Good afternoon! We were at Latanya Park Resort from 08/11/14 to 08/18.24. An excellent budget foursome with its pros and cons. Check-in is fast, everything is clear, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they settled in building 3 on the third floor, the room is tired, but everything works, the room is absolutely empty, no glasses, no cups, no kettle, no slippers, no metered shampoos, no soap. They cleaned every day, towels were changed every three days. The room has very good sound insulation, you close the window and nothing is heard, we slept like the dead, the air conditioner worked well. According to nutrition: it is ordinary, fruits, vegetables, a lot of greens, different cheeses, several types of meat, fish are hot, grilled meat is fried for dinner, there were few sweets, but this is good. In the evening, every day there is a new incendiary program, artists perform, we really liked everything. The biggest plus of the hotel is the sea, it is chic and clean, the entrance to the sea is good, in places the stones are small, the sea is refreshing, there is a pier and a beach, there are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, there is enough space for everyone, by the pool and on the pier it is necessary to occupy. The territory is small, but very beautiful, everything is very well maintained, there is a swimming pool for adults and children, there is also a decent hammam, we liked everything. But there is nowhere to leave the hotel, there is a pharmacy and a couple of grocery stores nearby. A local bus runs to Bodrum every 20 minutes, the cost is 40 lira or $ 2, we drove to the bus station and there down the street to the center, back the same way. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, and it's very weak, it's clearly not enough for everyone, I managed to post photos only at 7 a.m. In general, if you do not pay attention to the little things, feel free to choose this hotel, the views are very beautiful, the sea, the sun, the mountains, beauty all around!

We rested from 2.10.24 to 9.10.24.
Do not look at the lack of Internet in the room. The rest was great. _ The food is delicious, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, cakes, there have always been. The choice was good. Shawarma burgers. At least you can eat too much ice cream. Drinks flowed freely.
_ Room service, the girls are friendly, the cleaning is clean, towels were changed every day, the bed was made. There was always water. The staff is friendly and smiling. The cook was always greeted with jokes and laughter.
_ The beach is clean, small pebbles and sand, towels on the sun beds are clean. Take as much as you want.
_ Kitchen, dishes are clean. The tablecloths are always clean and ironed. Everything is clean and tidy.
At 21: 00 Animation, disco. The bar is open after 22:00. It is very quiet on the territory after 23:00.
We enjoyed the rest. Everyone is happy.

Bali in September of this year . We read terrible reviews before buying. I liked everything. A quiet, relaxing holiday. The gorgeous sea is transparent , the sea is nearby on the territory . There is plenty of food, like any meat, so fish every day., the main thing is to be in time for the appointed time when it is fried on the grill.The alcohol is local , of course , average .But you can buy in the store if you need Rooms for 4, not Super, but you can live, clean, clean every day, refrigerator, air conditioning are working. Many employees speak Russian and are friendly . I liked. I was waiting for it to get worse.. If you need a party, you can go to the club.. In the evening, the groups came, the performances went on for an hour., then whoever wanted to stay at the local disco, I recommend visiting.

We had a vacation with my wife in August 2024. Among the advantages are a clean beach, a convenient pier, a comfortable water temperature, good nutrition. Among the disadvantages are the periodic smell of sewage on the territory of the hotel, weak wi-fi only on the territory of the reception, a small area, distance from the city (a half-hour ride by minibus to Bodrum). Sunbeds on the pier should be occupied until 7 a.m., sunbeds on the beach - until 9 a.m. We are happy with the rest, but the attitude of the guides from the Annex tour was extremely disappointing. Hotel guide Daria did not help to purchase a SIM card, but she sold one expensive combo tour. The accompanying guide from Annex Tour during the Bodrum tour sympathized with the lack of a SIM card, but did not help in any way. At the same time, we were in Turkey two years ago, then the hotel guide from Korel quickly organized the delivery of the SIM card.

Great hotel. We had a rest in October 2024. A large area, lots of greenery, a large swimming pool, the most beautiful sea, delicious food. By the numbers: clean, the rooms are not large, two channels in Russian.. Among the disadvantages for us: there is no kettle and a small balcony. The main advantage is the purest turquoise sea and a pier from which you can go down and dive. The food is very good, the whole sea bass/dorado was always grilled at dinners. Several types of meat, Turkish pastries such as pizza. 8 varieties of ice cream from 12 to 16, bake waffles, gozleme. The territory is small, but well maintained and green. The rooms are modest, they seem to have been renovated, but the wallpaper joints are moving away, the toilet is leaking. But this did not spoil the rest, they only slept in the room. The windows were facing the garden and the road, it was quiet. The disadvantage is the distance from Bodrum, it is convenient to get there only by taxi, about $ 20 one way.

