Impressions are different, sometimes I like to visit, sometimes there are no positive emotions. A big plus of the institution is its location in the city center. The prices are probably average, lower than the Palace of Water Sports, maybe in residential areas the pool is cheaper. I would like to see the development of this institution, the locker rooms as they correctly wrote in appearance from the Soviet era and nothing changes, the state of the soul is sad, the toilet was not washed this year. There is no control over the behavior of the visitors in the pool, many of them are without hats and are not sure if they washed before the session. The water is cold when it happens, often leaves from brooms float after the bath, etc. In the evening, there are a lot of people on the same track. Hydro massage is included only on bath days. The impression is complemented by the sour faces of the staff, who does not hesitate to go into the men's locker room and remind them that it's time to get dressed faster. So maybe you shouldn't sell tickets after 19 o'clock? In general, if there is a better option, I will definitely not go here.

It's a pity to put two stars. Laznya is a very cozy place. With my family, we chose it for our vacation. Although we are not in our area, but after work at the end of the week, even if we do not make it by 21, we still go for less time, but we go. But today our vacation turned into hell. It feels like for the workers of the steam room and the pool (for the first time I saw) the chic improvements of the hammam and the renovation of the Finnish steam room had a negative impact. The hammam was turned off at 21:30 and the employee was nowhere to be found. When I arrived at 15 minutes to go, I explained that it was already 10 o'clock. For some reason, the clock showed 17:15, then it was adjusted. The pools were very cold, even for children. The cleaning of the children's pool began at 22, mats were thrown out on the passage right at the exit and they began to pour water from the hose, they went out through the swamp clinging to the mats. But I was more surprised in the shower, and today I noticed that the clocks in the pool and in the locker room do not match. We were lagging in the pool, but in the locker room we were in a hurry. I calmly came from the pool at 22:40 and I see that all the doors, even to the corridor, are open and fixed. After running into the steam room to warm up, a worker flies in to me and shouts that it's already 11 and I have to look at the clock, which she never explained to me. Although I tried to explain that I had just watched the time in the pool. I went out and then I see that my things are gone. After hanging up the bathroom accessories, she began to inspect where they were, it turns out she had removed them. And how she replied to me that she had done me a favor. I took them away and quickly began to wash my hair. It took 3 minutes, at which time the employee was hosing down my bathroom accessories and a towel. When I started asking what she was doing, she told me that I had to clean up and go home, periodically moving away from my things and returning. I came to the locker room at 10 minutes to ten. And I immediately had a question about how to collect the money. But realizing that this is a personal factor, I would like to know how the administration views such behavior? And if the workers start cleaning at 22, so can they not set such a work schedule and take money for it?

I have been to many baths in Minsk. However, in the price segment, we stopped at this particular institution. There are 2 good steam rooms, a large and children's pool, a hammam, a lot of showers, a relatively inexpensive cafe with comfortable sofas, where after the banshee you can continue chatting with friends. Perhaps the lockers are not new and there are queues in the season, but this is not the main thing, I think the bath attendants will understand me. Anyone who needs gloss can visit bathhouse number 1. It is after a recent renovation... In my opinion, the one who designed this renovation is not a bath attendant. A large beautiful room with a nice pool, but one small stupid steam room...

A good place to relax.Everything is simple without any luxury or renovation, a locker room in the style of the USSR.There is a large 3-lane swimming pool, a small pool for children and three steam rooms.Dry Finnish, Russian sauna with a broom, as well as a hammam for light relaxation.When there are few people in the Russian bath, the steam is harsh due to lack of humidity.Of the disadvantages, there is no barrel with cold water.In the sauna complex, you can buy a broom on the ground floor.If you like luxury conditions and renovation, maybe this place is not for you.In general, it is a good place to relax, considering the price and quality.

I used to visit this fok, but today I experienced a shock from the service, not only that the entire interior of the men's department (I don't know how in the women's)a frank scoop, but all the plumbing is in a deplorable state, the Russian steam room did not work, it was launched after 1.5 hours, the hammam is cold, and what surprises most of all, no one even said about it when buying tickets.and that's all for 21 rubles...the service was not provided in full.I think you should think about whether to visit this fok or give preference to another bathhouse.

Одна из лучших бань города по соотношению качество/виды отдыха/цена.
Жирный минус - персонал в бассейне. Худая пожилая женщина с короткой стрижкой в очках:
- всегда (!) в плохом настроении и абсолютно не умеет разговаривать;
- пытается всем навязать свои условия - абсолютно игнорирует права посетителей (помимо установленных правил поведения !!!)
- старается постоянно под любым предлогом выгнать из маленького бассейна;
- всех выгоняет примерно за 30-40 минут до завершения сеанса из зоны бассейнов;
- всегда раздраженно разговаривает и абсолютно не знает элементарного этикета, игнорирует права посетителей и не уважает то, что в оплату входят все общедоступные парилки, бассейны и душевые в бане
В мужском и женском отделениях - тоже попадается хамоватые сотрудники
Из «+»:
+ 2 бассейна (большой, 3 дорожки, 25м, глубина 2-1.4м; маленький - примерно 5х8м, глубина около 1м, вода более теплая)
+ 3 парилки (русская, финская, хамам - общий);
+ 10 душевых кабин (8 в отделении, 2 - возле бассейна)
+ есть отделение люкс (отдельная плата)
+ относительно комфортабельно
+ продажа банных принадлежностей (шапочки, очки, веники, шампуни)
+ доп.опции (не входят в стоимость): кафе, массаж, парикмахерская;
+ удобное расположение в городе;

- не предупреждают, если не работает хамам (бывает 1 раз из 4-5)
- бывает много людей (особенно в русской парной - не всегда получается попасть);
- разнообразный контингент малообразованных граждан (кто-то начинает солью обсыпать всех или мочалкой работать так, что все летит на окружающих; стабильно приходят граждане из преисподней - постоянно подливают в русской бане, чтобы выжить остальных; женщины, плавающие парами в одном направлении на дорожке)
- маленькая и почти всегда перегруженная парковка

I didn't go to the bathhouse after that.. I went to the shower, but they distinguished themselves there, wrote a complaint. An unsubscribe has arrived. I don't go there anymore.

