A cozy, clean hotel. We lived on the 3rd floor, a room with a terrace and side sea view, quite spacious. The room has everything for the comfort of the residents: towels, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, cups, mugs, electric kettle. Also on the 1st floor there is a separate kitchen with a microwave and all appliances. For 4 days of stay, we had 1 cleaning done . Clean drinking water can be poured near the stairs on the 1st floor. The beach is nearby (1-line). The hostess is friendly and polite. Central Park is about 20 minutes away at a quiet pace. I definitely recommend the hotel!

A great guest house. Clear. Good mattresses and pillows. Good WiFi throughout the territory. Friendly owners.