A great hotel with wonderful views of the sea and mountains, a clean beach with convenient access to the sea. The water was crystal clear the whole time I was in the hotel.
The staff is pleasant, but it will be difficult without basic knowledge of English.
Delicious food, high-quality alcohol, fresh fruits.
The only small drawback is there is no wi-fi in the rooms, only in the common areas, reception, pool area, cafe and dining room.
A wonderful quiet place if you want stormy parties in the evenings, the hotel is not for you, but if you are looking for peace and quiet rest, the place is just perfect.
The evening show program is varied and interesting.
To sum up, the hotel is very balanced and suitable for rest and recuperation, thanks to the staff for everything!

We stayed at the hotel from September 23 to October 02. Wonderful hotel, excellent staff, convenient location. A beautiful well-groomed area with kind dogs and affectionate cats. The hotel has its own beach. The sea is the purest. If you swim deeper, you can swim with a mask and watch the fish and sea urchins. The food is very diverse. It is impossible to stay hungry. A large selection of alcoholic beverages. Water and ayran can be taken in any quantities from refrigerators in public areas. The center of Bodrum is 25-30 minutes away by minibus. The staff is attentive and polite. Clean daily room cleaning. WiFi is only available in the lobby. There is a pharmacy and a small shop opposite. The hotel has a souvenir shop. Many thanks to the best staff of the restaurant who made our stay unforgettable: Fahrettin, Yusuf, Celal, Nurhak, Ramazan and Mehmet. We will come again in June!

The rest was good.
We arrived at the Latanya Hotel at five minutes to 10, breakfast was before 10, and we were sent for a quick snack. The staff is responsive and friendly.
About 12 were settled, we have a Family Room in the far building, a two-room room with a large balcony. There are standards with very small balconies.
The hotel needs renovation, the furniture in the rooms is old, in some places it is stripped and scratched. There is a minibar with water and soda in the room.
Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, by the pool and on the beach, but not in residential buildings. Foam parties and sports competitions are held in the pool. In the evening, there is also animation, artists come: music, dancing and so on.
There is a bar with drinks and snacks next to the pool, and in the afternoon you can take ice cream, waffles and gozleme tortillas.
There are also several refrigerators with water and ayran on site, they are always available.
The food is delicious, it is quite diverse for our taste. But the restaurant also needs renovation (a lot of plates with chips, some of the dishes are plastic, old chairs and tables). A lot of poultry and grilled fish, sometimes barbecue. Lots of greens and sweets. In the snack bar there are doners, schnitzels, pizza.
The beach and pier are excellent, the Aegean Sea is beautiful, a very beautiful bay with clear water, a lot of fish, we dived with a mask. Beach towels can be changed directly in the booth on the beach, which is very convenient.
There is nowhere to go out, we walked only along the beach, there are restaurants, a shipyard, a couple of shops. But there is a taxi and bus stop next to the hotel. A taxi to Bodrum takes 20-25 minutes, costs 300-400 liras. From Bodrum, you can take a catamaran to the Greek islands, we went to Kos (you need a valid visa). We also went to Dalyan.
In general, if you do not find fault with some dilapidation of the hotel, then everything is fine - especially considering the relatively low cost.

There are few Russian-speaking staff, despite the fact that there are a lot of guests from Russia. The room is cleaned daily. But the rooms are certainly a little tired. It would be cool to trick them with repairs)))
We had an early check-in. I was pleased that they settled ahead of time.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay at this hotel.

We had a great rest. The gorgeous purest Aegean Sea. For 8 days I did not see a single speck in the sea. A gorgeous private beach. The rooms are clean and cozy. each building has an elevator. We rested at the end of July 23rd. With a child of 4 years old. We liked everything, the hotel is a solid 4! The food is excellent, we did not stay hungry, even when we came to the end (breakfast, lunch / dinner) there was always a lot of food, there were enough places.
By the pool, the sun beds at 9 are already all occupied! But there are plenty of places on the beach. Every day there is entertainment by the pool, either aqua aerobics, or water football, one day they inflated an obstacle course. The beach is a maximum of 2 minutes from the lobby. There are always free sun beds on the beach. Clean towels are provided.
The evening show starts at 21:00 in the evening. I really liked the dancing.
As for the rooms, they are not large, the balconies are of course tiny, but there are. Of course, they clean so-so. But it doesn't matter, we came to relax by the sea, not in the room.
Some bartenders make delicious cocktails, and some of them are off the hook.
Very tasty tortillas are made by the pool every day👍🏻
Viennese waffles and ice cream are made at the bar closer to the beach during the day.
We liked everything very much, we would like to come back again!

