A wonderful and atmospheric master class on cooking the national Bukhara pilaf from Laziz haus.
Upon arrival in Bukhara, we decided to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of Uzbekistan and started with a gastronomic acquaintance.😍😋😋😋
But we decided not just to eat, but to learn how to cook Bukhara pilaf with our own hands! 🙌
The owner of the house and his daughter met us. And we started the creative gastronomic process. 👩🏻🍳👩🏻🍳
While the pilaf was cooking, a table with snacks and delicious tea was set for us. Well, when the pilaf was ready, the table was bursting with abundance...😍😋
Perhaps this is the best and most sunnily beautiful pilaf that I have eaten and cooked, and I also really liked the tomato salad, which is specially served with pilaf.😋
So I wholeheartedly recommend taking a master class, and not just coming to a restaurant, this is a completely different vibe that will leave the best impressions and +1 new author's recipe in your book.
It's just amazing. Very nice, comfortable, clean. The hospitality here is of a high level. Showing a master class on cooking pilaf is amazing. The dish is very tasty, the interior is beautiful, in summer it is convenient even under the ivan.
Fantastically tasteless and slow, just disrespectful to the guests of the city. On the outskirts, local canteens are a hundred times better fed. The authorities should think about what the face of the city looks like on the most central site.
