The room is very dark and uncomfortable. It smells damp. One of the advantages is the low price and location. An ideal location for tourists (near all the sights, many shops, a market, a stop at the airport)

small, modest, but cozy hotel
excellent location: Avlabari metro station 3-5min., Metekhi Temple 5 min., Rike Park and funicular 7 min., Old Tbilisi 10 min.
the hotel is clean, in the room: air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer
very friendly, friendly staff, administrators speak Russian
considering the low prices - everything is just perfect, I recommend
