I bought a floor toilet with installation on Ozone, after installation and start-up, after a while it flowed at the junction of the flexible hose with the filling valve. After contacting the company within 3 days, they sent a new filling valve at their own expense absolutely free of charge.
Now everything works flawlessly.

The manufacturer, or most likely just a seller of goods that is not related to production, deceives Us as consumers, misleading Us. The manufacturer, as well as the brand itself, is from Belarus. They use a classic scheme from the 90s: a beautiful non-Russian brand name, a beautiful website on a foreign domain, but only the server itself in Minsk ( see photo). These products are sold only in Belarus mainly and also on ozone in Russia, there are 0 mentions of sales in Europe. Also in Russia, micro LLC with an authorized capital of 10tr is engaged in distribution!
Don't believe the self-written reviews of their products! On Irecomend, all accounts from which reviews are written are created with the same frequency +- week, do not have reviews of other products (people on this site earn money by viewing reviews and reviews and it is not logical to write only about one product) That is, the reviews are fake.
Also, all their designers and other photos are taken from photo stocks (sites selling photos, in this case models that are sold for use to write content on websites) That is, the designers are a fake.
