Very hospitable and friendly hosts Arthur and Elena . The rooms are clean and cozy. A beautiful view opens from the balcony to the mountains. The territory has everything you need for a good rest. Recommend 👍
We rested at this hotel, we were very dissatisfied with the rest. The most important factor is that this is just a village in which there is practically nothing, to walk 900 meters to the sea (almost 1 km🤦🏻♀️) until you get steamed up…
Upon arrival, I was met by a "wonderful" transfer, the driver of which simply missed our guest house and took us further to deliver tourists all the way to Gagra, how should we know the location of this place? Without the Internet... even if the locals can't find this wonderful place, 2GIS doesn't have this house at this address.
This is not a hotel at all, and even more so not a hotel, it is a guest house of an Abkhazian family.
Plus, these are the owners, very good-natured people, helped with everything, explained everything, and fed upon arrival.
The room is not bad, there is air conditioning (although warm air has been blowing during the day for the last couple of days, cold at night). Towels and bed linen were not changed, this was out of the question, no one is obliged to change anything there, you need to wash it yourself. There is a continuous construction site around the house, the owners are just settling in.
We took 2 excursions.. the service in Abkhazia leaves much to be desired.. a complete disappointment. We will never go again and we do not advise you!)
It's not worth the money. The photo does not correspond to reality. It looks terrible in person. There are destroyed buildings near the house! It is very noisy, it is not forbidden for vacationers in this house to listen to music loudly. It is located far from the sea!!! More than 500 meters. The entrance to the house is made of rubble. Choose a place closer to the sea. In this house, the price and quality do not correspond to the word at all. Pysy: the tap water flows smelly, it is impossible to wash.
