It's a terrible store, I advise you to avoid it! We wanted to order a bouquet for mom's birthday today, with delivery to Zyabrovka, we chose a basket for 98p on the website. We paid immediately and waited for the photo to be approved, they sent the photo and I was horrified! I will say right away that delivery was always ordered in crocus, today we decided to choose this store because of the fact that there was supposedly a "choice" for a given day, after objections to the person who sent the photo, we received in response that these are the same photos (what was done on the site), I will immediately say the number that is presented on the site cannot be used on WhatsApp (I'm in Sochi myself), they wrote and sent photos from a number not listed on the site! After I called this number, I heard rudeness in response to the fact that this is not the bouquet that is on the website! They didn't want to return the money today, but after a not very gentle conversation on the phone, they returned it 3 hours later. We spent a lot of time on this store, we didn't order flowers in the end, they won't give us back our nerves! I want to believe that this organization will pay attention to how they deceive the scumbag!In general, I do not recommend and do not advise! I'm attaching photos of correspondence and photos of what we wanted and almost got.

Today, on 13.08, I received delivery from the Leblume store, the composition is delicate and the flowers are tastefully selected, but for some reason the flowers are not ashamed to add fresh flowers to such expensive bouquets, when ordering from another city, it is impossible to check the freshness.
P.S. your answer was received on 18.08, and on 16-17.08 irises, roses and bushes The roses withered and were thrown away, leaving only carnations. A biased attitude? I don't think so.
