Hello, in the beginning, when Lanzhou was opened, it was delicious, lagman is hot, a lot...recently we came to eat lagman three times, we were disappointed (((, we asked the waiter, lagman, to be hot, but they brought warm, tasteless, raw meat, it is impossible to eat...I didn't like it, we decided not to come there anymore. We bought noodles, not a piece of meat inside, horror, one tasteless noodles in broth and that's it...I don't understand why they started cooking so badly.?? We always enjoyed going to your place for lunch, dinner ...!, and now the desire has completely disappeared..terribly tasteless lagman and noodles too.

I've been there 3 times. The prices are normal, the dishes seemed too salty to me and my friends, the bread is generally the most delicious, the service is also normal. The "built-in" tips are infuriating - it's better to raise the price tag. Tips are given when the waiter suddenly distinguished himself very positively.

Очень вкусная кухня, всегда с семьёй приходим чтобы отведать остренькую фирменную лапшу. Заведение чистое и уютное очень стало после модернизации интерьера. Меню разнообразное, салатики нравятся и есть десерты для сладкоежек. Марокканский чай и челеный жасминовый чай вообще нравится тут, после довольного и сытного перекуса отлично раслабляет. Не стыдно кого-то сюда пригласить после прогулки по Атакенту, отведать хорошей еды вместо фастфуда, который на районе присутствует.

Была здесь несколько раз, вкусно, все норм. Но один случай был принесли пиццу на деревянном подносе (для пиццы) но он был заплесневелый. Администратор пришла извинилась и сказала что это ошибочно попала такая посуда, что такое не возможно и убрала со счета пиццу.
Но когда мы пришли ещё раз не помню через которое время ситуация повторилась с доской для пиццы, опять принесли пиццу на точно такой же посуде. Я опять задала вопрос на что мне точно так же ответили и обвинили девушку которая положила пиццу в такую посуду. Думаю если есть чистая посуда человек специально в грязную не положит… Если иное не предусмотрено внутренними правилами))
В общем опять извинились сказали вычтут из счета и удержат с кого то (зачем или из каких побуждений это было озвучено, не знаю 🤷🏻♀️)
Прилагаю фото ниже с последнего визита, если знала бы, то фото приложила и предыдущее (хотя я им поверила и подумала может действительно недоразумение)

Ресторан находится через дорогу от очень хорошей бани. Можно здорово попариться и прийти в этот ресторан. Очень вкусно готовят Рыбные блюда и лимонады. Соответственно, с удовольствием утолите жажду и насладитесь вкусной кухней. Персонал - дружелюбный, обстановка комфортная. Рекомендую!))

Noodles are of course made superelastic. But, having visited this particular branch one day, I was horrified by the dirty dishes in which I received my order and from the sticky table + unpleasant smell throughout the establishment. After a while I visited the branch on Arbat near SilkWay and saw a similar picture of unsanitary conditions. Since then, I have not entered Lanzhou, nor any branches. I was very disappointed. After all, noodles are delicious and not expensive.

Люблю это заведение, но на Атакенте была впервые, заказали комбо, приносили всё отдельно с большими перерывами. Салаты еле дождались. Летнюю лапшу вообще ждали 40 минут. Фирменная лапша без ничего,тупо бульон, немного мяса и бульон, ни овощей,пару зелени плавали и всё. Гуйру Лагман мяса 3 шт.буквально. Летнюю лапшу ждали долго, в итого только она сообвествовала и внешне и вкусом. В общем думала ресторан Ланджоу это круто. Оказалось фудкорт в торговых центрах намного вкуснее и лучше.

Terrible service, ordered a branded lagman, the waiter took the request and disappeared for 40 minutes, then brought gravy and disappeared again for 20 minutes.
In general, while the dough from Lagman was brought, the gravy has cooled down.
