There is no children's animation, a boy of 15 years old who moans every day that the hotel is shit and everything is bad here..... there is a children's disco in the evening, but it is impossible to be there, since the speakers are handed over at full power and a DJ who does not know the words in Russian, something yells into the microphone all the time... my child got scared and ran away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, the sand and the sea are magical, only because of this I put 4 stars for the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are cleaned very well, the rooms are clean after renovation, it is impossible not to mark it as +. In general, the hotel is 3+ 4. The guys are trying to eat, there is a choice, but pork, beef, lamb are not found there. Only chicken, turkey and fish, but they cook delicious, but the queues are wild, there are not enough places to wait!
And the hotel is also a family hotel, as I wrote earlier, BUT in fact, except for the pool and the carousel, there are no buns 2 hours a day, but all the children got over the COKE .....
In short, we will not go there anymore, but you make the choice

Nuggets, bony fried fish, creepy cutlets, spaghetti, vegetables, the very quality of the products is poor.. There are some cocktails on the bars. It is difficult to call a restaurant by the look and taste of the dining room too. You can find free seats to sit down, but there are a lot of people. Breakfast is nothing special except eggs, it's definitely not 5 stars. There were fruits: Watermelon and melon always, peaches, pears, oranges. There is not much choice of desserts, it tastes terrible. Fresh orange and pomegranate juice for breakfast (1-2 euros ) The sea is clean, warm, sand, the entrance is good. The road to the beach is 10-15 minutes slowly, not 200 meters declared, but 400. Back to the slide and the fire. An open-air path without shade. You can always find a place, there are free sun beds, but in general, 10 rows of sun beds are so-so on top of each other. The towels are old and in the room and on the beach it is even disgusting. I was also surprised by the absence of an amphitheater in the usual place... There are just tables and chairs. Accordingly, everyone smokes right there and the children sniff it all...children's animation is a complete failure... And I'm not talking about the playground. And since the territory in the hotel is tiny, in the evening the children have nothing to do at all.
The sea is clean and warm. The road to the beach is 10-15 minutes slowly. Back to the slide and the fire is harder. An open-air path without shade. A restaurant on the beach... There are no people in it at lunch... Since it's hot to sit on top, even under a canopy.

We are relaxing at the Otium family stone palace. The experience is not very good, the hotel is very budget, it's definitely not 5*. There are a lot of disadvantages that people list in previous reviews. The territory is small, there is little greenery, there is little space, everything is old, with a musty smell, the standart room is small, the bed for the child barely fit, and then it is not a bed, but a broken sofa. Cleaning is minimal, towels are not changed, dishes are dirty and chipped. You can hear the disco until 12 at night, who goes to bed early, this is definitely not your place. I won't write about alcohol - we didn't drink much, because you can't drink it, juices like yuppi or zuka, strange ice cream, modest pastries (baklava was 3 times in 2 weeks). The food is not bad, but, again, not all dishes and not very diverse. The beach is nearby, it is comfortable to walk, there is a park with a zoo nearby. You can walk to the nearby beaches, where there are rocks and fish, or a pier. There is a water transport near the beach, once a boat was driven to the beach and changed in broad daylight, the oil was drained. There are a lot of people in the afternoon, quieter in the morning and evening. There is an empty beach nearby, where you can swim not in the crowd. My grandfather and grandson were having a rest. In 14 days, 70 thousand rubles were salivated. and for this money, of course, there was no lamb on the spit, and the ice cream was not a Clean line at all, and there were only 2 slides in the water park, but I put 5 points for the hotel. If the ticket cost 150 thousand rubles, then I would put 3.
The beach is 380 meters away on foot. Sand, On the beach from 10 o'clock there is a bar with drinks and from 12 you can have lunch. There is a good kids club and a children's disco for children. You won't starve to death. I don't drink myself, but the people were not weak, so the alcohol was delicious. For me (a beggar), the hotel is very even.
Hotel 3, obviously not 5. I've heard a lot that for such a price, this is a normal level. We paid almost 200 thousand for two people plus a child of 2 years (10 nights).
1. The air conditioner is not working. We were told that the season is over, it works from 2 a.m. to morning (with warm air). but on the days when the check came and one of the main ones came, the air conditioner worked fine)
2. The cleaning is done mediocre, the blanket has been adjusted and that's it. Even the thread we threw on the floor did not move) the linen was changed when we already asked. Gel, shampoo, soap - all this was given out for 2 people. When we asked for more, we were told that so far there is no such thing. By the way, a room for three is a bed and something similar to a sofa, but not folding and smaller than 1.5. In general, a room for three is one bed
It was stated that the bar was being changed every other day. We only took milk from the bar. They didn't change it once, and they didn't bring water either.
3. Check-in after 14, and permanent suitcases, and people sleeping, changing clothes in the lobby. And after 14 and after 15. It's only around 7 p.m. that people start to decrease there. We waited 5 hours for check-in and we were lucky to be so fast.
4. Animation. What? Was she there? Again, on the day of some kind of check, a man suddenly ran out, began to announce water gymnastics and some games. The same thing happened on another day of the check, in the intervals of silence, the evening showtime was 2 times in 9 days and also coincided with the checks. The playground is generally my love. It feels like the carousel and the rest of the figures were stolen from some kind of landfill. By the way, children jump on the carousel on the go and no one is watching it.
5. Food. I have hardly eaten for the last 3 days, this is a great opportunity to lose weight on vacation, but it was the children's food that touched me. The children's buffet is open only at lunch and for dinner for exactly one hour. Well, the children eat exactly an hour) fried sooo fatty French fries, the same nuggets, spaghetti in a huge amount of butter (with hot sauce), cutlets (it seems soy) salty so much that even I did not eat them. Mashed potatoes, broccoli. And so every day ... it is very difficult to find at least something not fried in oil. There is a diet of boiled fish, chicken and rice. But they are boiled and without salt, make the child eat boiled fish 😅
Fruits are very scarce. Watermelon, melon (not sweet), apples, pears, oranges, sometimes grapes (not even bananas). Mostly a few plates of apples.
The dishes are dirty, it takes a long time to choose a clean or not chipped plate. Spoons also. The glasses are stained and cloudy.
6. The pool is very cold even when it is hot. I swim in sports pools, because the water is warmer there. Closes at 18:00.
7. The hotel is old, with worn carpets. I understand that they recently changed their name precisely because of the low rating.
8. 10-15 minutes to the sea. We have to go back up the hill. Not critical. That's probably the only thing that didn't upset me.

