We were in the middle of October, there were a lot of free sunbeds, but there was simply no desire to stay there. Both the view and the water left much to be desired because of this. But there are a lot of beach clubs on the embankment, I don't want to choose.
Another small nuance is that there is no Russian-speaking staff, no one even knows a couple of phrases. But there were no problems because of this. The staff is nice, rather neutral. Personally, we liked everything from start to finish. I recommend the hotel, the advantages outweigh the minor drawbacks a hundred times.

Check-in: the rooms are checked in no earlier than 14:00. At 13:55, the check-in manager informs us that an error has occurred in their "smart system" and there are no available rooms.
We were offered a 1-night check-in at a nearby hotel (Seren Sari). We came to see this hotel. It's a little old bedbug. They refused to check in, returned to the hotel lobby. We were offered another hotel nearby, we immediately refused. After our two rejections, surprisingly, our hotel room was ready in 15 minutes. It was unclear what it was. We recommend that you do not agree to such alternatives, because they are clearly worse and inconvenient. And, most likely, it was a hoax about the "smart system".
Cleaning: The rooms are cleaned every day with a change of towels. The bed linen was supposed to be changed every three days, but this did not happen. On the 4th day, we took off the bed linen ourselves and defiantly left it on the bed. It worked, the linen was changed.
Dining room: clean, beautiful place. But some furniture needs to be replaced. The equipment on the tables is 1 napkin per guest, appliances, sugar and stirrers. You bring the food yourself, drinks can be brought on request.
What was very frustrating: 90% of the dishes are dirty and beaten. I had to literally put 5-8 plates aside in a row to find a more or less decent one (the greasy bottom of the plate, finger stains on the whole plate, pieces of dried food). We informed the kitchen manager about this, he only took the plates and did not react in any way, the situation was not corrected.
Food: monotonous, the dishes are the same every day. There are no more edible options for us personally, but it's a matter of taste. I liked beef, rice, vegetables and some snacks (baked peppers, yogurt with pesto, tuna with corn).
Desserts are not edible. A bunch of sponge cake with buttercream. "Cheesecakes" are kind of gelatinous. But here, too, who has what taste. Many of the hotel's guests enjoyed eating.
Pool: a small pool, but cozy. There are no comments on it. You can swim and relax. There are all kinds of air mattresses, etc., they are given out on a general basis to all guests.
Sun beds are all occupied at the earliest possible time, but there have never been any problems finding a free sunbed / two.
Towel change, bars: all on time. The opening hours are indicated on flyers, which are issued to everyone upon check-in.
Employees: some are attentive and courteous, some don't care about their work. A banal example: one pours the sawed carefully so as not to stain the glass, the other pours on the dump and fills the glass with his hands and gives it to you in this form.
Room: comfortable, has air conditioning, TV, kettle, refrigerator, safe. They give out a cosmetic kit (gel, shampoo, soap, hats, etc.), slippers. The bed linen is worn. With pellets, spots (yellow, etc.). A blanket for a double bed was given a one-and-a-half-bed, this affected the quality of sleep.
There was one small trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. We had to put other garbage just on the floor and wait for it to be picked up during the next daily cleaning.
The safe is paid, the TV package is also available. We didn't use it.
There is no Wi-Fi in the room, you need to buy it. For Wi-Fi, we gave ~ 700 liras (7 days) for the entire vacation.
IMPORTANT: when paying, they offer to pay for one or two people. Take it for one person if you have two devices. You should not overpay for two, because one password is designed for two devices. If there are more devices, proceed from this.
City: accessibility is super. Almost every day we went to coffee shops (freedonia coffee and Starbucks), a check for two drinks ~ 200 liras.
There are many grocery stores, souvenir shops, etc. nearby. Almost every day, walking around the city, we walked 10-15k steps.
One disadvantage: nearby (if the windows of the room overlook the road) there is a cafe - The ledbury, in it from 20:30 to 01:00 every day a party with loud music began. The music did not change at all during all 7 days of rest, we learned their playlist and for the next year we will definitely not listen to what was in it.
The beach: the beach sucks. It takes 2-3 minutes to reach it, but you pass through a vacant lot where boats are being repaired (it stinks of all kinds of oils, etc., dirty). The beach itself is also small, the sun beds are almost all occupied, but there were no problems finding free ones either. The beach itself is dirty, there is a sea of cigarette butts, paper and other rubbish in the stony sand. As a result, we were at sea 4-5 times during the entire vacation period. The whole horizon (and it is very beautiful) is cluttered with all sorts of bananas, pills and other entertainment nonsense, as well as restaurant piers. I didn't like it either, it's uncomfortable to swim in the sea, all this eats up the beautiful surface of the sea. The beaches in Alanya are better, I didn't like Marmaris.
Hotel residents: 90% of the tourists at the hotel are elderly and elderly people. There are few young people and parents with children. This does not affect the quality of rest in any way, but apparently the hotel is very popular among such a contingent. Well, 95% of the guests are foreigners (British), there are very few Russian guests (we met two other couples besides us and that's it).
Conclusion: there are disadvantages, but the hotel itself is not bad. Would you come back here again? Probably not.

