The most intimate hotel. And a swimming pool in the heat, a beautiful garden with fruit trees and birds singing in the morning, and a variety of breakfasts with fruits, pancakes, cheesecakes, pancakes, etc.
The hosts are hospitable and kind. Iranians by origin, the whole family really liked it. They also have two dogs with them, whom the owners have sheltered. The child had twice as much fun with the dogs.
The older owner allowed the child to pick peaches in the garden.
In the courtyard there is a basketball hoop, balls, a tennis table with rackets. We waited out the heat by the pool in June, swam and played basketball and tennis.
A room with air conditioning, a TV (the first in the room for the entire trip to Uzbekistan), a shower. They change towels and clean up if you leave the key at the reception when you leave in the afternoon. We stayed for 4 nights, decided that one cleaning was enough for us.
Kettle, tea and cooler on the floor. You can take as much as you need.
We bought a watermelon, we were given plates, a tray, and a knife for it.
In general, all requests were fulfilled. Many useful tips were given on the sights.
The area is very quiet, although if you walk 100-300 meters, you immediately go to the center.
There are many restaurants around.
It takes 5-10 minutes to get to the sights. The taxi is cheap.

Great hotel. Very hospitable, friendly, kind people - the owner Ali and his team. Delicious breakfasts with a large selection. A very beautiful courtyard with a garden and a swimming pool. The room is great, clean with everything you need.
Everything is within walking distance - cafes, restaurants, shops.
If I'm in Samarkand again, I'll only stay here!

A great holiday guest house! We stayed for a few days with our family. Triple room, private bathroom, access to an iron and refrigerator. Simple furnishings, but very comfortable, there is a swimming pool in the courtyard with free access. The hospitable hosts will tell you where to go for lunch, where to go on excursions, how to get around the city.
Friendly four-legged friends live in the yard.

Very friendly hosts, ready to help. It is very quiet, there is a private sector around. Excellent breakfasts, the pool is clean. There was a TV with Russian channels in the room. There are shops, restaurants, a bank nearby to change the currency.

I'm not an expert on private small hotels, but it's nice enough. The hosts are an elderly married couple who are very friendly and hospitable. They respond to all requests and try to help. The rooms are clean and tidy. To the old town by taxi 150r is the maximum. Nearby is a wide Gagarin Street with many places where you can eat.

We stayed at the hotel with my wife for a week in early October 2024. I really liked it. The pool, the garden, ate pomegranates directly from the tree. Shavkat organized an interesting trip to the mountains, to the city of Shakhrisabz, and then helped us with tickets to Bukhara and back. Ali promptly solved all issues of the household plan, currency exchange. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Registan Square is 15 minutes away by taxi. I really liked it.

The best guest house where we lived on a trip to Uzbekistan. Ali and his father are a model of hospitable hosts. A huge living room where breakfast was served (delicious pastries, fresh fruits), a garden with grapes and a swimming pool. Good location. In Samarkand, we will advise everyone to stay here.

It's a great family, it's a wonderful house.
The water is hot and cold with excellent pressure. The light is constant. There is a refrigerator in the lobby. There is drinking water in the cooler. Hair dryer, iron, TV with satellite dish and various channels. There is enough space for storing things, there is a night light, there is air conditioning.They plan to fill the pool in May.

Russian Russian is a wonderful place with friendly hosts - Ali and Shavkat, who helped us with practical tips on walking and helped us buy railway tickets - and you know this is a great problem for Russians with Russian cards, in addition to the fact that train tickets are so very difficult to get, so the hosts of the hotel looked at the tickets themselves, tracked and quickly everything was made out to us on our own initiative, a very pleasant care on their part. About the hotel itself - beautiful ethnic decoration of the dining room area with a living room, good breakfasts, in the evening the owner lit a fireplace for us, it was very atmospheric after long walks in autumn Samarkand to sit by a live fire with a glass and chat. The rooms are on the second floor, clean, cozy, single beds are wide and comfortable, there is an area with a cooler, kettle, refrigerator. In general, if you want an interesting place, and not just an overnight stay, then you are only here!

A good hotel, friendly hosts, it is clear that they work from the heart. I put 4 stars only because there is a comparison with the hotel where we lived before in Tashkent, but there for about the same price the quality of the hotel was better. The owners should pay attention to the renovation in the rooms, update it, make it more modern, or if it is made antique, it should also be new. I would also advise you to buy equipment for serving breakfast and then their storage will be generally super. And so I recommend staying with them.

This is the second time I've stayed here. From the railway station it takes 20 minutes by Yandex taxi. A very friendly family. A large double room, a common area on the ground floor surprises and delights with its beautiful design. The breakfasts are homemade, very tasty and hearty. There are coolers and the opportunity to drink tea and coffee throughout the day. There is a swimming pool and a beautiful garden in the courtyard, which you do not want to leave. In general, you can say about the hotel as well as about Uzbekistan in general - it is delicious and sincere.

I really liked the hotel. Rest in it , at home , like in the country with loved ones . The hotel staff is very friendly, attentive, hospitable. It feels like people have put their whole soul into the hotel.Breakfasts are a fire, they remind you of your grandmother's childhood. They brought their own fruits, watermelon to the pool for us. The pool is clean, with cool water.The room is spacious and clean. The air conditioner copes with a bang. If we find ourselves in Samarkand again, we will definitely return there.

This is a guest house.
My grandfather (probably the administrator's father) is very kind and sweet, he treated me to delicious grapes from the garden.
Now about the disadvantages.
My back aches after the bed.
There are no duvet covers — a sheet instead.
Breakfast before 9:30 (I have never seen breakfast before 10:00 anywhere in Uzbekistan). I didn't have time to try.
It is impossible to open the window and warm the room at the same time — the administrator swears. It's stuffy with the window closed. It's cold with the open.
There is a stable smell of urine in the bathroom.
The toilet is not bolted down — it is shaking.
The bathroom is dirty. I washed the shower hose and the tiles near the bathroom and the stains in the bathroom myself. Grout between tiles in black mold. I washed it a little bit.
The mirror is old and dirty.
The furniture is shabby.
The bedside lamp is broken.
When I wanted to take a hot bath in the evening, the hot water ran out, I had to ask for a fix and wait for the boiler to heat up.
While I was taking a bath, cute ants crawled over me.
When I told the administrator about the murashiks, he began to deny and said that there were no ants. Well, OK, apparently I imagined it :). But I am not the first guest who "imagined" insects in the room.
At 11:40 the receptionist called and asked not to forget to check out before 12, although there were no other reservations for the room. When asked to move out a little later, he refused. This is the first time I've come across this.
