We have been living in this complex for a month now. There is a hotel on the same territory at once. A large chlorine-free pool is a paradise for my skin!
The children are delighted: the older one is always in the bass, the younger one runs to the kidsclub.
I often visit the most incredible spa... Mmmm... Buzz, there are no words!
As for the rooms. We came from Moscow City, spoiled by spacious apartments and when we first came to Phuket, we settled into a rather cramped two-bedroom apartment. There is also a 90 sq.m. large master bedroom with a glass bathtub and shower, a children's room, a kitchen and a living room very large compared to what I saw before. Everything is stylish, brand new! Cleaning every 7 days (you can call more often, I want to note that we do not live in a hotel). The hotel is inhabited, as I understand it, I almost fill it for the rainy season at the Top (this is generally a separate topic, I do not understand these off-seasons, it rained, it became a little cooler on 29 and after 10 minutes everything dried up)., but basik always has places, there are no crowds, as in many Turkish hotels. In general, I'm glad not to say anything!
Now I'm thinking of buying a studio here as an investment. I met with the manager and showed him everything. Rental yields, yes, are still lower than deposits now, but damn, deposits are constantly jumping one percent, then another. We think, we look. Yes, the construction behind the building in which we live is active, it is not audible to residents at all.
I forgot to tell you, because we have a car, we park in the parking lot, it's also cool, not on the street. It's really 2 miles to get to the sea here, and sometimes my children with a babysitter drive a golf cart. They did a very cool job.

I've been thinking about investing in real estate for a long time and found out about layan verde. I immediately liked the project for its location — a couple of minutes to the beach! I bought a studio for investment, bribed the idea of the project, about harmony and caring for nature - close, and the design is cool)) If everything goes as promised, then I'll think about it for life!