We rested in this hotel from 06/26/22 to 07/05/22, the hotel is excellent, the food is delicious, varied, you will never stay hungry. We were comfortable. At the reception, the Russian-speaking administrator Victoria - any issue was resolved in 5 minutes. We took minibuses to the center of Marmaris - 10 lira- 35 rubles for our money (they run every 2 minutes).I recommend this hotel to visit, clean and comfortable.

Dear hotel manager, I ask you to consider this complaint and take urgent action! We have a company of 16 people and we are all dissatisfied with the work of two of your employees! The reception is ENGIN and the bartender with a high Halil ponytail.
Now we will describe several situations that have occurred during these 9 days that we are resting here: from 08/24/21-03/09/2021.
Saturday, 25.09-the second day I arrived, alone! Engin found my Personal mobile phone number in the system and started writing to me on What's app! He did it without my request, on his own, I got free Wi-Fi in the room. I didn't ask him to do that! In general, such a connection costs $ 3 per day. And at the same time he threatened that if he saw me with another man, he would turn off the Internet. I don't care. I didn't ask to turn it on, I don't need it. That's what I wrote to him.
Then he wrote to me that let's go check how the Internet works in your room and that he wants to swim with me. I have all the correspondence.
The next day, he asked where I was. I said on the beach. He wrote to me, I didn't answer, I left the hotel and there was no Internet, and I don't think it's necessary to communicate with someone else's guy just like that. He took it to the beach. And he was angry that I didn't answer him. Then he sat by my sunbed while I was sunbathing with a friend and her parents and waited for us to go swimming. What for? He says 20 minutes have passed! Let's go! I said no! He left angry.
After that, he said nasty things every day and began to molest my friends, with whom we became friends and talked with the company at the hotel! I was picking on the little things.

He burst into the room without warning and without apologies, where we were taking pictures in the pool and having a cultural time-chatting, he started pushing the guys out of the pool, out of the room! We were at our friend's room with a swimming pool. He started swearing! And push the guy! Then he grabbed the expensive phone (iPhone 12) and swung his hand at the guy! And threw the phone on the floor! Do you consider this normal professional behavior? This is terrible! After this, this employee should be dismissed in disgrace!!!!!! There is a video proof! We can contact our embassy and your embassy and your hotel will be closed! Do you really need to ruin the reputation of a good hotel like this, do you need other good workers to suffer because of two people?
He intimidates the Russians, but he can't intimidate us! He threatened that he would be waiting at the hotel after 12 at night! We went to the club at 22, while we were waiting for all the guys near the hotel, ENGIN ran out and took a picture of the guy he was threatening and our whole company. ???!!!

THE DISTANCE from the sea and the beach - they write 1 line, but in FACT 4!!! YOU go through the hotel, the road, then a large wasteland, from right to left you go through 3 hotels, so there is a 4 LINE! There are always no sun beds! The sea is always full of people. We went to take sun beds at 7:30-8:00 in the morning, swam in the beautiful sea like warm milk and went to breakfast.
The SEA is clean, cool, at the beginning of the sand, then deep-good.
There is a paid beach to the left of the hotel beach, we then went there. There are always places there and there are few people in the sea.
THE HOTEL, THE ROOMS - The hotel itself is nice, modern, not small.
The Standard room with a large bed, in a modern style, is cleaned every day, but not always well, the bottles are changed as soon as you run out. Water is put in 2 bottles every day.
The food and kitchen staff are responsive and cool! The food is varied. Delicious.
A cool guy TAMIR, always helped in the restaurant, occupied good tables for us, the restaurant administrator, at the reception they refused to provide us with an IRON, but Tamir found it and gave it for free. Strange. But thanks a lot!
SAFE-you can use it, but for a FEE, as in many places! but! The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel! So in five-star hotels, the safe is mostly free. In fact, everything in this hotel is paid. And no one speaks Russian, they don't understand you, or pretend to. It's good that I speak English.
The guys did not pay for the SAFE, they said you did not warn that it was paid and they did not take money from them, everything is in fact.
