Close to the beach and the museum is free for tourists upon presentation of a voucher. Walking distance to the convenience stores, not friendly sidewalks. If desired, take a taxi.
The hotel is amazing , the view from the room to the ocean is quiet in the morning , I woke up early and just heard the sound of waves , the rooms have everything , a set of towels, all hygiene products except a toothbrush , slippers , a bathrobe , a dressing room, a safe , a chic bed and a huge mirror , a tea set and delicious cookies , a hotel for a paradise holiday, the territory is clean , well-groomed , I love such hotels, and of course the perfect breakfasts
The location of the hotel, three minutes from the sea, is its biggest plus. The hotel itself is quite old, it catches your eye. But at the time when it was being built, everything was planned respectably and thoroughly. Very thick carpet on the floor, good sound insulation, large and different rooms for breakfast and lunch. But the carpet has worn out over time, towels are only large, bath towels, there are no bathrobes. The bed linen has not been changed once in 11 days of stay!!!. The food is kind of mega-tasteless. There is no choice at all. For breakfast, oatmeal soup, muesli, chopped vegetables, boiled eggs and stewed beans. There is no dessert at all, dry buns, it is unclear how to eat them and why they are laid out at all. Lunch-dinner: chopped vegetables, broth, fish is always the same, chicken, potatoes and boiled vegetables on the side, not salted at all and pasta. For dessert, mousse, one kind of pastry and a fruit salad of watermelon, melon and apple. Separate kringe - water, tea for lunch and dinner is ONLY paid, you can not bring your own from the room. There are no smoking areas in the hotel. You can actually smoke only standing in front of the hotel, actually on the sidewalk. Considering that there are no balconies in the rooms, the windows are very small, smoking in the heat, on the pedestrian sidewalk, is still a pleasure. But the hotel has a sauna and a gym. The hotel does not have its own territory either, the pool is tiny, in fact - only for children. The beach is public, clean and nice, beach towels are provided at the hotel.
I was there and spent two weeks, I liked the service in bed, the restaurant was cozy, the choice did not disappoint. I recommend you to visit. I recommend you to visit!
A chain hotel with a history. The staff is well-trained, holds on to the place. Therefore, there are no problems of conflicts, all issues are resolved on the spot. Cleaning daily, fresh towels every day, change of sheets on demand, want daily. Buffet, there are few names, but everything is fresh and edible. The fruits were melons and watermelons. Good. Wi-Fi works great in the room. By Turkish standards, this hotel is five stars. And the Emirates have a solid four
Overall not bad, but not four stars. Three. The rooms are old and not very clean. But the beach is nearby, the breakfast is good. In general, the hotel is for your own money
The location is good. Near the beach and shops, cafes. That's where the advantages ended.
The hotel itself is tired. Rooms with old furniture, towels washed to holes, carpets with stains, there is a smell of dampness (ventilation and air conditioning do not help), bed linen with stains and holes.
Regarding cleaning:the staff believes that changing towels and making the bed is quite enough. For 11 days, they have never vacuumed, washed the shower and toilet, wiped the tables and bedside tables. Bed linen is promised to be replaced every 3 days (and on request every day), however, we did not change the linen, but simply made the bed for 5 days in a row and only after contacting the reception we changed the bed linen. There was a non-working refrigerator in the room. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to have it fixed or replaced. The staff won't care about you at all. You will have to take care of your comfort, cleanliness and coziness yourself. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Sometimes they forgot to throw out the garbage and had to do it themselves. The track is not working in the hall and no one is going to fix it. The pool is open from 8, but the employee comes to work and it still takes him an hour to put the pool in order. Shouldn't the pool be open to the public already at 8?
If you want to sleep longer and ask to clean up later, believe me, no one will come and clean until you go to the reception 10 times, and even there you will have to explain what a normal room cleaning is. The windows and frames are dirty, covered in dust and streaks. Beach towels were given for free, but you should have seen their condition: incomprehensible spots, holes. There is no sound insulation, you will come across a room with a view of the street, there will be very strong noise from cars even at night, since there are many trucks and they are local fans of honking at each other, and if there is a room with a view of the pool, you will listen to the mosque at 5 am.