The correct name is Otium Family Stone Palace. A hotel in which at every point there are a lot of subtleties, malfunctions, constant minor problems or shortcomings. The service is definitely not 5*. About everything in order.
We arrived late at 8 pm, checked in for a long time, the reception staff said that "dinner is at least until 5 am," but in fact there were unhappy leftovers of chicken and a little broccoli from the food. This is dinner :)
Check-in is long: 4 families-1 hour. The Standard room for a family was given a small one, it feels like a single room with 2 single beds, without beds for children. No one reacted to the outrage, it came to communicating with the front office manager, Mr. Doğan. The representative of the administration does not speak English, speaks only through an interpreter who knows English at an intermediate level. Doğan offered a 2-room spacious Family for an additional fee, but did not explain where the extra beds would be put in the Standard (most likely in the aisle, and then you would have to walk over the children's heads). At the same time, in similar Standart rooms of other hotels, the picture is radically different: 2 large beds and a much larger room. The word "Family" in the name of the hotel, highlighted in blue, is nothing more than a design :) I assume that this is a widely practiced divorce in Turkey for an additional payment for a Family room.

All food except soups is not signed. Monotonous, without frills, there were no cherries, strawberries, seafood, achma and ayran. There is always no spoon in the cutlery set, although it is drawn in the picture.
The soups are good, there are spicy ones (onion, carrot). There are a lot of cheeses and sausages, but they are super salty. Delicious pastry. Fruits are a test, oranges are a bomb. Coffee (namely espresso and regular) and tea are super. Sookie-greetings from the 90s in the form of Zuko. There was a fly floating in the cereal milk. On day 7, self-service was allowed and the queues disappeared.
- The dinner at Snack Corner is very tasty, I recommend it, it is mainly eaten by the staff and vacationing Turks.

Staff :
Since tourists here are from both Russia and Ukraine, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Germany, Turkey, the main language is English, but at a primitive level, sometimes you have to explain yourself on your fingers. Especially the staff of the restaurant, bars and cleaners do not speak in any way (elementary words like pineapple juice, wash the floor, come in 10 minutes).
The following situation happened to the Hikmed cleaner: he came in to clean the room in front of us (speaks only Turkish), cleaned up and took a card from the cardholder when leaving. Then he convinced me for a long time in Turkish that he had not taken the card, shrugged his shoulders, saying that he had his own personal card. But no one else entered the room except him, that's a fact. They began to issue a duplicate (for loss, a fine of 10 €) at the reception. And then Hikmed came running and said that he had found the map allegedly on the stairs. At the same time, we did not use the stairs and traveled with the whole family exclusively by elevator.
Then a few days later, Hikmed cleaned the room, left, and when everyone was asleep at lunch, for some reason he went into the room, thereby waking everyone up. Then after 2 hours he came in and out again, showing his card and saying something in Turkish. A very strange type.
On the 5th day, the room card was canceled due to the fact that the reception incorrectly indicated the dates of our vacation. I had to activate it again.

-In the evening from 20:30 children's evening animation - dancing to music, a little boring, because monotonous. 21:30 - adult animation, show (for example, the game "guess the melody" - the track of the 60-80s is playing and the one who knows the name runs to the chair. The points winner receives a bottle of wine; "the best oriental dance"; "Miss Otium", "Turkish dances", "Mr. Otium").
- There are no beach animations or games.

