The unique location between the river and the lake. Rich flora and fauna.
The numbers are common for basic Turkish fives. Cleaning is good, then only changing towels and folding blankets. The air conditioner was clogged with dust, it had not been cleaned... never. The technician did not understand why he was accelerating and then slowing down. He said to use the small mode. But when I washed the filters, it worked normally.
The beach is about a kilometer away. The hotel bus takes about 5 minutes. The bus runs every 20-40 minutes.
The pool is not bad, there are several aqua parks and a dedicated children's water park. In the pool, the stairs are in a dead state, they are staggering, be careful.
The beach is large, with two hotels, sand on top, and a small pebble in the surf area.
In the afternoon, they cut watermelon, bake gozleme and make quite a decent lunch.
The main disadvantage is boredom. There seems to be animation, but apart from water gymnastics and water polo with darts, and minidisko with music, there is no entertainment on the terrace for an hour. There was not a single person at the night disco for a week.
The case is beaten by life in places, where there are cracks, where the wallpaper is moving away, where the lamps are not lit. Elevators are often under repair.
Staff with severe mood swings. Sometimes they are joking and straight nyashki, and sometimes they are just drooping and not even looking.
The hotel is not suitable for everyone, either those who are tired of socializing, or those who amuse themselves. The rest will be frankly bored (including children).

The food is incomparable, delicious, very diverse, there is a lot of everything both in the hotel and on the beach, an endless stream. Decision - they speak excellent Russian, are very friendly, try to help as much as possible in solving any issues. The staff is all very kind and smiling. The room is clean and cozy enough (with some exceptions - tulle with a hole and a bedside table for a refrigerator with cracked and swollen wood) otherwise, all the furniture, lighting - everything is very decent (linen change 1 time in 3 days). The bus to the beach is on schedule - quite convenient, but the bus itself is very old))), but the main thing is on the go)))
The sea is clean, warm, in the middle of October the water is + 28!!!! The trestles on the beach are clean. Unlimited drinks and water both at the hotel and on the beach. A very large and comfortable entrance group. A large clean pool, a variety of music and unobtrusive animators. A very pleasant and sociable guide who is always in touch (Pegasus, Julia) we are only on vacation for 4 days, it feels like two weeks is a complete relaxation! A solid five!!!

The hotel is super! The rooms are gorgeous! The bar in the room was always replenished. The food is great, we liked everything, no complaints, alcohol is also good. The children were also very satisfied.
Of the cons: there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, there was something two in one in large dispensers for my hair, it's hell, but I took mine with me so it wasn't a minus for us
And the distance from the sea is 1.5 km. You can't sit by the sea on stuffy evenings, but this did not upset us either, since we love to walk and in the evenings we sat on the sea until dark and then just walked on foot since the transfer no longer went

The hotel itself is super, beautiful entrance, hall and rooms are clean and tidy
We were with the child, provided a playpen, and a crib, but we did not take the crib, the child slept with us.

I had a rest from May 16 to May 19 (hot tour ) I wanted to get a nice tan and I flew away . The hotel is excellent, the food is excellent, breakfast for 4 , dinner for 5. The hotel is very compact, we had the 5th floor of the 4th building from the balcony you could see the mountains, the river. entertainment for every taste and children and young people will find entertainment for themselves. It takes 16-20 minutes to walk to the beach , in May it was cool in the morning , in the heat I think it will be difficult , the bus to the beach is 5 minutes and you are on the beach , the beach is ordinary , the sand is the entrance to the sea , small Pebbles . The food on the beach was excellent ( we didn 't even go to lunch , there was a full lunch . But the music in the bar is playing so loudly ( it felt like it was on purpose, no matter who was sitting there ) the sea is great. Cleaned every day, clean room . Polite staff, my resume is as follows: on a hot tour, such a hotel is great for me , the price was 70,000 for two , I would not have gone more expensive . I prefer Fethiye and Oludeniz more.

