Building materials store number 1 in Al Cuza! Don't be confused by the small trading floor. They have a large multi-tiered warehouse. You can Google the picture and show it to the hall staff. Everything will be found. Or almost everything.

At least there is some choice in building materials and plumbing. Minus the paid parking in front of the store.
