I decided to celebrate my birthday! The place is wonderful. Beautiful interior, wonderful kitchen. The food is delicious, satisfying, and most importantly, there is a lot of it. In fact, after the salad and the hot one, I don't feel like eating anything anymore. I really liked the anchovy butter and marmalade paste. The rooster in the wine was simply amazing. For prices? Yes, it's about the same everywhere. Up to 120 rubles with a glass of wine or a stronger drink. Thanks to the restaurant for the gift. It was a pleasure.
Maybe I'm wrong. But the music. Loud enough. Maybe it's for me personally. But everything else is the height of perfection!!!

I go to lunch. Cart service is a non-trivial solution for a place like this, but it's fast and convenient, including the billing process. The service is instant. The food is delicious, but without frills. The pitch is also simple. Portions are medium: the soup is great, the hot stuff can be made a little bigger for individual dishes, and the salad was funny to see a small portion on the bottom. Guys, well, vegetables and greens are clearly not a shortage :) Otherwise, it's hard to find fault with anything, and it's passable for price and quality.
Of the possible disadvantages:
- the bot in the cart does not load images for all dishes (especially the complex);
- fix the door at the entrance already, it's a shame (two colleagues couldn't get to you, because they decided it was closed)

2023: Excellent breakfasts and lunches. It's a pity, they can only be accessed by employees of the Savings Bank. Ordering dishes via a chatbot is interesting, although there are failures, and fast service and delicious food are a prerequisite.
2024: portions have become smaller, prices are higher, complexes have appeared at lunch, but the expectation has also increased. In general, it's definitely gotten worse, and sometimes there are failures when orders don't arrive at all until you remind yourself. The cleaning of the toilets is noticeable to visitors - the pungent smell of bleach is in harmony with the exquisite dishes of French cuisine.
The end of 2024: in 2 months, breakfast was not brought 2 times, lunch was mixed up 2 times, the administrator (or what else to call a guy without a uniform) with blonde hair, he is regularly rude, the waiters correspond to the administrator. So we've reached the one mark.…

the staff is very polite, they bring and pour water, explain and tell about the composition of each dish, the sommelier is a very positive and pleasant girl, told the whole biography of the wine I chose.
throughout the whole time, the waiters all take care of your comfort, change the dishes, water, pushed us a second table for convenience, did not refuse a photo.
Unfortunately, the only drawbacks are the sudden absence of some items on the menu, which are not warned about by small portion sizes, but I understand that the kitchen is designed for taste experiences and gourmet lovers.

We decided to celebrate the anniversary here and did not lose 🥰 The service is excellent (probably the best in Minsk)! Friendly waiters who will tell you in detail about each dish. The interior is very beautiful! Insanely pleasant unobtrusive music (this is important, in some establishments it screams). For food, they took tomato tartare, beef tartare, cod and rooster (I don't remember the exact names). It was very tasty, I liked everything! In honor of the anniversary, we also gave dessert, it was very nice, thank you for such a reverent service!

As an amateur , girls mostly like… As for a guy/man, I don't think they'll be thrilled. If we talk about food , then there 's nothing supernatural , if you touch on the price , then you don 't even want to go back .
The menu and staff interaction are a separate story . The work of the bot leaves much to be desired. You always wait a long time for the bill . It's easier to approach yourself. There are often no photos in the bot.
There are plenty of places with more interesting food in the area.
Regarding the interior, it's quite nice and tidy .

Why 1/5 stars. I advise you to keep in mind that if a poorly prepared meal is brought to you, and later the waiter suggests replacing the dish, then both dishes will be on your receipt.
If you object that you want to remove it from the receipt, they will tell you: "the food was cooked using technology" (we don't care that the burnt coal crust crunched on your teeth, please pay anyway)
For a restaurant of this level, such service is just NONSENSE.
The evening is ruined, the birthday is ruined.

We wanted to celebrate a friend's birthday. We booked a specific table in advance, sent photos of it (of course, we wanted beautiful photos in a beautiful place) and warned that we would celebrate the holiday. As a result, they wanted to put us at another table in a dark corner altogether, we admitted that we had messed up something. Our table, which we wanted, was already occupied. We agreed to wait at another table. Later, the waiter came up and said, "Our Sberbank employees are at that table, they're leaving for the airport soon and we'll transfer you." What kind of accent?) Do we even care whose employees they are, or are they in some kind of priority over others? In the end, we agreed to wait, no one vacated the table like that, they didn't offer us anything as an apology, only for some reason they very persistently offered to open a bottle of wine.
We sat for an HOUR at an empty table! Because as a result, we were simply ignored and ignored. We started to leave, and only when we left did they start asking us to stay and offering desserts as an excuse. But the mood was completely ruined and there was no desire to stay in this place.
Don't set foot in there anymore!

The situation with wine is also unclear, the wine list was not given.
Desserts were already taken on the terrace after dinner in the restaurant itself, and they forgot about us, we had to go inside for the bill.
The coffee is not the best even by Minsk standards.
Of the advantages:
The atmosphere is great for dinner.
The interior is without unnecessary details, it is not overloaded, I liked it.
The food is delicious and fresh, and we enjoyed everything we ordered.
Sommelier - the sommelier's girlfriend was very pleasant and tried hard, she seemed professional.

On the territory of the most aesthetic architectural object from Sberbank, there lives an equally cute establishment of French cuisine as thin as a human hair.
A neat, warm, airy interior with arches, modern art and lots of greenery. Stylish, cozy and good background music.
Uncomfortable tables with countertops made of beautiful stone spoil everything. I understand that this is a practical option, but my hands are cold (although there are also wooden tables).
The service is lame:
- those who come from the 37-degree heat are not offered water, although there are places in Minsk where it is much better (my next review);
- waiters do not share unique information about the concept of the institution and do not recommend top positions.
Meal:
- of course, I took gratin. As without him.
The result was a mashed potato porridge. The texture is too uniform. There is no pleasant roast :(and brightness. The price is 825 Russian rubles. At Grace Bistro 850 Russian rubles. But in Moscow, it's straight “oh la la"
- brie with black truffle and lemon curd for 626 Russian rubles. Just a lot of good cheese;
- the foie gras pie turned out to be with pork :)) for fun for 858 Russian rubles;
- good freshly baked bread with whipped butter and pine nuts, also for 264 Russian rubles. This is Belarus;
- Milfey. There is not enough filling and too much dough. A pleasant sorbet. You don't have to take it;
Surprisingly, this is the first place where oysters are on the foot.
A good place in a pleasant location, but with zero traffic, although in Minsk it is customary to go for an acceptable cuisine.
Rating: 7/10. I liked it, you can write it down in your travel guide.
