The income of the specified legal entity and the salaries of its employees are above all praise, in connection with which you can afford to lick clients and play with numbers when you see that the client is ready to use the services. And the only thing that saves Lankor is that the problem is really being fixed, although not significant, but for a lot of money.

I strongly recommend not to visit this car center, since everything that was done there had to be redone at another service station, starting from brakes, suspension,chassis to a timing kit, apparently there was a staff turnover, there was no one to repair cars.

they will forget about the discount,
they can count both the vacuum cleaner and the washing of the pile mat;
the towbar wiring will not be fully connected after installation;
will they scratch the dashboard during the alarm installation, as well as isolate the black wires with blue "Orthodox" duct tape or will they not install the alarm end cap to open the hood!? (I noticed it well myself);
the company's recall will not be fully fulfilled (tightening the bolts securing the brackets of the rear stabilizer bar) - over time, a knock appeared (eliminated),
a crack in the radio after a 2-3-fold replacement of Glonass, agreed to polish the body in return, but did not fully fulfill their conditions;
installation of sound insulation - redone, where they tried to pull the non-stretched.
There were some unpleasant flaws everywhere. Maybe because I would have done it better and more accurately, BUT THE GUARANTEE.
From the last one. Tire service. They sign black alloy wheels with white paint in prominent places, and the font is the top line of the vision check table.
And so... I ask you to erase the inscription "PO", and show it on the wheel (it was visible when handing over the car).

Winter wheels with discs were taken in packages. For the summer of 2022, I had new discs with sensors and new tires installed. It's scary to imagine that they wrote to me about the inner diameter of the wheel:)

04/13.22 I turned to them to make a computer diagnosis on the car as the error indicator lit up, the diagnosis was carried out and a conclusion was made about replacing the mixture composition sensor at the DPF outlet, I paid for the diagnosis (and not cheap) and left. I bought and changed the sensor elsewhere (the price they set for the sensor was greatly overestimated), but the problem did not go away. I came to them again, they messed around all day, the problem was not solved and they did not come up with anything better than to declare that the sensor was either wrong or defective (the versions were constantly changing), I contacted them with the spare parts supplier from whom I bought, it turned out that the sensor was original and in general they get them from the same source. Then I offered to order and change this sensor from them, if they are so sure that I installed the wrong one, to which the head of the service station personally told me that they refuse to service my car.
Based on the above, I recommend that all motorists contact a trusted service station or on the recommendation of your friends and acquaintances.
AND AVOID THE LANCORE CAR CENTER!!!
