I ordered and paid 100% of the amount for the closet and 25p.delivery 15.10.2024 17.10.SMS arrived, completed and delivered to the courier!!!!!. Today is 29.10.24, but there is NO product and the courier does not inform about the delivery date. It is not known where the goods are transported!!! Terrible service!!!!! I didn't get any results from my calls to the site's hotline. One says one thing, the other says another. I am very dissatisfied with the service and will no longer order goods through the online store and not only!!!! Delivery in Belarus takes 11 days!!!.Horror. The main thing is to pay IMMEDIATELY😡

Terrible service! Think about it before you order something. According to the preliminary conversation, it took 15 days to expect delivery. We took the prepayment! But there is a clause in the contract that unilaterally may increase the delivery time! Be careful! The bed arrived 3 weeks later, but there is still no mattress. Although we ordered a combo promotion! And now we have to wait for an indefinite period for the mattress to appear.