This is not 4 stars, but 2.
I do not recommend this hotel to you.
Everything was fine before the change of the hotel owner. After the shift.. He wants to be the best. Especially the menu and the quality of the food. Two people poisoned themselves with food in front of me. The reception remained unchanged and of high quality. All questions are solved quickly!!!
Nice hotel near the sea. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and sauna with hammam. Comfortable rooms. The staff speaks Russian. The breakfasts are good . There are rooms for people with disabilities . We had a great rest!
I liked everything!!!😊
Decent food! There are not many dishes, but you will not leave hungry. Everything is always fresh. We only had breakfast included, but in the end, no matter how much we washed, we returned to the proven kitchen (lunch and dinner cost 50 dirhams, that's ~ 1,000 rubles). Low bow to the cook! 🙏
The hotel is located near Al Khan Beach (5 min walk). We didn't pay for sun beds and rods, we were lying on towels that were given out at the hotel by the pool. I didn't want to go to the pool - we have a pool at home, right in the house. In walking distance from the hotel there is an Oceanarium (ticket 25 dirhams ~ 500 rubles). For trips to Dubai, the hotel is located as well as possible.
The service is excellent - the staff is very friendly and tries to please in every possible way, fulfills all requests and very quickly!
Guys with cleaning are lazy and hack! On the 3rd day, I had to order an additional cleaning, but everything was done without any arguments.
In all rooms there is carpet on the floor, which is not vacuumed every day for sure, but at least 3 times a day will be done on request. Most likely, they don't even vacuum before each check-in, I directly took a video and showed it to the receptionist at the reception, after that our room was under special control🤭
The beach is cleaned constantly. The sand is fine, clean. The hotel doesn't have its own territory, but we didn't need it - we were constantly leaving and leaving. There is an underground parking, seemingly free for hotel guests.
Everywhere they try very hard to leave only positive impressions! I recommend this hotel if you are not going to sit in it, but only to spend the night, change clothes and eat. Supervariant!
So - so , the beach is 500 meters from the hotel and not completely free
The breakfasts are almost the same every day.
The rooms are old, cleaned every day, the towel is changed as well, two bottles of water.
I really liked the friendly staff , the most delicious desserts , the best , cozy hotel . Cleaning every day , walking distance to the beach . I'll come again.
A good hotel, calm, homely, a little tired, of course, but for 10 days of rest it does not irritate, the food is normal, it feels like everything is fresh. The location is excellent, you can walk to everything.
The hotel is not big, 3 floors, good architecture, courteous staff, first line from the beach.
But a general dry cleaning is required for all carpets or replacement with a new one. Cleaning is carried out by men, the quality of cleaning is accordingly.
I would choose this hotel again... I hope that it will shine with 4 stars!
Convenient location of the hotel, very friendly staff, decent breakfasts.Russian tourists are helped by Tatiana, an employee of a local travel agency. The sea is nearby.Beauty!!! And you do not pay attention to the rare change of linen and not very high-quality cleaning
The rest is good, the sea is beautiful, the hotel is right on the shore. But in the evening there is nowhere to go, there are no shops nearby, no promenade, no entertainment, even benches just to sit.
We lived in this hotel, I liked everything. Polite staff, gym, delicious breakfasts, of course the rooms themselves are on wow, where the lime fell off, but these are small things for such a price a chic hotel!
Liked it: The location is good, not far from Alkhan beach. That's why we chose this hotel. Every day the room is cleaned, beds are made, shampoo and body lotion are added. The staff is very friendly and friendly.
I didn't like it: Monotonous food. Only 1 type of fruit was present at breakfast. The rooms provide 3 towels for two. Towels are washed to holes and have an unsightly gray color.
Conclusion: I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. With the stated 4 stars, he deserves only 3!
