I'm not an expert on private small hotels, but it's nice enough. The hosts are an elderly married couple who are very friendly and hospitable. They respond to all requests and try to help. The rooms are clean and tidy. To the old town by taxi 150r is the maximum. Nearby is a wide Gagarin Street with many places where you can eat.

A wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, always ready to help, will tell you where to go, the breakfast is excellent, there is everything you need, porridge, cheeses, sausages, sweets, tea, coffee , the room is clean, comfortable, comfortable. I Definitely Recommend It!!!

The most intimate hotel. And a swimming pool in the heat, a beautiful garden with fruit trees and birds singing in the morning, and a variety of breakfasts with fruits, pancakes, cheesecakes, pancakes, etc. The hosts are hospitable and kind. Iranians by origin, the whole family really liked it. They also have two dogs with them, whom the owners have sheltered. The child had twice as much fun with the dogs. The older owner allowed the child to pick peaches in the garden. In the courtyard there is a basketball hoop, balls, a tennis table with rackets. We waited out the heat by the pool in June, swam and played basketball and tennis. A room with air conditioning, a TV (the first in the room for the entire trip to Uzbekistan), a shower. They change towels and clean up if you leave the key at the reception when you leave in the afternoon. We stayed for 4 nights, decided that one cleaning was enough for us. Kettle, tea and cooler on the floor. You can take as much as you need. We bought a watermelon, we were given plates, a tray, and a knife for it. In general, all requests were fulfilled. Many useful tips were given on the sights. The area is very quiet, although if you walk 100-300 meters, you immediately go to the center. There are many restaurants around. It takes 5-10 minutes to get to the sights. The taxi is cheap.
