The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay - a huge modern room with a sofa, a bed and two balconies, cleaning, a set of shower accessories and cutlery, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a safe, a variety of delicious breakfasts! It takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea and the seaport along the beautiful streets of Batumi.

A great hotel to stay in Batumi. Lasha, the owner of the hotel, is the most important plus. He gets 10 stars out of 5! A very nice young man. He always has parking for your car. If she is not there, he will kindly give you his place. Lasha also upgraded the room category from standard to Suite for free. A huge room with panoramic windows on the 4th floor with a balcony. The only comment about the hotel is that it is both a plus and a minus - it is located on the main street. It's bad that it's very noisy there and police and ambulance sirens are constantly heard. On the other hand, you are always on the main street and have quick access to everything.

One of the advantages is a good room size, comfortable beds. There is also air conditioning and a large wardrobe.
Cons: when a large group arrived, not everyone had enough large towels (on the trail. the problem was solved one day), the lack of the possibility of obtaining two electronic keys (only one works) and the lack of cleaning, even the garbage was not taken out in 3 days.
The biggest disadvantage is the sound insulation of the windows, absolutely all sounds can be heard: cars, motorcycles, sirens, music, screaming people; you sleep as if with the window open.

We were at this hotel for a week in early August and stayed for a week. The hotel is basically good for Batumi for the price that is offered for the rooms. The location is good for a hotel in the old town. The breakfasts are very tasty and the coffee is just great. There are some special features of the rooms, since the windows of the rooms overlook the main artery of the city - Chavchavadze Street, the noise of the road is constantly heard during the day and we could not rest during the day because of it. The rooms have a toilet combined with a shower. There is not enough separate trash in the rooms
