The best recreation center, we stay here every year, the owner Alexander is very hospitable, a good quiet place to relax with his family, on the outskirts of the city, always an empty beach and the coolness of the wind from the mountains. There is a shared kitchen, a cauldron, campfire gatherings every night.
The view from the room is of the mountains, 100 meters to the beach, along a lighted path. There is no TV in the rooms to relax from media noise, but there is air conditioning and all amenities, 200 megabit WiFi throughout the base+
There is a bar with cold beer and drinks.
This year, there was a hookah bar to while away the evenings.

The lamp place, clean kitchen, the atmosphere is very pleasant and generally it is a pleasure to be here. The houses are a bit stuffy, but not stuffy at all, and most importantly - quiet (not in terms of noise insulation, but in terms of remoteness from roads). Great view of the mountains. The beach is without garbage, but pebbles, you can't walk without shoes, but the water is clean, and there are few people.

Great place! The best vacation. It's our first time in Abkhazia, we've been to different countries, different hotels, but this is where you feel at home, everything is here, a shared kitchen, helpful kind attentive hosts, always on site, will meet you, tell you where to go, where to buy, they have wonderful kids. The territory is very well maintained, the room has everything you need, air conditioning, boiler, shower, bed, small mirror, sofa, chest of drawers and cabinets, everything is as in the photo. Excellent kitchen, everything is there, Parking for many cars, no one bothers anyone, everything is closed for the night. There is silence around, this is a huge plus for us, there is a wild beach nearby, it is literally 2 minutes away, we were on different beaches both in Gagra and in staraya Gagra and this wild beach is our love. There are many shops nearby, with draft beer, pastries, the market is close, everything is there in the morning at reasonable prices, a butcher shop with steamed meat, and a local pastry shop took our figures!) again, ask the owners and they will tell you everything. If you are going in a good mood to swim in the sea, sit in the evening in silence by the campfire or on the porch of your house and breathe in the scent of eucalyptus, you are here! We were in Abkhazia for the first time, stayed from September 20 to September 29, lived in the 12th house, all amenities, air conditioning, awesome mattress, slept like dead, clean linen, extra pillows, a set of towels, a shower with hot water, a refrigerator, there is a kitchen, the owner Alexander and his wife are very sensitive and caring people who are sensitive to their guests, cleanliness and order everywhere. The territory is ennobled, Parking is provided for cars, there is a barbecue area, less than 5 minutes walk to the sea, shops are within walking distance, and most importantly silence and the opportunity to sleep, a gorgeous view of the mountains from the porch. We will definitely advise our friends and come back ourselves.

Spacious houses, friendly hosts, a bed with a good mattress, there is a split and a refrigerator. Well-maintained territory, well-equipped shared kitchen, on-site parking, close to the sea. The toilet is in the room, with a large shower cabin.
Cons: there is no sound insulation, no opening windows, i.e. to ventilate only through the door.

Located off the road, the entrance to the base is a gravel road. The host greets the guests personally, explains the conditions regarding accommodation, about the sights. Houses for two rooms, the rooms are clean, shower, air conditioning, refrigerator. There is a gazebo with tables and a kitchen on the territory of the base, where you can cook yourself if desired. The sea is about 300m away, the beach is deserted as it is located away from the central beach, the water is clean.

The way to the sea is through a sewer stream, the territory of the hotel is well maintained, but there are a lot of ragweed and islands of garbage around. Houses for 2 rooms there is no noise insulation, there is air conditioning, new clean linen, mattress and pillows are good. The owner is friendly and always on the spot.

A great place to relax with your family and dog. There is a parking lot. The territory is closed for the night, it is safe. There are many flowers on the territory, there is a washing machine and dryer, a shared kitchen. The cabins have air conditioning, showers, everything you need. There is a great local cafe nearby, a 200-something meter path to the beach. It feels like I'm in the country.

We rested in Lazurny with Alexander's family and children. The houses are very comfortable, there is a shower, toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator. The beach is 3 minutes walk away. They quietly left the children while they went to the store. The territory is closed, the car is in the Parking lot. There is a shared kitchen where you can prepare food, pour tea and coffee. I really liked it, thank you!!!

