I don't know how it is for a small city in Kazakhstan, but by Russian standards the prices are as affordable as possible, the food is very tasty.
If we count in rubles, then we all ate 2500 rubles, so we somehow left and ordered pizza with us, because after the border we still have 600 km to go home.
The service is fast, there is ample free parking, even at lunchtime.

Цены весьма доступные, но с вентиляцией и охлаждением беда, на веранде очень душно. Лапша и пирожки-манты сочные вкусные, лапшой объелись, именно сытно, высоких блюд нет, после такого насыщенного обеда только спать, жареные манты не понравились вкус пропадает. Сервировка хоть проста, но очень самобытна, интересно и есть с таких тарелок и наблюдать выкладку, и при этом это место считается кафе быстрого питания. Минус только за духоту

An unusual kitchen, when the portions were opened, there were more! Now 20g of meat per serving of noodles is 2 thin slices that dissolve in so much salted broth. And yes, the broth has been very salty lately, it burns your lips from salt...
It's better to add a normal amount of meat and noodles to the dish!!!

Побывал во многих кафешках этой сети (Алматы, Семей, Павлодар, Астаны, Петропавловск). Считаю, что обслуживание и качество еды на высоком уровне в сравнении с другими. Находится в кинотеатре Казахстан. Можно совместить приятное с полезным!

Достаточно дешево и неожиданно вкусно. Это конечно не ресторан, поэтому ждать идеального сервиса и кристальной чистоты не стоит, но блюда в целом вкусные, порции большие и в целом все очень порядочно