Overall, the hotel is not bad. We arrived, arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock in the morning, check-in was only from 14h the next day, but we booked it ourselves, so we paid extra to check in immediately, $ 90. Yes, indeed, the curtains are dirty, the carpets too, straight spots. And so, they are cleaned daily, they give water. The food is good, but monotonous. And be careful with the fruit slicing, watermelons are just felt, they are not fresh at all. And so fish, beef, milk porridge looks like, tastes like water, soups are also not very good. But beef is always delicious.
A three. The room has not been renovated for a long time. The bathroom is large, but requires cosmetic repairs. The carpet is stained . They clean well. The linen is decent. Breakfast is a buffet. No frills . The beach is very close. I recommend that you arrange excursions with Tatiana. Right at the hotel. He will tell you everything and show you. The pool is small, there is a sauna. I recommend it to those who are not picky.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the city beach. We only had breakfast. Of course, after the Turkish- so-so, but you can choose something. And how the cupcake was cut there! Such thin pieces! Minimalism in everything! Towels were changed every other day, that's for sure. Water was supplied. Shampoo, cream, put. The windows do not open, to look out the window you need to stand on a chair, and there is a layer of dust. It feels like there was smoking in the room, there is no balcony, the windows do not open and are always closed with heavy curtains. The staff is friendly, they don't speak Russian, of course. But there was a Russian-speaking girl who offered excursions. The hotel has no territory at all. The hotel is small. 4 with a minus you can put
We were very disappointed with the issue of beach towels. The beach by the sea is until 19, and towels must be handed over at 17.00. We go to the sea in the afternoon at 16.00, and by 17.00 run to hand over towels. We came to rest, but we had to settle the conflict, it's a pity. I would like to write to correct them. The hotel is not bad, but for the dirt and beach towels I reduced the cost by 2 stars.
So an honest review. This hotel was once very good a long time ago, but now it is really running.
Number:
Minuses:
The carpets in the rooms (we looked at several rooms the same thing everywhere) are dirty with stains and for 4 days, I have not heard the noise of a vacuum cleaner once, although when cleaning they drag the vacuum cleaner behind them. Everything in the room is in a big decline, the wardrobe can be seen to be of very high quality, but it opens with unreal effort, they asked us to fix it, they spread their hands, they say we can't. The seams on the tile in the bathroom were covered up 100 times from the fact that they look like in a Soviet dorm plus there is mold in some places. The elastic bands on the door yellow look bad, well, and everything in this spirit
Pros:
they make the bed and sort of wipe the dust, bring 2 bottles of water, change towels and replenish the tea set every day.
Swimming pool
Minuses:
It is in the same decline as the rooms the tiles have fallen off everywhere and it is small and generally small
There is no minibar
This joy works until 7 pm
Positive:
They give out towels with which you can go to the sea
Restaurant
Honestly, there are no advantages at all. They added 20k to us to get half board, but they really don't feed us here. The food is absolutely artless, it's the same every day! for lunch and dinner they give dessert (the same) but do not give tea (buy 5 dirhams separately) By unsophisticated, I mean this: lettuce cucumbers tomatoes, pasta in tomato paste, boiled (mb steamed) vegetables (potatoes carrots cabbage) and this is mandatory in the daily menu, the rest of the dishes change a little, but they are just as unsophisticated. In general, it is possible, but even I doubt that it consists of money. I advise you to pay only for breakfast, it costs your money and includes drinks and eat in restaurants nearby.
