It's a very nice place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The owner and staff are very polite and pleasant people. Upon check-in, we upgraded the room from economy to standard for free. And in principle, we were accommodating in everything, for example, we made a discount on the extension of our stay.
The breakfasts were light and good, my young man didn't have enough, it was just right for me, they really liked it.
The hotel itself is on a quiet street, not far from the center. Nothing prevents you from sleeping. It will take 10-15 minutes to get to the good beaches, but this is not very critical.
We should have stopped here again.

We were very satisfied with the hotel!
1. Stunning view from the room (the hotel is located on a hill)
2. Privacy and tranquility, while walking slowly to the center for 7 minutes
3. Attentive and helpful staff, the hotel owner is a very pleasant person - he always helped with all questions!
4. Delicious breakfasts (I tried cooking with pepper for the first time)
5. It is possible to use a washing machine
I definitely recommend you to visit the hotel of prosperity and development!

Pros: Excellent rooms and views on the floors above the second floor. There is no privacy on the first floor (the street is nearby, people walk by), the smell of a cat litter (there are a lot of cats in the Porridge). The rooms themselves are comfortable and cozy enough (again, there will be a very spacious balcony on the second floor and above, possibly with a view of the sea).
Cons: weird breakfast. If you take it for one, it will generally do, there are traditional olives, omelet, cheese with honey. But if you are with your family, then a disproportionate number of people will be brought to everyone and there will be significantly less food for one.
