old, sooooo, sooooo old, there's nothing to compare it with, those hotels that I was in before, of course, are not fresh, but here it's a complete kick-ass, the years are like the 80s, the shutters on the windows are worse than my grandmother's in the village. Let's start with checking in, who wrote that they give good rooms right away, this is not true, it's just that the bad one was busy at that time, and you were lucky. I was given a room without a balcony with a view of the roof of a nearby hotel, the window was also dirty, at my request to change, they brazenly begged for money when I said that I would not pay anything extra (the ticket was so expensive for this hotel), they said there were no vacancies, of course they lied. Well, I don't care. Checked in. Everything worked in the room, but there was dust everywhere, it was just unbearably dirty, and my feet were black. I went down, asked to clean up, they said tomorrow, it's fine. As a result, I walked around the room in a slipper. There are no complaints about bed linen and room cleaning, towels were changed every day, bed linen was never washed, and thanks for that. The air conditioner broke down after 3 days, he barely breathed at the entrance, eventually died, contacted the reception 3 times, yes, yes, the number was recorded, we will fix it, nothing was fixed before departure. Russian Russians are few and 99.9% of the hotel's population, and of course the attitude towards Russians is disgusting, to put it mildly. They almost lay paths in front of Europeans, lick them from foot to head, and when Russians come to the bar, they look like beggars. I accidentally forgot my cap on the sofa in the lobby (the cap itself is not expensive, but a gift from the children, so it is dear to me), I came to the reception on the same day (as in all hotels, everything that goes there is given), they say no cap. Strange. In general, I went for 2 days, shook this cap off them, I say, look for the cameras. As a result, after 2 days I'm sitting in the lobby and the janitor brings me this cap, he seems to have already dragged it home, hoping that no one would look for it. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. As in many hotels in Egypt, there are a lot of cats, but in others they are somehow slowed down, at least they do not climb into the plates, someone took the food, left it on the table while he went to get another plate, the cat stole meat straight from the plate, well, is it okay? There was a stink of cat urine everywhere, even piles of shit came across a couple of times near the stairs.
In general, despite all the advantages, there are much more disadvantages. Will I return to the Red Sea, yes, definitely, to this hotel, no, not for any money.

You go to the room, they run straight to the room, even to the 2nd floor, on the first floor they just probably sleep in bed (((( Drinking water in the room is not provided for a big minus. The ants in the room asked us to do something, so they came to poison us at night, we refused, how to sleep? The Internet in the lobby does not work, do not wait for what will happen, it is easier to buy an Orange SIM card.The entrance to the sea is to the left so as not to cut your legs, or the entrance with corals is better.
