A huge disadvantage is that my husband had to carry a heavy suitcase and a bag of things up the stairs to the 3rd floor! There is no elevator, it's a floor of trouble, but the fact that the stairs are not equipped is a sad trouble! My husband has a hernia in his back, and I was pregnant!
