The place is good. Everything inside is thoughtful and beautiful. There are active and quiet areas. BUT there are quite a large number of broken toys, including for active games (which can cause injuries) + there was a torn transparent toy packaging in the play area, when trying to hand it to the administrator, the answer was "this is our packaging for the designer."... How can something be folded into something that is a solid hole? There seems to be a shortage of boxes and packages.

The other day I was with my daughter in this playroom. I really liked it, a lot of toys, a lot of space. There is an activity area: a trampoline, a slide into the pool with balls. There are for quiet games . There are many zones for girls: dollhouse, kitchen. My daughter really liked to push the stroller with toys inside and then put them in the cradle to sleep)
The receptionist is generally a sweetheart, such a smiling and sweet girl 🤗
Very tasty raf, but I do not recommend the match. Although we were warned that she was an amateur, but right here she is very not very good. But this did not affect our opinion in any way.

The first time we sat with a child for 10 minutes on a bench at the reception, the receptionist did not even pay attention to us. They're gone. The second time - 09/27/24 we tried our luck for the second time. The result is even worse. The floors are dirty. There are crumbs on the tables. The receptionist didn't look up from her phone at all. She didn't even ask for the names of the children. The lights were off in the slide and trampoline area. The toys are not equipped. There is a slide and no cars. The children were rushing around and didn't know what to grab and play with. They left after 15 minutes (
It's not like trying your luck for the third time for SURE! I do not recommend and do not advise!

One hour costs 10 rubles, two hours 18, then 25.
We stayed for two hours and 5 minutes, we were calculated for 25, whereas in other children's cafes these 5 minutes are not counted, because it's to take off your shoes and go in)
The service is falling short.
It's good that we came to look first before booking for a birthday party.
After visiting, the desire to spend a holiday here completely disappeared.

We were with the children at about 17:00 on 26.09., there was no one in the center, but at the same time the girl (who was not immediately seen) did not even raise her head from behind the counter. Okay, it's okay, since it's not the first time in such establishments that we mostly know the rules (unlike Ladles, Mittens or a Bagel, where they were immediately interested or not, water, coffee or tea, etc.), we were greeted by silence, children's music was turned on but very loudly, there was no light on the slide, it was dark there. Most of the toys were broken or half eaten, the tables were dirty, and there were crumbs on the sofas. In general, there was probably a good place once, but the toys were well worn out and no one was going to replace them for 10 minutes at most, the children did not want to play with anything, or rather they did not find it.

The toys were scattered all over the space, there was nowhere to go, to be honest, I saw this for the first time. It is clear that the children are playing, but absolutely everything was scattered, the three children who were in the playroom at that time hardly dumped all the toys on the floor, probably toys are simply not cleaned during the day.

The child just found broken pieces of plastic construction kit during the games, some cars did not have wheels. There is a second floor with a play area, but it is strange that the staircase and the space itself are not covered with anything (the staircase is wooden, painted and of course slippery). There was not even any background music during the visit. The atmosphere is not what. The administrator deserves separate words - neither greetings , nor self-esteem, nor involvement in the workflow. I came into the room with my daughter, it's a mess, everything is lying around, although there is no one in the room at all, only us, the administrator is on the phone. There are few toys, compared to other games there is nothing to play with. I asked to pour a glass of water to the child - they said that you can only buy a bottle, it's terrible, so that you feel sorry for the water.. And the cherry on the cake - coffee will not even be served to you at the table, they will call irritably to take it away themselves. I repeat that we were alone in the game room, the administrator is too lazy to take two steps, for the first time I meet this, it's terrible.
