I would like to write at least something good about the hotel, so from a good 200 meters to the beach , room cleaning every day, delicious breakfast , clean linen and so far that's all, alas. Rooms without balconies, carpet used to know better times , but now it's one big stain, mold in the bathroom , dirty curtains , dirty upholstered furniture. Next to the Aquarium hotel, there is a pier from which you can go to the metro station. The main thing you need to know is that there are no pedestrians, sidewalks are not everywhere, traffic lights are worth their weight in gold, and so a great beach is nearby and if with children, then this will cover all other shortcomings, but you need to be very careful across the street.

We visited this hotel in 2023. In general, the hotel is normal, without frills, the food is normal, you will not be hungry, but the same type. The city beach is not far away, an average step of 5 minutes, which is very convenient, you do not need to wait for a transfer. They take you from the hotel to the shopping center for free. The furniture in the rooms is old, the floors are torn, the cleaning is 3+. The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location relative to the city beach. It seems to me that this is the only reason there are tourists here. Dear Russian tourists, be prepared for the fact that throughout the rest, breakfast, lunch, dinner will be the same! If you are not picky and can eat sausages every day, then I think this is not a problem. While tourists are eating falcons in the form of waiters and the manager are watching everyone very much, it feels like they are just calculating who ate how much. For lunch and dinner, liquids are only paid (even for soup), although these items are included in the price of the stay. Of the global disadvantages - very poor, not tasty, monotonous food - as a result, we went to local cafes.
There is nowhere to dry towels, swimsuits at all - there is a laundry service in the hotel, and there is nothing in the rooms and it is sooooo damp due to global air conditioning and closed windows in the rooms. Balconies are missing as a class. Swimsuits do not dry out in the room overnight.
Russians Russian is not spoken on Recipe, although 90% of Russian tourists.

There is no territory of its own in the hotel at all, in the evening people sat on the steps of the hotel if they did not want to walk around the city.
And the most important thing for us turned out to be the luggage scales - they lie! They showed 20 kg of luggage, it turned out to be 26 kg at the airport! With a maximum of 22kg in our tariff, we have an advantage.
They are paid and lie sooo significantly!
We definitely won't come a second time.
There are other hotels nearby that are similar in price, but of much higher quality.

I often visit the Emirates. I have been to the hotel opposite Sharjah Carlton many times. LAVENDER's on line two. Interesting design, romantic, corresponds to the name. At first they gave room 131, the view from the window into the stone bag, it was dark. Then they changed it to 218. Everything is fine, furniture, cleaning. From the window, you can see the Carlton and the Ferris wheel from the side.
The breakfasts are regular, continental. The sea is great.We went to the Al Khan public beach.

The main thing is the sea and the public beach of Al Khan in 7-10 minutes (real! not Moscow ones), mostly tourists will be taken there not by transfer from other hotels, you will be lucky at any time, both in the morning and in the afternoon, whenever you wish. Also an excellent lunch and dinner for 50 dirhams (for 2023), very satisfying and well-cooked food (not greasy!). Excellent staff and manager, very friendly, they treat each client with respect and good-naturedly, pay attention. Also, in this hotel there is an opportunity to go to the beach of the Carlton hotel across the street (for 30 dirhams), in fact you are in two hotels, in Carlton there is a large swimming pool with sea views, sun beds, as well as an excellent private beach, there is a shower and baths with water where you can immediately after leaving the wash off the sand from the feet of the beach to the pool, in general, unlike most sandy beaches here you will not be constantly in the sand. Near Lavender there are shops and supermarkets, a 15-minute walk from the exchanger. Near the Sharjah Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, there is also a station from where you can get to Dubai by catamaran. Al Khan Beach is excellent, the purest snow-white sand. Entrance by hotel voucher. The beach is 5 minutes away. Umbrellas 30 dirs. sun beds for 15. There is a transfer to the Sahara Mall. The hotel provides towels for the beach. Cons: the rooms are old, there is mold on the tile in the shower, the rooms are not cleaned at all, the bed is not changed, the towels are gray and torn, but we did not swear, we just asked to change. If you are not particularly picky, then you can safely choose this hotel. In principle, I recommend it.

For a C grade as an economy option is fine. If you close your eyes to the fact that the bathroom is in great need of repair. There is mold and tile fear in the shower. Towels were changed every day (grayish and with holes came across) beach towels for free. The beach is 5-7 minutes on foot and this is a plus, for such money walking to the beach is really a plus, the breakfasts are monotonous, but we were always full. Ferry 12 min walk to Dubai 15 dirhams. The main NEGATIVE from the hotel is Madame Tatiana, who sits at the entrance to the restaurant and sniffs tours, intercepting new tourists before the guide. Very nice-looking and friendly - tours are more expensive! And we didn't go on Safari! We sat in the lobby like idiots for 40 minutes (departure for Safari was supposed to be at 15 and Tatiana works until 15 o'clock and of course she was no longer there) the car did not come for us, the day was ruined, she did not respond to whatsapp. As a result, it turned out that their car broke down!!! But we found out at 15.40! (I received an answer on whatsapp) She proposed another day. But we had other plans and excursions. She asked for a refund. Tatiana's true face can be seen when she returns the bills) a very arrogant, irresponsible and unpleasant woman.
In general, although the hotel is old, but the staff is trying. I read reviews about cockroaches- but we didn't have any! Not in the room! Definitely not anywhere. On the plus side, the mattresses are new and very comfortable, a kettle in the room, tea, sugar, shower gel and two rolls of water of 0.5 were reported every day. Have a good rest!