We booked it a month and a half in advance at the Booking Office. This is my first experience with this service. I calculated the route and, being safe, wrote to the phone number indicated in the application that we would check in around 16.00. Unfortunately, there was a traffic jam between Loo and Dagomys, it was clear that we would definitely not get there by 16.00. Again, being safe, I wrote to the owner that we were very late on the way, but we were going.
We only got there around 8 p.m.🤦🏻♀️ But everything is OK, we were settled without any problems.
The house and the conditions - as in the announcement, there were no surprises. The view from the windows and from the courtyard is of the high-rise buildings of Gagra and the mountains beyond them.
The road to the sea along the glamping area, 100-150 meters to the sea. The beach is not crowded, because it is essentially the outskirts of the city. This was an advantage for us because I don't like crowds of people.
There is parking for cars on the territory right at the entrance, the territory is closed at night.
The houses are clean, our houses have: air conditioning, chest of drawers, mini fridge, sofa, double bed, 2 bedside tables, table lamp, hangers, bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). Towels, bed linen - according to the number of arrivals. There are three of us with the child, all for three.
A house for living in the warm season, it feels like you need at least a heater in the cold, but maybe there are heaters, you need to clarify.
At the entrance to the terrace of the house there is a table and 3 chairs for relaxing, a clothes dryer).
There is also a Playground (slide, swing, house, toys), a manual area, a shared kitchen (gas. stove and electric tiles), sink, 2 kettles, dishes, microwave, tea, coffee, sugar-salt-spices, cereals-pasta - can be freely used), dining area.
It is also possible to wash and dry things in the washing machine, there is an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer (we turned to Alexander the owner when we needed it).
In general, a very customer-oriented host, always tries to help in all matters. You can put 5 for this alone, for Abkhazia such an attitude is rare.
Among the wishes, it would be possible to make the playground covered so that children do not risk getting burned in the sun, and in the rains the swing, slide and sandbox are not flooded.
On nutrition: we didn't like the cafe, we cooked it ourselves. From the shops of the optimal "Assorted" in the shopping center "Gagra" (wine, cereals, confectioners, alcohol, sausage cheeses, etc., there is everything except meat). There is a greater variety of fruits on the market, from glamping about 1km on foot. Good meat was found only in the "Butcher Shop" in Pitsunda, and they bought it there.

Super location, 3 minutes to the sea, along a great path. The sea is clear, it's a thrill to swim! There is a kitchen, everything is clean. The children are delighted, there is a mini playground for them. There is a barbecue and tables.

Cancellation of the reservation by the owner of the apartment and renting to other people.
We booked a house from September 11 to 13 (booked in advance in early July) on Booking for 3,500 days. No prepayment was required in the application. On the day of check-in, we were on an excursion in Abkhazia, arrived on the 11th at the booked accommodation at 9 pm. There is no specific address in the application, which, among other things, caused difficulties in finding this housing. As a result, we stayed on the street, as the owner of the campsite rented our house to other people, arguing that we did not get in touch on the day of check-in and arrived late (giving the example of other guests who allegedly "threw" their non-occupancy earlier). Yes, unfortunately, it was not possible to get in touch that day, as there is poor communication and problems with the Internet in Abkhazia.
Next, it's even more interesting. The owner of this place tried to "help us out". He invited us to stay with other familiar owners. He led us to these apartments, from the sea at a considerable distance between the bushes. The "apartment" was located on the ground floor overlooking the yard with dogs, ala guardhouse with grandma's renovation. But the most attractive thing in this offer turned out to be the cost - 4000 per day (I would like to remind you that we booked a separate house with amenities by the sea for 3500 per day). Of course, we refused. And we went on an amazing night adventure in Gagram, where all the hotels are booked.
Although we did not spend time in this place for the reasons described above, but the impression of the owner of this apartment was bad. Booking on the official website means nothing to the landlord. Yes, unfortunately, there are difficulties when you are abroad and there is no mobile connection (especially in Abkhazia). As a result, we stayed on the street late in the evening and went looking for a place to stay in Gagra during the season, where everything is booked. I would not like to get into such a situation, especially if you come with children, and not in your own car.

Brand new houses. There is a kitchen with everything you need (they even offered to take cereals / pasta / tea for free).
The small playground was a plus. Closed territory, children walk alone.
