A wonderful hotel with a large list of advantages, but with its own nuances.
+ Very tasty and varied food. Wonderful desserts.
The design of the hotel is very stylish and modern. I always want to take pictures.
The location is perfect. There is everything nearby.
The room was cleaned decently, but at the end of the vacation they stopped putting a towel for their feet.
- among the disadvantages, the beach has been marked more than once, the passage to it and the embankment is really through a dusty, dirty "wasteland". Well, this moment, although it did not bother, but this passage looks completely unpresentable. The beach itself has a big disadvantage primarily due to the number of marine activities. We were in the middle of October, there were a lot of free sunbeds, but there was simply no desire to stay there. Both the view and the water left much to be desired because of this. But there are a lot of beach clubs on the embankment, I don't want to choose.
Another small nuance is that there is no Russian-speaking staff, no one even knows a couple of phrases. But there were no problems because of this. The staff is nice, rather neutral. Personally, we liked everything from start to finish. I recommend the hotel, the advantages outweigh the minor drawbacks a hundred times.

The hotel is great. It is small in size, but very cozy. A cool pool, with a completely quiet audience. There are many tourists from Europe. The staff is friendly, helpful, they solve everything quickly, they will help you find everything you need. The beach is small, but it has a good shore, the entrance to the sea is convenient, clear water, without turbidity....very nice deck chairs. The sun at the end of October is great!! The water in the sea is certainly not very warm, 24-25 degrees, who is very thermophilic, does not climb ....not like in Asia, in the evening the water is warmer, by 16-16:30.

Everything is fine! Magnificent modern rooms. Breakfasts, lunch and dinners are varied and always have meat, fish, chicken!
Most of the guests are Europeans, an average plus.
It's very cool that you can take a break from children's screams and tantrums (there are almost no families with children here)
There were enough places on the beach in June, but then I think it will be more difficult.
The location in Marmaris itself is excellent. Everything is close, in the center
