Wonderful spa, excellent staff, I recommend you definitely try the classic foam hammam. However, the service in the restaurant on the ground floor leaves much to be desired. The room stock is heterogeneous, some of the rooms are old, some are renovated. Some of the rooms overlook a very noisy roadway, the sound insulation is not very good. In general, the hotel does not reach 5 stars in terms of rate - value

It's just a wonderful place! Everything is very beautiful, the staff is VERY attentive and friendly. They always helped to call a taxi. We were ready to suggest, the language barrier did not interfere with this. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. There is everything necessary for life. They quickly moved in and out.
The hotel itself is bright, there are many mirrors, there is a restaurant. There is a park nearby, you can take a walk. You will have to drive to all the attractions, but the area itself is quiet. One day there was live music. We really liked it! I would really like to return. Once again, I would like to mention the staff-the guys are just modders! Very attentive. While waiting for the transfer, they brought cold water, and in general there were many small situations when their help was useful.

A solid institution. Friendly helpful staff. Cozy, clean, calm. The swimming pool, hammam and sauna diversified our stay. The windows overlooked the embankment of the Golden Horn Bay - an additional pleasure. I would love to come back.

The hotel is quiet and beautiful. Especially in the SPA. The room was untidy with swollen wallpaper for 10,000 rubles per day. The breakfast is not rich. The terrace was always closed, the view of the golden horn could not be enjoyed

Great design, luxury, very spacious, good breakfast. The SPA area is great. The rooms are beautiful and functional, but the service is insufficient, the towels are leaky, there are no bathrobes. The location is deceptive. You need to take a taxi to get somewhere, because there are eternal repairs and construction sites nearby, you can't walk, or steep stairs that require training

A great hotel! He certainly deserves his 5 stars! Very tasty breakfasts with the sound of a piano, beautiful rooms, very friendly staff (there is a Russian-speaking receptionist girl). The only issue with the operation of the pool is that it opens only at 12 o'clock in the afternoon.

A good hotel, like all Turkish ones. The breakfasts are good (buffet). Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is polite. There is a problem with the Russian language. There was only one girl who spoke it. Almost everyone speaks English. There is one Russian-language channel in the room.

I've been to the hotel twice and I'll be back again! There is peace and quiet around, which is just a necessity for Istanbul! You come back from the noisy center and relax body and soul. The old town and all other tourist spots are 7-10 minutes away by taxi (200 rubles in money). There is a cool terrace bar on the roof of the hotel, we hung out there every evening. Oh yes, the spa complex is a cannon, and most importantly it is clean! In general, I advise everyone!