I personally didn't like the food. Everything is the same type . Meat for dinner from an old cow, apparently. In general, I couldn't stand it and told the chef everything. Everyone was offended at me because she said he was lazy and they were losing people with such food. I was just vacationing in Dubai in 2023 and there is something to compare it with. The room could have been pretty if it hadn't been for the dirty carpet again, the gray tulle with age spots and the curtains with the same spots. In short, they don't seem to wash textiles. There are friendly staff at the reception, but an Asian girl tried to cheat a couple of times when paying with cash. She has the minimum dollar exchange rate and she tried to take 5 dirhams for dinner more than it was worth. A woman who sells guided tours near the reception tried to do the same. Be careful. Another disadvantage is that the staff does not speak Russian. Learn English or download a translator for yourself. The hotel is one of the closest to the city beach. There are shops in front of the hotel. One of them has the cheapest sweets made of dates and mangoes. It is convenient to get to Dubai from the hotel by sea boat. The marina is nearby, just behind the beach. There is a transfer along Sharjah to the shops. I took a bus transfer from a nearby hotel to Dubai. There are enough beaches in the city, so if I go again, it will definitely be to another hotel.

But the carpet has worn out over time, towels are only large, bath towels, there are no bathrobes. The bed linen has not been changed once in 11 days of stay!!!. The food is kind of mega-tasteless. There is no choice at all. For breakfast, oatmeal soup, muesli, chopped vegetables, boiled eggs and stewed beans. There is no dessert at all, dry buns, it is unclear how to eat them and why they are laid out at all. Lunch-dinner: chopped vegetables, broth, fish is always the same, chicken, potatoes and boiled vegetables on the side, not salted at all and pasta. For dessert, mousse, one kind of pastry and a fruit salad of watermelon, melon and apple. Separate kringe - water, tea for lunch and dinner is ONLY paid, you can not bring your own from the room. There are no smoking areas in the hotel. You can actually smoke only standing in front of the hotel, actually on the sidewalk. Considering that there are no balconies in the rooms, the windows are very small, smoking in the heat, on the pedestrian sidewalk, is still a pleasure. But the hotel has a sauna and a gym. The hotel does not have its own territory either, the pool is tiny, in fact - only for children. The beach is public, clean and nice, beach towels are provided at the hotel.

The hotel itself is tired. Rooms with old furniture, towels washed to holes, carpets with stains, there is a smell of dampness (ventilation and air conditioning do not help), bed linen with stains and holes.
Regarding cleaning:the staff believes that changing towels and making the bed is quite enough. For 11 days, they have never vacuumed, washed the shower and toilet, wiped the tables and bedside tables. Bed linen is promised to be replaced every 3 days (and on request every day), however, we did not change the linen, but simply made the bed for 5 days in a row and only after contacting the reception we changed the bed linen. There was a non-working refrigerator in the room. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to have it fixed or replaced. The staff won't care about you at all. You will have to take care of your comfort, cleanliness and coziness yourself. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Sometimes they forgot to throw out the garbage and had to do it themselves. The track is not working in the hall and no one is going to fix it. The pool is open from 8, but the employee comes to work and it still takes him an hour to put the pool in order. Shouldn't the pool be open to the public already at 8?
If you want to sleep longer and ask to clean up later, believe me, no one will come and clean until you go to the reception 10 times, and even there you will have to explain what a normal room cleaning is. The windows and frames are dirty, covered in dust and streaks. Beach towels were given for free, but you should have seen their condition: incomprehensible spots, holes. There is no sound insulation, you will come across a room with a view of the street, there will be very strong noise from cars even at night, since there are many trucks and they are local fans of honking at each other, and if there is a room with a view of the pool, you will listen to the mosque at 5 am.
This is not 4 stars, but 2.

Everything was fine before the change of the hotel owner. After the shift.. He wants to be the best. Especially the menu and the quality of the food. Two people poisoned themselves with food in front of me. The reception remained unchanged and of high quality. All questions are solved quickly!!!

Decent food! There are not many dishes, but you will not leave hungry. Everything is always fresh. We only had breakfast included, but in the end, no matter how much we washed, we returned to the proven kitchen (lunch and dinner cost 50 dirhams, that's ~ 1,000 rubles). Low bow to the cook! 🙏
The hotel is located near Al Khan Beach (5 min walk). We didn't pay for sun beds and rods, we were lying on towels that were given out at the hotel by the pool. I didn't want to go to the pool - we have a pool at home, right in the house. In walking distance from the hotel there is an Oceanarium (ticket 25 dirhams ~ 500 rubles). For trips to Dubai, the hotel is located as well as possible.
The service is excellent - the staff is very friendly and tries to please in every possible way, fulfills all requests and very quickly!
Guys with cleaning are lazy and hack! On the 3rd day, I had to order an additional cleaning, but everything was done without any arguments.
In all rooms there is carpet on the floor, which is not vacuumed every day for sure, but at least 3 times a day will be done on request. Most likely, they don't even vacuum before each check-in, I directly took a video and showed it to the receptionist at the reception, after that our room was under special control🤭
The beach is cleaned constantly. The sand is fine, clean. The hotel doesn't have its own territory, but we didn't need it - we were constantly leaving and leaving. There is an underground parking, seemingly free for hotel guests.
Everywhere they try very hard to leave only positive impressions! I recommend this hotel if you are not going to sit in it, but only to spend the night, change clothes and eat. Supervariant!

The rooms are ruined. The carpet in the rooms is dirty, the windows do not open, the air conditioner starts at +28 and does not turn down. I waited 3 days to do it, but in no way)))))

Nice hotel near the sea. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and sauna with hammam. Comfortable rooms. The staff speaks Russian. The breakfasts are good . There are rooms for people with disabilities . We had a great rest!
