I have never faced such a bullying attitude before. I write a review a year later, but it still shakes when I remember.
The disgusting attitude of the administrator, I do not remember his name, short stature, overweight build.
If it wasn't for him, the experience would probably have been much better, the food is delicious at the hotel. But because of the administrator, I lost a lot of nerves and strength: he allegedly was unaware that they had acquiring, either he was deliberately pretending, or he had personal reasons for that. My Turkish friend made a phone call, and they gave us something to eat before the hotel restaurant closed, and then we went to withdraw money.
Late at night, I squandered 3 with 3 children!!! hours around the county in unsuccessful attempts to withdraw cash at night to pay for the hotel.
I asked this receptionist several times if it was possible to pay for the room by acquiring, but at first he said that he did not know what it was (I had a Russian-Turkish translator turned on), and then he said that they did not have such a thing, you can only pay in cash at their hotel.
We arrived by force majeure, I did not plan to stay there, fires started in Turkey, I decided to leave our hotel, because . He was close to the fires, ashes were falling on his head.
So, in the end, several people from the local residents spent these 3 hours driving around all the ATMs with me, but nothing happened.
Then one of these residents went back to the hotel with us, it was already late at night, the children were very tired, hungry and wanted to sleep.
In Turkish, he explained to another, the night manager, what was going on here, and, believe me??? he just takes out the acquiring device and I pay for a second!!!!
A few words about the hotel: cigarettes are smoked in the rooms, they stink very much of tobacco smoke. Hygiene kits are complete, even a shaving machine is available. The water in the pool is cold. You can refresh yourself in the heat, but not for a long swim.
The beach of the hotel is a piece of the city beach, there is a minibus from the hotel, which does not have air conditioning. The driver will open all the windows, and it's like an air conditioner. On the beach, the umbrellas above the sun beds are located so low that it is unrealistic to lie down, as you are used to, you need to turn into a flat flounder.
And the mattresses on the sun beds are not made of the materials that are in good hotels - it's like a hot frying pan, considering that the heat was under 50, I thought it was possible to cook on such a sunbed.
A very gloomy impression of the hotel and the service, although it could have been better. I do not recommend it. Ahhh, and most importantly- this is not a budget hotel at all! You will pay the price of a good five per night in Manavgat, for example. That's why I didn't understand what to do there at all. Compared to the hotels in the area, however, it is very good.
We had a rest in September 2018. Room 209 is a standard room with a balcony. I just want to note that I do not recommend relaxing here with children, the hotel is nice, even stylish, but not practical. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by translucent glass, respectively, when you take a shower or the toilet tank is drained in the room. This may be done for newlyweds, but not for a family with a child, especially a small one. There are puddles near the shower, under the sink and toilet bowl, everything flows to the toilet bowl - the sill was structurally deficient and the sealant was spared. The water pressure is excellent, there is always hot water. The air conditioning is excellent, there is a sleep mode (it works quietly), the TV is not small, it is installed behind a mirrored panel - stylish and convenient, the channels show perfectly. It is convenient to dry a few things on the balcony, but the depth is too narrow - if you sit on a chair, your feet rest against the glass. At the same time, the surroundings are quiet, the view of the cottages and the street is surrounded by greenery of trees - in the evening it is pleasant to stand on the balcony. The sound insulation of the rooms is so-so, so I wish you quiet neighbors.
The beach for swimming is far away, 15 minutes by car, they take themselves by car. We are vacationing with a company of 6 adults and 2 children and here they have the task of how to take us to the beach, either in turn in one car, or they pay extra for the taxi themselves and take us there and back in two cars. This moment is also extremely ill-conceived. There is no specific time for the transfer to the beach, you
tell them what time you need, but if the car is busy at this time, then wait for your turn. They don't have a diet kitchen, much less a children's kitchen. Every day, rice with chicken, but delicious, you have to pay tribute. Sometimes the fish is fried, everything else is very spicy compared to Russian food. There is no baby food in stores as such, there are porridges and fruit purees in cans, there is no puree in tubes. There is no separate meat in jars either, it is in the composition with vegetables (potatoes, carrots) but immediately with pepper and cumin in the composition, and this is a diet from 8 months)) a baby cot is provided at the hotel on request, or rather a playpen. It turned out to be inconvenient for us to put both a six-month-old and a one-year-old child there. There is an armchair-bed in the room, we laid it out and put it to our bed, and we put the baby down. The pool is quite suitable for a city hotel, the water is only cold, but you get used to it. A hammam, a Jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna and a salt room are all included, of course without massages, but we were there 1-2 times for show, for a change you can go for half an hour, no more. The staff is mega-friendly, my child was surrounded by everyone's attention, in general, all Turks adore children, I am still pleasantly shocked. The location of the hotel is normal, near the embankment, but there is a rock, the beach, as I wrote earlier, is much further away. It takes half an hour by bus to the old town or to the Lara beach, the fare is 7.5 lira for two trips (round trip). That's about $1.25. In general, having drawn conclusions, it would be better for the future to stop either near Lara beach or near the center of Antalya to walk in the evenings.
