Horrendous. Receptionist did not take us to our accommodations, which were far from the reception. Sauna was out of service. Snowmobiles out of service too. The cherry on top of the cake was the restaurant. It is hard to describe how bad the service was… You have to order meals one day in advance, or so we were told… and then when at the place the waitress told us we actually had to order meals ONE WEEK in advance. She said that because she got some of our orders wrong. Don’t even think of complaining to the waitress. She’ll be arguing loudly with you for 15 minutes instead of apologising and fixing the mistake. All meals take veeeery long to be prepared, including appetisers, even french fries. White wine was hard to swallow. Red wine was atrocious. And then they ran out of white wine… and then they ran out of chicken. We were only allowed to order kebabs if the whole table ordered kebabs. No other meals. They said that they had only one cook, hence the restrictions, but I think they only have one cooking pan. Prices were quite high. It is a shame because the glamping accommodations are very nice! Beautiful, clean, neat, surrounded by snow… but the rest of the experience was laughable.
Beautiful property, nice igloo-dome glamping stays, friendly staff but very slow service, restaurant-cafe has very limited options on menu though the food and drinks were excellent, stay/tariff very expensive specially during the holidays, other activities like Baniya/snowmobile ride etc also quite overpriced, not easily accessible location, limited services available so not really a luxury stay, the large and beautiful property is the best part.
