I was there in the winter and even in the summer. I recommend it at any time. In summer, the atmosphere is hot, and every day there are some master classes, and in winter you play in the snow, dance in restaurants, relax, all in one. Well, there are cheesecakes every day I rode)))
Of the advantages, there is a huge territory, beautiful, fresh. The rooms are newly renovated, very nicely done, there is no alcohol, I think there are no unnecessary problems in the form of inadequate guests.
Of the minuses, the breakfast is quite meager, the prices, as for me, are too high, there are a lot of people dressed in anything in the pool, it's good that we were mostly in the nursery..
I rate my vacation at 3 out of 5 .
Perhaps something will be a plus for someone, I do not argue, I will tell you my impressions, if there were such reviews, maybe I would not have gone.
Pros: large territory, lots of activities, nice large room, we rested in a suite, delicious food and a wonderful restaurant manager.
Minuses:
Life in the liner seemed to me like at the train station, people are brought every morning by 4 buses (who want to squeeze everything out of the rest), as I understand it, corporate parties are celebrated there, and hotel guests simply do not get anything from entertainment. They swim in anything, no one watches it, they even take towels from the rooms, of course after that they don't want to go to any pool anymore!!! I don't know , it's just a huge minus , if I knew, I wouldn't have gone because of it.
the central heating does not work, which is why we had to ask for heaters (we have two children, one infant), to which we were told "well, if they stayed."
Interestingly, you should always reserve a table, otherwise there will simply be no place for you! There is no alcohol in the restaurant, there is an open question here, perhaps a plus! The music is playing in such a way that it is simply impossible to sit inside the restaurant (
And finally, this is a tax issue... we were not given any checks, and when they gave it it turned out to be already registered??? And of course, with a puzzled look, everyone said they didn't know anything about how it happened. And they were not going to solve the issue.