Special thanks to the beautiful Elaida, for her attention, participation and smile. As for the hotel: the territory is not large, but clean and well-groomed, the cleanest sea (it's better to take slippers anyway) the food is quite varied, you won't stay hungry for sure, amazingly delicious ice cream. Super professional animation. Not a big minus, for me personally, there is nowhere to go outside the hotel, we went to Bodrum several times. Everything else is great.

I had a rest in July 2023.Accommodation in an economy class room. The room was located on the 1st floor next to the main building. The furniture is a little old, the closet doors open with difficulty, the beds are in the form of two hard mattresses lying on top of each other. The safe was in the room, but they couldn't get the key out of it, so they didn't use it. The room has air conditioning, a combined bathroom with a hood, which allowed it to be ventilated from humidity. The door is locked with an electronic key.
Room cleaning every day, but weak (make beds, remove large garbage, that's all).
The towels were not changed even once, until we met the cleaners ourselves and changed the towels from them.
Meals 3 times a day (buffet). They cook well, especially I would like to mention the local pastry chef. An abundance of fresh cakes, pastries, baklava.
At breakfast there are several types of scrambled eggs and omelets, boiled eggs. There was not enough porridge.
For lunch, I would like the usual soups, not cream soups made of tomatoes and lentils.
Fish is also on the menu (bream, trout, fried herring). There is nothing exotic about fruits: watermelons, melons, apples, peaches, plums, oranges.
There are a lot of greens, sauces, and cheeses to eat.
The sea is 3 minutes from the hotel.
Drinking water can always be taken in cold storage cabinets on the street for 0.5 liters
. At certain hours, ice cream and gozleme were distributed every day.
There were shows and concerts in the evenings.
The territory of the hotel is partially tiled.
Very expensive tours were offered from a local guide (190 dollars/personfor the trip to Bodrum. City tour, boat trip + dinner).
You can get to Bodrum on your own from the hotel by minibus for 25 lira, runs every 30 minutes) and it is much cheaper to buy tours there.
The guests are mostly Europeans, there are few Russians.
The hotel staff speaks Turkish and partially English.
The Internet is very weak and then only in the early morning hours.
There is a hammam and sauna on site, a tennis table, a gym, although the gym equipment is not working.
The sea is sometimes cold, the water is very salty, with a turquoise hue, clean, you can see fish swimming. The beach is sandy and pebbly. Sun beds should be occupied early in the morning.
There are pavilions in the form of verandas with curtains, a table and chairs with rent for $ 10 / person per day with waiter service. There is a swimming pool with animators on site, you can swim in it until 19 o'clock.

Minuses : There is no WiFi in the rooms, it catches only in the main lobby , a very old TV , no Russian channels, in the evening the room is full of detox information. The rooms are small , old , and the water is difficult to adjust to warm pressure either +20/+42 so think about how to wash . Positive : the Russian-speaking staff is just the top! The food is varied , you will not get bored , there are few sweets , but I did not fly after them . The beach has small stones, but there is a pier. The water is clean , you can see the fish with a mask . The temperature is refreshing , but this Aegean Sea is never warm . There are enough sun beds , but umbrellas are dug in and you can spend the whole day without shade in the sun , sunburn remedies save , do not neglect them . There is a spa. Massage is all on the level. The territory is small but green, there is a swimming pool in the center, according to the age-old Turkish tradition, the sun beds are occupied by the first roosters who spend time in the sea and rooms during the day. The system has been worked out neither for itself nor for people , which is very upsetting . The rooms have a split system, you can set a comfortable temperature , a sofa with a hard mattress in the morning get up cheerfully. The atmosphere is friendly. I will not recommend it, since I have been to Turkey many times and had my own priorities and expectations from the rest.

We returned from vacation a few days ago. The hotel is only rated at 3 stars. The rooms are very tired, and no one is going to do repairs (because he is on lease), they squeeze the maximum out of him. The room, the cat. we were given at check-in, even for a 3* hotel, shameful and certainly not worth the money paid (photo attached). We had a family 2-room room on the 1st floor. Insufficient lighting: only bedside lamps + 1 lamp on the bedside table (only 4 pcs), half of which did not work, and in addition all the wires and switches were rewound with duct tape (they explained to me that this is normal, it should be so, the duct tape does not pass current🤦♀️).
There was a smeared bloody fly hanging on the tulle (apparently for a very long time).
The sockets are all askew and with slits from the wall, 1 was generally half peeking out from behind the closet (well, she doesn't bother you, they answered me).
The walls and ceiling are stained (probably partially from mosquitoes)
The floor is all scratched (they told me: thank you that you don't have carpet with stains by the bed here)
The shower stall was not washed, it was all stained. Mold in the bathroom. The toilet flushed barely if you held it for a very long time.
There is cracked plaster on the walls. The slopes on the doors with slits.
Of course, for some, these are the little things of life, because they came to the sea. But for these purposes, you can find a much more budget option.

