a good location, we rented an apartment on the ground floor with a terrace, there is a Playground, rooftop pools, 7-10 minutes walk to the sea, 5-7 minutes to the nearest store. There are a lot of greenery, mostly family residents - quiet, calm. The only thing I didn't like was there is nowhere to hide from the sun by the pools - there are no canopies or umbrellas

Not a typical Asia. Well-maintained area, clean, not crowded, cozy, the beach is a 20-minute walk away. They live mostly in families.

Beautiful condominium, in a great location. Fresh renovation. Beautiful finishes, everything is thought out, comfortable ergonomics even in the smallest apartments. The roof is a test!