Although it is small, but without a diagram it is unclear what is where. The diagram hangs at the entrance and near the pool and restaurant.
Free hammam from 13-15 hours
Towels can be changed daily in the hammam, but for some reason, according to the owner, only after 18 o'clock, and delivery in the morning. Considering that the Hammam is open from 9, and the 1st row on the beach is already occupied by 7:30, this is very inconvenient. You can't lie on the beach without a towel.
There are many places closed in the hotel: TV room, game room, cinéma, Zircon disco (closed due to the pandemic, while the disco was 2 times in 10 days without any schedule and prior announcement), even a tennis court. The luggage scales, at the sight of all this horror, also refused to work :) Scales don't work in a 5* hotel, wow.
In fact, Otium is a hotel for an economy holiday, pulling for 3 * and not competing with the real 5* in any way. Fortunately, it is impossible to spoil the sandy beach and the sea, so the rest took place. For those who have been in real 5*, it is better to find a better option.
P. S. Otium Family Stone Palace is a conservationist and offers guests not to change their underwear, thereby preserving nature by not using excess water and energy. It would be better to improve the service and study absolutely all the staff, including the administration, Russian ("use", "trade center", "Lobby", "bufe") and/or English, it would be more useful 👍

Animation zero, equipment and speakers horror, junk from the 60s! If you wake up at 11 o'clock in no place to eat until 12-30, then what's on the beach bar is burgers made of chopped sausage! All alcoholic beverages are creepy, either Samara or Chinese diluted powders, as well as pepsi, sprites, Coca Cola and summer drinks made from Chinese powders! Fruits apples and oranges from the floor. In the bar, the waiter on the beach is just a rattling mixture, rude to put it mildly!

We arrived at 16.40 - 1'5 hours we were checked in, then we changed rooms for another 1.5 hours. We went to the room and were horrified by what small rooms. There are three of us. There are 2 beds, the third one just does not clean.
Food, very little choice.
The most problematic thing is the air conditioning in this hotel. Everything is very old. Air conditioning is only available at certain hours. We changed 2 meters, so the air conditioner did not work in the railway. And they'll go crazy in this heat.
Guys, there is an opportunity to see another hotel. In this case, the hotels are just sad - 3 stars no more. I'll attach a photo to a photo of a room for three. We moved 2 beds so as not to put the 3rd one.

And the dining room and swimming pool are on the 2nd floor, it is in constant demand. More often they walked along a narrow circular staircase, carrying both the child and the stroller on themselves.

If you want a clean floor, you will have to wash it yourself. I put 3 stars for the sea, and a sandy beach, with children it's the best. But it has nothing to do with the hotel.
We rested for 17 days. Cons: the room is poorly cleaned (nothing has changed), normal rooms with an additional payment of $ 20-40, the hotel is not the first line as stated in the characteristics of the hotel, 10 minutes walk to the sea. There is free Wi-Fi, but it is so slow that you will not be able to use it and it only works in the lobby. Food for 3 + or 4 with a big minus, there are very few meat dishes, for dinner to take meat you need to stand in line for 10-20 minutes. We had a rest in October, it was already cool at night, and the heater was not working.
On the plus side, the alcohol in the bar, although local, is normal, there is a beach bar where you can eat and drink (so as not to stomp to the hotel for lunch), Russian-speaking staff, free saloon and hammam, sun beds on the beach with very pleasant soft ottomans...
That's how it is... In principle, we had a good rest, but it's clearly not 5 stars, I'll believe four.
We were at the hotel from October 31 to November 8, 2018. It's not a five far away... It's dirty, nothing works, it's dark in the morning, but there's nothing declared in the hotel. No ice cream, no tortillas, the bars don't work, the animation is weak, the kids' club doesn't work, the sauna is 50 degrees, the steam room is barely puffing, the indoor pool is icy, outdoor pools too, no one is smoking, the beach is dirty, the sunbeds are not cleaned, there are not even tea bags on the bar. Reasonable remarks and exclamations of "why?" are answered with "season is over". Then why do they sell vouchers and stuff the hotel? The location is good, but it's a 10-minute walk to the sea. All the waiters and employees from our neighboring countries are not smiling and unfriendly. In general, I did not like the hotel, I do not know what is in season, but at the end of the season the attitude and service are terrible
A great hotel, the rooms are small but cozy, the staff is polite, the pools are clean, the sea is five minutes away, the food is good.

We liked it anyway and recommend this hotel, but only for family. There are a lot of children ! Feel free to go to other hotels for hangouts))
4 stars, because Wi-Fi is not everywhere and is very bad. Periodically, the air conditioner did not work well. For a large family, you still need to give out two keys each.

Oh, and at the reception they asked for $ 20 to get a good room, they bargained up to $ 10. we got a higher floor and not on the pool so that the music wouldn't interfere.
