I don't understand why there are so many good reviews.Perhaps if you book directly, it really comes out inexpensive. We bought a ticket through an agency and paid a very decent amount for accommodation (without meals) and flight, if we add the cost of meals here, then we could relax in a good hotel in Turkey for the resulting amount. We had a rest in early July 2024.We arrived at night, met us well, and that was the end of all the positive things. When we woke up in the morning, we decided to drink tea and coffee, but unfortunately we couldn't, because the kettle just wasn't working. One of the glasses was standing with a huge crack. The hostess didn't answer the phone, I texted her. Yes, it was all replaced, but only after we returned from the beach. And in the morning I had to run around the houses and look for a kettle. I just don't understand this attitude. You know perfectly well that it's check-in today, why don't you check the kettle and dishes. The house itself is very small, I didn't have enough of everything in it (a closet, a table with chairs, a TV, a large mirror). Get ready to do the cleaning yourself. Linen and towels will be changed for you only if you ask (by the way, they are all stained and very old). Some insects are constantly crawling in the house. The shower looks terrible, the toilet practically does not flush. The cabins are located right by the highway, so if you are used to sleeping in silence, then forget about it for a while. Plus, the owner's dogs are constantly barking, and by the way, they just run around the territory. The sea is really just 5 minutes away. When I saw the beach, I wanted to turn around and leave, but unfortunately there is no other way. The village itself is just a remote village, you can go to bed at 8 pm. There is absolutely no entertainment in the village, except for the sea. What can we say about Abkhazia in general, very beautiful nature, that's all. There is simply zero service.In general, if you are not picky and the lack of service does not frighten you, then in principle you can settle in these houses. If not, then you're definitely not here.

A wonderful hotel. Comfortable houses with everything you need: a room, a shower, furniture, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, chairs with a table on the cozy veranda. We arrived at the Land of soul Hotel late in the evening. Everything was ready in the room for the arrival of the guests. There were fresh fruits on the bedside table, which was very helpful. All issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Competent administrator Mary: will help, prompt, solve problems. I really want to return to the Country of Soul Hotel.

A wonderful place to relax, wonderful hosts, warm, responsive, decent. I want to come back and stay longer. The taxi works like clockwork. There are all the necessary conditions for a good rest. Behind the mountains, the air is clean, the sea is across the road. There are no problems with the products. There are many places in Athos where there is a great cuisine with really good service. Thanks to Mary and her family for everything! I wish there were more people like that!

A pleasant place, comfortable and cozy houses.
The sea is across the street, beaches for every taste. There are few people there, despite August.
The only point is the proximity to the road, so there is audibility. But this was initially indicated on all resources.
New Athos is almost a 30-minute walk away - this is a big plus.

They were in early August 2023. We really liked it. The most excellent administrator, Mary, solves all issues very correctly. A very positive person. We stayed at the Provence lodge) good location. It was very hot, but the barbecue area was saved by the coolness in the shade of the trees and from the flowing stream. We hope to return. We will recommend this place

Excellent price-quality ratio. The cabin has everything you need if you are not going to sit in it for the whole vacation. Shower (there are claims to cleanliness))), condee, bed and shelves. It's strange that in the absence of a locker and empty walls, you can't nail a few nails so that you can hang things, because there were enough hangers. And they didn't take out the garbage. I had to put it in the kitchen(
But all these are small things, in general, it's not bad, the location, the sea and the price. A friendly meeting.

A very warm welcome, very much! Wonderful hostess Mary and her whole family!
The hotel complex consists of 9 cottages, one of which is a communal kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils: pans, pots, knives, skewers, as well as: 2-burner tiles, microwave, iron, hair dryer.
Behind the houses there is a shaded area with trees, swings and wooden furniture for picnics and recreation.
The barbecue area.
Each house is an individual structure, that is, you have a completely separate house, you can't hear the neighbors (the houses are not built wall to wall, as in many places).
The beach is a 3-minute walk across the federal highway, in fact a regular single-lane road (read rustic), which does not pose the slightest problem.
The beach is 100 times BETTER than New Athos. There are few people, the water is clean. A feeling of peace and isolation. There is a cafe on the beach.
To sum up: I RECOMMEND IT! 100% sure!
If you are looking for a rest for the soul, comfort and tranquility "like a grandmother in the village" with a sea view - you urgently need to come here!

A wonderful place to relax!. The sea is nearby, the mountains are nearby. (So it visually seems). New Athos is a 10-minute walk away, if desired, by taxi or bus. There are many cafes nearby, home cooking. The beach has both pebbles and sand. Quiet and peaceful. I had a rest in August 2021

We are resting now in one of the cabins. Everything is fine. Wonderful hosts. There is a store nearby, prices are cheaper than ours in Rostov.
Everything is convenient and comfortable. We extended it for another 6 days👍
