I was undergoing treatment on systemic retinoids and, with a fairly severe deterioration in the tests, I was unable to make an appointment and discuss my health status. I had to cancel them on my own at home due to a sharp deterioration in my well-being)Of course, the doctor responds on Instagram and tries to help, but of course this is not the case where you can do without a couple of messages. The doctor also indicated to make an appointment as soon as possible in order not to miss the moment and change the treatment to external, on the very first day of the appointment it was not possible to make an appointment before the end of the next month, which actually contradicts high-quality and correct treatment after drug withdrawal. Weekends are for nonresidents only. If you work in government agencies and are unable to arrive during working hours on a weekday, even if you have already started treatment, go ahead and think for yourself what to take and how to continue. There are no backup windows for special cases (just the same, for example, in case of a sharp deterioration in health or withdrawal of medications). Artificially created demand by improper organization of activities . The issue of recording with primary clients is one thing. But when taking complex medications, every patient should be under control, and I shouldn't be calling and begging to be admitted. The doctor of dermatology prescribed treatment. After 2 weeks, there was a deterioration, all tests were passed. It is unrealistic to get to the doctor for a second consultation. It's been 2 months, then call on Friday, then on Saturday. Now call me in 3 weeks on the 21st-22nd. It feels like this center is not about health, but about getting a manicure. The patient is deteriorating, it is impossible to get a second paid consultation and administrators shrug their hands. It feels like we've gone back 10 years. In general, if the prescribed treatment at this center did not work out, you are more likely to be helped by a doctor at a hospital or other private center than you will receive a second consultation. Because, to make an appointment for a repeat consultation, you need to complete a quest: call on a certain day in the month and at the right time to get through. And if you are lucky and you get through, then you will be recorded after some time, if not, wait a month again. But if suddenly it happens that you will not be able to come to the appointment on the appointed day, then you will have to wait for the next appointment for a long time.
