As I understand it, the client service is very lame in some shifts. More often I like everything, but this is the second time in this institution when the barista did something wrong and tried to convince me that everything was fine. I brought the coffee back and already at the beginning of the dialogue it became clear that there was no customer orientation in this particular case. I left the coffee on the barge, I did not demand a refund either, maybe they will be spent on barista courses or customer service training