ТОП за свои деньги!
Бассейн, три парные, доброжелательный персонал. С Детьми тоже будет очень круто, есть маленький не глубокий бассейн.
Бывают очереди на вход, но самая большая 30 минут, и то в выходной/праздничный день.
Где припарковать машину можно легко найти, либо возле комплекса, либо в доль проезжей части, проблем с парковкой не было ни разу.
Кафе годное для попить пива после бани (я не любитель алкоголя вообще, поэтому оценить сложно).
В целом место очень "ретро", прям путешествие в "совок", поэтому если вы к этому не готовы, прям совсем к советской бане, то это место вам не понравится.
А мне за эти деньги ТОП.
Бонус: если что-то забыли, можно попросить у баньщика.

I have been visiting Lazne with the company every week for 3 months now, only the VIP room. At first, I had a great impression, there were no complaints. But over the past month I have come across nuances:
1. During one of the visits, there was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the shower (it smelled of feces), the shower room was combined with the pool and it was hard to say the least, an excellent steam room and a large communal pool saved.
2. The last time I was disappointed with the steam room, the temperature did not rise more than 60 degrees, it was very sad, because only for the sake of the steam room the VIP was removed, so as not to sit in the general compartment. I told the administrator about it, he spread his hands, like yesterday they changed the boiler, everything should be fine.
The poor preparation of the VIP lounge for the reception of visitors spoiled all the positive impression about the institution.

We went to the suite with our family. Clean, neat, large warm pool, which, of course, the child liked. The steam room is good, but it needs to be heavily moistened. 3 hours cost 3,300 Russian rubles, which, in my opinion, is absolutely adequate for such a number.

Ездим семьёй. По ценнику не мало. Если брать семье на 3 часа, то сопоставимо с ценами разных ФОКов.
Чисто в раздевалке. Парные хорошие. Бассейн детский и взрослый. Возле бассейна - хамам. Это плюс. Вода в детском бассейне порою вызывает удивление. Один раз я не разрешила детям в нем плавать. И ещё меня удивляет,что в детском бассейне плещутся здоровенные мужики. Нет, я понимаю отцы с детьми или мамы с детьми. Это одно. Но что там делают дяденьки.... Уж точно, не учатся плавать. В связи с данным фактом не разрешаю дочери подростку плавать там, когда есть только мужики и нет других детей и их родителей.
В большом бассейне стремная лестница для спуска в воду. Можно поранить стопу.
Вода прохладная и это отлично.
Персонал вежливый.
В кафе бармен на своем месте. Всегда в нормальном настроении. Адекватный и приветливый.
Вкусный суп харчо в кафе.
И локация данной бани очень удобная.

Теплая вода в малом бассейне и умеренное количество человек на дорожке в большом бассейне, а так же не плохие парные. Хотелось бы ещё отремонтировать раздевалки, но в целом мне нравится, что в них достаточно места для переодевания и не надо переодеваться на голове у кого-то другого.
После пожара руководство решило не закрыть комплекс, а водить людей разными катакомбами, приходилось оставлять ценные вещи на входе, а потом пользоваться «вип» отделениями без закрывающихся шкафов, но с этим ещё можно было мириться, но потом руководство решило плюнуть на все нормы приличия и отгородить небольшое место для женского отделения около малого бассейна, поставить туда старые ржавые шкафы, там же на пятачке в 9 кв метров 2 душевых, которые сразу же забились, на полу вода, одежда испорчена, но самая фишка это выход прямиком в бассейн!! То есть вы переодеваетесь, кто-нибудь заходит в раздевалку, а вы без трусов на обозрение всего бассейна, в общем, я очень надеюсь, что руководство одумается и вернёт все на свои места, потому что сам бассейн был отличный .

Классное место. Очень много лет ходил в общее отделение с друзьями. Но иногда есть очередь по выходным, во второй половине дня, в мужском отделении, и мы с друзьями решили ходить в люкс, о чем ни разу не пожалели. Всего три люкс отделения. В каждом есть комната отдыха, парная, бассейн угловой радиусный, пять шкафчиков для переодевания и санузел. Но только из 2-го и 3-го люксов можно выйти в большой бассейн, не забыв при этом надеть плавки. Веники можно перед баней купить на улице у дедушек или внутри сдания в самом комплексе, предварительно оплатив за веник в кассе. Есть свой бар в сдании со спиртным, закусками и чай кофе. Так же есть гардероб. В целом замечательное место за свои деньги. Много перепробовали частных бань, но все же выбрали эту из-за нормальной уборки и чистоты и хорошей цены за услуги.

Огромным плюсом Лазни является наличие полноценного бассейна+ есть большой бассейн для детей. Из минусов в бассейне много хлорки, поэтому, если ваша кожа очень чувствительная, то в бассейн лучше не ходить. Пар в целом более менее. Есть ещё финская парная и что-то на подобии хамама.
Ещё из-за то, что стоимость здесь немного выше обычной бани, соответственно континент здесь приличнее.

Отличное место!
Был с детьми: финская сауна, хамам, русская парная, бассейн 25 метров в три дорожки, бассейн 10 метров. Всё для недорого отдыха.