Nice hotel!
A completely normal room, I got a double and a single bed (for 3), spacious, good bathroom, balcony with a view of nature - palm trees, mountains - beauty:)
Of the cons: cool and pastel - thin sheet (April 10th, 10-23 degrees), so I turned on the air conditioner; the floors were not particularly clean; there was not enough light bulb lighting; there was no kettle; there was no bottled water in the room and there were no coolers on the floor.
There is a hair dryer, a refrigerator.
According to nutrition, there was a buffet system, breakfast and dinner (without alcohol, but you can take the full all inclusive, there are various options for food packages), a lot of dishes, in general, there is everything for every taste, in terms of quality and taste - 4 out of 5. There is water in soft plastic, so to speak, glasses - you can take it to your room :)
From entertainment, there is karaoke - it takes place in a large hall, without dim lights, food and drinks, in general - it feels like some kind of competition :) not the same as in the representation of a "karaoke establishment", in time from 21 to 22.
From 22-23, the club opens, a small, dark interior, friendly bartenders, alcohol at the price of norms, wine is not tasty, there is no food, music is nothing like that (Asti and Miyagi played at least, ahahha), in general, norms)
On the street, leaving the lobby, there is a hookah area, hookahs are modern, tobacco only - al faker, adalia. The price is $ 15, 480 in lira is normal.
Nice territory, there is a swimming pool with aqua slides, location next to the beach (there is a beach) 5-10 minutes from the hotel, next to the hotel in 2 minutes there are two shops with food, alcohol, hygiene products, souvenirs ... (it works exactly until 23:00).

The hotel is nice, big, there are a lot of people, but there were no queues anywhere, there was air conditioning in the lobby,
drinks, fruits, sweets all the time. There are all kinds of drinks at the bar.There was always enough food in the restaurant, the food was delicious and varied. The room is normal, the bar was replenished every day, the cleaning was so-so, but we didn't leave tips, maybe that's why we didn't really try. The sea is great, the beach is great. The transfer to the beach is not stressful, just 5 minutes by bus. You can walk, but you didn't want to drag yourself for 20 minutes in the heat.

We were at the hotel from May 21 to May 31, 24. It's an amazing place. The rooms are clean, the food is varied, the staff is friendly. And most importantly, the hotel has a spa, combined Turkish and Roman steam rooms. For a fee, you can purchase a massage course, which we did. Massage therapists do their job efficiently. I definitely recommend using massage services, I have never had such an amazing massage) I will definitely return to this hotel.

I recently vacationed at this hotel, I'll start with the pros:
1. A varied diet, this is clearly well done. I want to note that even vegans will find something to eat - there is a lot of choice of greens. The only desserts for 4 are not all delicious
2. I liked the beach- it is well equipped, shower, toilet- everything is nearby. The lunches are also good - fish, tortillas, vegetables, watermelons. Drinks- coffee is delicious.
The sea is delightful and warm. The beach is sandy. Sun beds are generally more comfortable than on the nearby beach.
3. suitable for family holidays - for children there is a playground with a soft surface, children's slides, a children's swimming area, a game room with vending machines;
Everything is quite compactly located - you don't have to go too far somewhere from the pool to the restaurant and to the room
4. In general, the rooms themselves look fresh and have a nice design. But it is best that the windows do not overlook the pool - the music will play until 00 at night. For those who want to sleep at lunch or go to bed early is definitely not an option.
5. The pool is large and there are good slides.
1. Now about the cons - there are a lot of people in the season, just crowds. During the week, it was never possible to find a free sunbed before 16 o'clock, many people stupidly occupy places with a towel and do not come.
It is difficult to find a free table in a restaurant if you do not come to the opening. It is impossible to walk calmly and choose dishes, someone is always trampling underfoot, just an anthill, it is still very noisy, respectively. There are more tables available on the street, but there is constant smoking from all sides - some people are not even embarrassed that there are small children around.
2. We were put in a room with an air conditioner that was not working properly - it was terribly hot, the problem was solved for a long time until they demanded to change the room. We spent the night in the heat for two days. And in another room, the air conditioner arbitrarily changed the temperature. It feels like the air conditioners are 20 years old- it's time to change them a long time ago, for 5 stars it's a shame.
3. The pillows are terribly uncomfortable. There was no shampoo, gel, etc. in the bathroom. There was also a smell of sewage periodically.
4. Terribly intrusive workers at the spa imposed their services from the first day and they do not understand the refusals, they had to constantly avoid them and because of this there was no desire even to go to the free hammam at the hotel. The same thing happens on the beach - parachute flights and other water activities are imposed.
5. The sea is a five-minute drive away- the bus goes often, but it is old, dirty and without air conditioning - it is hard in the heat of +38-40 degrees, the road is sandy and clouds of dust and dirt fly at you.
6. Very loud music near the pool and in the bar with it - it feels like eating faster and not staying too long
7. On the beach, smokers are annoying people who don't care that other people are around, although there is a semblance of a smoking room. Instead of sea air, you have to breathe toxic fumes. There will be smoking neighbors with children in front, behind and to the side.
8. There is nowhere to walk, the hotel territory is very small, literally a sidewalk one and a half meters wide and then a wasteland.
To sum up, if you want peace, quiet rest and unobtrusive service, you definitely are not here. Suitable for families with children for a maximum of a week and then out of season. Or if you have a limited budget. In general, despite all these inconveniences, I was able to relax, but I definitely don't want to come back here.