Otherwise, it's fine: the food is monotonous, there seems to be a lot of everything, but every day it's the same with some variations and little that tastes good. Pastry is not their specialty at all, I, as a sweet tooth, did not find anything edible there, baklava if only, and even then it is so sweet that you cannot eat more than 1 piece. The cupcakes at the snack bar were delicious.
From fish - herring every day, perch 3 times and smoked mackerel 1 time (in 11 days).
For lunch and dinner, either turkey (chicken) or beef patties (often half-baked inside) with eggplant were fried on the grill.
And yes - there are flies in the restaurant area, 1-2 annoying ones will always hover around your plates.
There are a lot of broken plates, often badly washed dishes, glasses and cups with traces of lipstick.
During the day, local tortillas are fried - they are delicious, but there is almost always a queue (and the Turks will be served out of turn, if anything).
The Viennese waffles are delicious and the ice cream is very decent.
Of the drinks: all the juices are powdered (we did not drink them), coffee is not very good for breakfast (I only liked moccachino), beer is good, whiskey and cola can be taken (the rest of the cocktails are like that - one name). Water and ayran in any quantity in the refrigerators in the restaurant and at the snack bar.
It was strange that you could take food out of the restaurant directly on plates (and no one said anything), as well as visit the restaurant in any form (even in a swimsuit).
No one speaks Russian at the reception - they spoke in English. If anything, there is Natalia's guest relations office on the right, but she comes at a certain time.
I also want to note an important detail: the tile by the pool is VERY slippery (it is not intended for such areas at all), someone fell on it every day, one woman even had to call an ambulance. My youngest child woke up 2 times, although we tried to carefully monitor this. There are also areas near the pool (especially for children) with a broken grate for draining water, which can also be traumatic. In the pool itself, the tiles have sharp edges in places.
The evening shows were good enough.
In general, it was fine. A few days later, we were moved (not without difficulty, of course) to a more decent room.
I consider these disadvantages unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a 4*. We will definitely not return to this hotel anymore.

A very tired hotel... furniture in the room and dining room, dishes with expired shelf life for a long time. The rooms are small, dark, there are no slippers, sockets are not working and there are few light sources.
Of the advantages, only a surprisingly comfortable mattress and pillows .
If you like fried, fatty, salty and peppery, flour and a lot of beer and cocktails, then food will come to you.
There are vegetables and fruits, it's no problem though. But I just wanted an ordinary chicken or turkey, noticed or stewed.
The coffee is not delicious.
On the street, restaurants where they bake waffles and give ice cream for a snack.
Turkey is very expensive this year. For a lot of money, such a hotel is just a robbery.
You can only enjoy the sea and the sun.
Excursions are also expensive.

Of all the hotels I've been to, this is one of the worst. And so on in order:
The hotel itself is old and shabby, the furniture is shabby.
The food is monotonous and not very tasty, and there is a very poor choice.
Drinks are diluted juices like water, beer is good, cocktails are normal.
There are a lot of flies, you sit and eat like in a cowshed, there are no fly traps.
The animation is so weak.
The staff- they don't speak Russian at all. Wi-Fi does not work anywhere, at all. I had to connect a roaming package of 450 rubles /day. The only advantage of this hotel is a beautiful well-groomed green area and the sea. Otherwise, the maximum of this hotel is 3* by a stretch.
I wish I could come back here again-NO!

The nature is very beautiful, the staff is trying their best! The food is decent! The gardener has a separate respect, the garden and the territory are well-groomed, the plants are properly cared for! One of the disadvantages is that the hotel is very old and this manifests itself in everything: everything is dilapidated, falling apart, dishes are broken, everything is falling apart and peeling off everywhere, the playground is broken, all the chairs are flooded and stained. At the same time, no one pays attention to this, everyone is relaxing and enjoying the sea.

We had a rest in June 2022
A wonderful hotel! We went for the sea, fresh air, and we got it all. The sea is very clean and beautiful, a big plus is that there is a pontoon and a convenient descent from it. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are small but cozy. The staff, although they do not speak Russian, are very friendly
I can say with confidence that the hotel is worthy of attention, and if possible we will go there again!!!