About nearby)
Location:
Positive
The sea is nearby the beach that is included in this hotel is good there are no questions
Minuses
There is nothing else nearby. The nearest stop to Dubai is 3.5 km away (in the heat +40 without pedestrian crossings and traffic lights), and since a taxi to the bus station costs at least 15 dirhams, I advise you to think about whether you need it or not. But there is a scheme to get out of this hotel. There is a free bus to Sharjah Mall every day, you can take it and there will already be a stop there, although you will still have to cut 3.5 km back or take a taxi for 15 dirhams
In general, it's possible and normal for your money, but to be honest, the second time, I wouldn't go here, it's better to pay extra and at least go to the hotel opposite, it has its own territory and a normal pool and its own beach
A difficult choice between 3 and 4. I put 4, because in general there is nothing terrible here. Breakfast is the simplest, potatoes, sausages, beans, cucumber, tomato, watermelon. The rooms are intact, but everything has lived a good long life. Staff without strain, a lot of vacationers 50 +. There is a small swimming pool on the territory, there is even a minimal gym. No frills, but close to the beach. On the beach, everything is for money, we take towels at the hotel especially for the beach. Everything that is right close to the hotel is all with a margin, you need to walk a kilometer before eating) everything is also more expensive in the supermarket, we go to Nesto, we change money there and buy all sorts of delicious gizmos
In principle, it's not bad. Of course, the breakfasts are monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The sea is across the street, which is a big plus. The only negative, probably, is the unkempt rooms, a little dirty. In general, it's okay, you can live)
The rooms are ruined. The carpet in the rooms is dirty, the windows do not open, the air conditioner starts at +28 and does not turn down. I waited 3 days to do it, but in no way)))))
The hotel is 4*, but it pulls in 3*. We were given a room on the 1st floor, there is a window facing the corner between the buildings of the hotel. there is no balcony, the light does not fall, which is why it is a minus that wet clothes dry for a very long time. The air conditioner is working in the room, although it was turned off, but it was cold. The furniture and appliances are old. They are not cleaned every day, but only upon request. Water is given 0.5 liters per day per person, which is very little. A very nice girl works at the reception, she is always responsive. The staff does not understand Russian. We took a charger adapter with us from home, you never know. And indeed, they do not give at the reception, they say to buy in the store.
The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, the rooms are very old, the location is very noisy, the food for the stated price should be more interesting. The only plus is the beach, there are no questions here, everything is fine. The price of this hotel is overstated 2 times for sure (New Year holidays).

A good hotel to stay in! There is everything you need in the room! The food is also not bad, everything is fresh! At the reception, you can take a ticket to the beach of the neighboring Carlton Hotel and use their territory with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a closed beach area! Also, if you leave the hotel, cross the road and go left, there is a free Al Khan beach! Admission by voucher! The beach is nice, clean, you can play volleyball. For a walk, you can go to the center of Sharjah to the embankment by taxi, which taxi near the hotel, travel by the meter. You can also go to Al Mamzar Park.
If you walk, you can walk to the aquarium, located near a large unfinished building, exit the hotel and go left. There is a shuttle service to the shopping centers from the nearby Carlton Hotel, you can see the schedule at the neighboring hotel! You can get to Dubai:
1. By taxi
2. Take a taxi to the bus stop, then take the bus to the nearest metro station, which goes to Dubai, and take the subway wherever you look. (See which branch you will take, this is important).
3. You can also take a taxi to the metro. (See the metro line, this is important).
The nearest shop is not far from the hotel, as you exit go to the right! In the same direction there is a point for the sale of Shan Tours Excursions, they are cheaper than guides, you can safely take. The manager's name is Tatiana, if I'm not mistaken.
In general, a normal hotel for your money, again, everyone has different preferences!
Pleasant and helpful staff, delicious food, a huge bed. I would like to have a fresher renovation, washed Windows from the outside, as there was a room with a sea view :), more fruits and seafood, we are at the sea :).
Nice hotel with a convenient location. Rooms are cleaned regularly, clean. The breakfasts are good, the staff is friendly and understands Russian well for most of our tourists, I think this is not a little important.
Good location, close to the beach, easy to get by water tram to Dubai. A 4-star hotel does not pull, but everything you need to eat. For a budget beach holiday is a great option.
Everything is normal for us.Food too, there is something to eat.The staff also came 2 times. They asked for a room, which was the first time, with a view of the pool.Everything they asked for, everyone got.The beach is nearby, and so are the shops.