For a $baksheesh, they gave a room with a view of the pool, but they didn't check in before 14. The hotel is on the stop. Check-in from under the exit. They cleaned every other time, but the towels were changed every day and the minibar was replenished. When I read about nutrition, you won't stay hungry, that's exactly this option! This is the first time we come across such a food system, when normal and delicious dishes are served only once, for the opening of the restaurant and no longer bring! Breakfast, lunch, dinner - the scheme is the same. We don't get up early, and leaving the beach earlier for food is nonsense, so we didn't get any delicacies. There has never been meat in its pure form, only mixed with something, a honeycomb with minced meat. There was chicken sometimes, the fish was the cheapest and overcooked, dry. No sea bass, no Dorado, no trout! This is the first time! And there is no grill on the street! 1 time I really worked, I was given charred chicken parts. Although I think there is bolognese in any hotel, there is not! Would you like some spaghetti? Then only with Neapolitan sauce (diluted tomato paste) Baklava is cool, as always, for dinner, I had it a couple of times for lunch, and the rest of the set of desserts is something shaky, like jelly souffle, painted in all the colors of the rainbow. Saving on nutrition per person! We came to the opening for lunch on the day of arrival, when we were waiting for the room. There were shrimp and mussels! That's it, we've never seen it again)) and for breakfast, how is it without croissants? They bake them themselves and it doesn't seem expensive! And let's go on a tour, we went to breakfast for the opening, oops! Here are the croissants! Also, only 1 time they were eaten) I liked that the restaurant has a self-service bar. You come and take as much as you need: soda, beer, wine-3 colors, champagne. For dinner, more raki is added. No need to ask the waiter and wait 3 years for him to bring you drinks. The waiters are zombies, they see that you have come and are looking for a table, and they are all with new tablecloths, but without appliances! They don't care. We took it ourselves at their tables several times. By the way, many people did this. Shocked by the dirty pool! It seems to be cleaned in the evening, I saw it, but the water is still muddy and there is sand at the bottom! Slides, it was scary to climb, the whole structure is rusty, solid corrosion! Apparently very old. There is a wasteland and a narrow river in the district, along which yachts somehow cruise. The Green Canyon tour is great, but you have to take beer with you!) It turned out that this is a nature reserve and the sale of alcohol is prohibited even on yachts! Would I have come there again? Probably not.

I've been to this hotel twice (September and May) and I'm planning more. Ultra all inclusive is my simple paradise. Varied food, drinks, constantly updated mini-bar in the room. The service is daily, towels are changed 1 time in 3 days, bed linen 1 time in 2 days. There is a sauna, a hammam, two swimming pools, everything is as in the pictures. A children's area and a mini-water park, daytime animation, karaoke shows, magic shows, dance groups every evening. The windows of the rooms overlook either the pool, the river, or the road. There is a bus stop near the hotel - you can safely go either to Side or to Manavgat. Of the cons, the beach is a little far away, but everything is decided by the bus, which rides every 15 minutes.

