Excellent location relative to Bang Tao beach. Beautiful, new apartments. The room has a full set of cutlery, pots and dishes. A fairly large refrigerator. We rented a studio room, the hall is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. All the furniture is new and of good quality. We had a good vacation. We plan to rent apartments in Laguna Skypark next year.

We rented an apartment in October 2024 from MyHomePhuket on the 6th floor. You can't have parties in the complex, and that's great. Because there is no sound insulation at all. The complex is beautiful. There are swimming pools and barbecue areas on the roof. We really liked it. You can go to the beach through a wonderful park. The Lagoon area itself is very beautiful, clean and well maintained. The passage to the apartments has not been thought out - there is no separate entrance for pedestrians. but the guards always raise the barrier for pedestrians with a smile, too. There are not enough shops in the complex with some minimal set - water, bread, milk, yoghurts.... But everything can be bought in Laguna village - this is the nearest shopping area, 15 minutes on foot. The apartment on the 1st floor has a public toilet, where, among other things, you can wash your feet after the beach. We had a washing machine in the apartment, but on the 1st floor there are public washing machines and a coin changer. The views from the roof are beautiful. The path for the beach is a miracle, but if you go through Dusit, there will be a construction site in 2024. We walked through the villas, that is, we turned right. There are sidewalks!!!! It is very comfortable to walk and (!) We were ready for that. It is also comfortable to walk in Chongtal. I repeat - there are sidewalks here! The very first one you will meet is 7/11 on the right and a little to the left there is an open restaurant of European cuisine. There is a night market in ChonGtal on Friday.. Well, go for fun. On Saturday and Sunday there is a night market in Laguna village. Unfortunately, fruits are not sold nearby on other days. Something has changed, previously the fruits were right on the beach.