5 min. to the beach, normal food, spacious room, coffee, tea, sugar, water, cream every day. Kettle and refrigerator. It is possible without lunch. Everyone is friendly and polite
We visited this hotel for the first time and were satisfied. The number of rooms is really outdated, it is necessary to carry out repairs. Change the managers of the hotel. The kitchen is very tasty. In general, everything is positive.
To the beach via the highway, but a 5-minute walk away. There is a small swimming pool. There is a sauna, but there is a time division between men and women. Don't count on early check-in and late check-out. The normal picture is of people with suitcases in the lobby by the elevators. But overall the impression is good. We did not regret choosing this hotel.
The location is excellent, the food is normal, we took breakfast, the room is clean, spacious, and there are Kettles, dishes, tea and coffee, shampoo and gels , cleaning every day, the pool is warm, the beach is across the street, 19-15 min walk. I recommend.
1. We arrived at 4 am. We were settled only at 14.
2. No meals are provided on this day.
3. The room is clean, but old, requiring repair. They clean mediocre.
4. The breakfasts are passable, you will not stay hungry.
5. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, free entrance for this hotel. Towels are provided by the pool at the hotel.
6. The staff is friendly, always smiling.
7. IMPORTANT!!! sockets are European, an adapter is needed.
Pros: proximity to the sea, Wi-Fi in the room, polite staff, respond to all requests, help.
Cons: there are no transfers to Dubai, the window is small, there are no balconies in the room, it would be nice to update the furniture, carpet.
But in general we have a good rest here)
Getting to know the Emirates. We visited the country for the first time.We chose the Emirate of Sharjah because of its proximity to Dubai and, therefore, to all its attractions.Lavender Hotel for the price and proximity to the sea.The room was on the second floor with a view of the road and the Carlton Hotel. The road is noisy day and night, so the window was closed at night. The number is no longer new, but everything that was needed worked.Water, coffee and tea were cleaned and replenished daily. There were four palotents for two, two large and two small, one small on the floor at the exit from the shower. Therefore, it turns out three towels for two..changed daily. There were two channels in Russian, one of them Freedom. We had breakfast and dinner. They cook normally, don't wait for the pickles, but you won't stay hungry.Dinner, if desired, can be changed for lunch, it is very convenient. There is a small swimming pool.Al Khan Beach is within walking distance.Clean with clear water and fine pleasant sand.Entrance by hotel voucher.Umbrella 30 dirhams ,sunbed 10.Many Arab families have a rest on Fridays. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Nesto supermarket, there is an exchange, they also bought food and drinks there.Closer there is a small shop going in the direction of the Al sef hotel. The center of Sharjah is a 40-minute walk away. There is a beautiful street along the canal connecting Al Khan Bay and Khalid Bay, you can go boating and sit in a cafe.To the mosque An Nur taxi 16 dirhams.Excursions were taken from the guide and from Kristina at the hotel.Special thanks to Kristina for her help in communicating with the staff .We were satisfied with the rest.We recommend this hotel for a reasonable price.
At first glance at the number, I was shocked. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. And for me, this is an important criterion. Clean walls, linen, dishes, bathroom. You won't find that in this hotel. I hope that two years later something has changed there and all our wishes have been accepted
The hotel has a bad shower, dirty, old, the water does not go well, otherwise like a standard three in Turkey, old furniture, but does not fall apart. If you want to relax inexpensively on the first line, then this is an excellent option. I'm not picky, so I'm fine. Nearby there is a cafe and a shop, a beach
Nice hotel. Worth its stars. Of the minuses, lunch and dinner without tea and coffee. Cleaning when you ask and the bed will be changed. The air conditioner is working properly. The food is monotonous, but you can live. The staff is always friendly. The beach is nearby six-seven minutes walk. In general, five plus
So-so. The lack of a balcony, eternally clogged showers and sinks. The pool is tiny, no views from the window except the walls. The absence of a balcony. Like St. Petersburg Radisson in general, only our breakfasts are much more diverse, but here either watermelon or melon are sour, one fruit for breakfast. We ate in a cafe for 30 dirhams with free delivery for two, instead of 100