I stayed at this hotel from 04/09/2024 to 04/16/2024 and was generally satisfied with the quality of service and accommodation at this hotel. I really liked the interiors and interior decoration of the hotel, the lobby bar, the reception. The room is clean, tidy, has a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, palm trees and the Manavgat River. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, I would add only slippers, water and a bathrobe, everything else is there. As for the food, it's just a delight, I've never seen so much food on the buffet, a diverse selection of dishes, snacks, vegetables, fruits, Turkish sweets - for every taste. Shuttles want to get to the beach according to the schedule, but you can also walk and walk there. The beach is equipped and clean. We got to the nearest town of Manavgat by minibus number 2, 15 minutes and on the spot, there are many shops, boutiques and cafes. I thank all the hotel staff for their hospitality. We had a family vacation in the period from 25.06 to 03.07 in 2024. There were quite mixed feelings from staying at the hotel, unfortunately not for the better.
At first glance, the hotel really looks like 5 stars:
A fresh renovation in the lobby and its fairly large territory divided into conditional locations.
The room (at least with us) is modernly renovated, with new furniture and a TV. Of the disadvantages, in principle, only the sagging laminate near the TV table.
The min bar was replenished daily (two cans of 0.33 beer, two forfeits, two cokes, juices, water)
A large beach, two hotels (ours and Port River), which is regularly visited by a large bus. It takes a long time to walk (we went once and that was enough). There are always plenty of sunbeds. The entrance to the sea is sandy and pebbly (not Cleopatra, of course, but generally normal).
A large restaurant, as many have written, with a lot of food, but there is a huge question about quality and variety. It's practically the same thing every day. Meat is sometimes beef, which was not enough for everyone. The fish is constantly overcooked, white and bony. It seemed like it was red once, but it quickly disappeared. Macaroni, mashed potatoes, and cheeses are indeed in abundance, but there are plenty of them in any three. The dishes are chipped and broken through one. Sometimes not completely washed (coffee, etc.).
Cocktails at the bar are for fans of all sorts of colored stuff, while having a good bottled beer.
Cleaning is daily, but the quality leaves much to be desired. The floors were either washed, or not, I bent down to get the cream that fell under the bed, so there's generally a tumbleweed))) Paper will be put, then forgotten. It's the same story with gel.
On the fourth or fifth day, the room access card stopped working. I had to go down to the reception to carry out some manipulations with her. By the way, the card is all battered and stratified, but this is one of the first impressions of the hotel))
One day, towards the end of the rest, they found a cot in the room that had not been ordered. They were informed immediately at the reception. They apologized, promised to clean in the morning, because it's already evening and there are not enough staff. As a result, it stood for 3 days, and was not cleaned before our departure.
The hood of the outdoor grill throws air through the pipe directly onto the playground (in the evening, a stable smell of burnt meat is provided).
The mini-water park is not bad, but when climbing the steps there is no confidence in their reliability.
Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel.
There is no negative or special attitude towards Russians, as some reviews wrote. You communicate normally and treat you accordingly as well.
Communication: mixed Russian - English.

In general, the hotel is not bad, but it is not 5 stars primarily in terms of service. Closer to 4, and in some places even 3. In general, there are places where it is necessary to raise the level.

What I didn't like was the very mediocre "room cleaning" - it only included replenishing the bar and "hanging a foot towel on the dryer." That's it. That's all. The dust from the open windows did not evaporate anywhere, the plumbing and mirrors were not touched, fresh towels were not seen.
And I also didn't have to use the children's pool - not only is it in the shade most of the day, it is also constantly cooled by the attraction when ice water drains from the barrel when filling. Of course, it's always cold there.

The food is simple, delicious , fish , meat , vegetables, desserts. The beach is a bit far, the shuttle runs every 15 minutes, it's not stressful for us. The beach is dirty , cigarette butts in the sand , bottles , the sea is gorgeous , the most gorgeous . Now the most interesting thing is, if you are young guys, active , partying , funny, you will be bored, for pensioners, couples with children, that's it!! There is no animation, there is nothing outside the hotel, if you do not set a goal to drink the whole vacation in the lobby, I think this is not your option. Music is turned on in the evening for 1 hour in the shisha bar!! Everyone is sitting on their phones and drinking!!
The shopping center is 20 minutes away by minibus.

The free bus from the hotel goes to the beach every 30 minutes, the bus is old. I really liked the hotel:clean, polite, smiling staff, good food, decent animation both day and evening.

Cons: upon check-in, we were given a room in which the lock did not work, we waited for them to come and make it (check-in was late, we did not wash from the road, did not rest ) . Then it turned out that the bed was all stained with a photo of the pillow attached! They asked to replace it - they brought another pillowcase , the one with holes . When asked that blankets and a duvet cover were needed, they replied that this was a problem. But in the end they brought it - but the covers were in holes , the clothes themselves were stained . They said we replenish the bar every day - we open it empty .
Cleaning was done every day, but towels and bed linen were not changed (we stayed 7 nights) . The service is just at 0!!!
The rooms have poor sound insulation.
Animation is a C grade , it 's a bit boring .
The hotel itself is on the outskirts, there is nothing really around except the neighboring hotels. We went for a walk to the city on the embankment , 30 minutes by minibus to it . Poor lighting at night . It is better not to leave the hotel.Plus , there is a stable nearby , and occasionally sips manure from there .
There is a shuttle service from the hotel that goes to the sea every 20 minutes. The trip itself is no more than 7 minutes , but without air conditioning and on a dusty road .
I would not recommend this hotel. It's not worth 5 stars
