A cozy place on a quiet street 10 minutes from Aya Sofia. Friendly staff, clean room. In principle, we wanted to live in the very center of the historical part, but without noise and crowds; to walk all day, come and immediately fall asleep, everything came together here. On the opposite side is the Marmara Sea, the embankment. There are trains running nearby, but we didn't hear them at all, either we were tired or they weren't driving so noisily. The T1 tram stop is nearby. There are many cafes and grocery stores. The breakfast was not very satisfying, we went once, there was no more desire. Overall, 5 points for the location, cordiality and pleasant emotions, I would like to come back again.

Nice hotel, located in the tourist area of Istanbul. There is a bus stop nearby, 15 minutes to the tram (which is more relevant for Istanbul ) . The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. there are many Cafes nearby , the prices are tourist . special thanks to the hotel administrator, knows Russian, is responsive, suggested restaurants and good exchangers, will always go to a meeting

I liked the location, but it's still not easy to climb, there are paving stones everywhere. Although all the sights are nearby, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to them. The embankment is also not far away. All requests made at the reception were granted. Upon arrival, we decided to change the room and take it with a balcony overlooking the sea. They paid extra on the spot and changed it for us without any questions. They asked for a kettle, and they brought it. They asked for a blanket, and they brought it. Nothing was denied. Thanks a lot for that! Everything in the room was working properly.
We stayed there for 6 days. The room has never been cleaned. Sometimes the trash was taken out, and then not always. The towel and bed linen were not changed. The number is old. And very simple. There was no place to dry a towel, no battery. The floor was never washed at all during our stay. The toilet paper didn't arrive when it ran out. Of course, we only came to the room to take a shower and spend the night, but nevertheless we want to return to a tidy room with clean towels.

Good location, clean rooms. But we did not take into account the presence of a bridge (steps) over the railway tracks on the way to the hotel, which is not very convenient if there are large suitcases.

We rested at the hotel from 07.12 to 10.12. 2023.
We took accommodation without breakfast.
We were satisfied.
First, the location. A 10-minute walk at a slow pace to the most important places of historical Istanbul.
Secondly, the staff is very friendly. We arrived at two o'clock in the morning, they were waiting for us and quickly settled into a clean, cozy room with a sea view, as we wrote in the wishes when booking. We left at four in the morning. They helped us to call a taxi and load our things into the car.
Thirdly, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception who are ready to prompt and show you how and where to go.
We got into rainy weather. We were offered umbrellas for a walk. And when they asked for a kettle, tea bags and sugar were immediately brought to us along with the kettle. It was very pleasant, especially after a long hike in the rain.
Yes, I agree that the hotel needs renovation. But it's not critical if you're not going to live in it for months. And it's very normal to stay for a week or two.
Thank you for the cozy shelter!!))) We plan to return for a few days in the spring.

Nice cozy hotel. The interiors are in oriental style. Although more space and chic were expected from the suite, it was more like a standard.
I really liked the shower.
The cleaning is average, a lot of dust was left.
The kettle, tea, sugar, as well as the iron and board must be asked separately.
Administrator Zaki is a great fellow! It is very pleasant to communicate with him, he always helps in any way he can.
The location is not very convenient, you have to walk a lot on the stone pavement. And if you go, you will suffer in the narrow streets.
We booked on the Island. It's a mess with pictures of the rooms. The Deluxe has both family, standard, and deluxe rooms. As a result, we did not get what we expected. Be careful!
Breakfast sucks, I don't recommend it.
In general, anyone who wants good service and a cozy room in Fatiha, I recommend it
