The service is excellent! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Every time I drive past the city, I try to stop at least for the night (I transit at least 5-7 times a year). Every time everything is clean, tidy, polite and understanding. The rooms are ALWAYS clean, smoke-free, and odorless. There is everything you need (slippers, "soap and soap" accessories, towels, etc.). There is a breakfast for an inexpensive price, very hearty and varied. It is an ideal option for rest and overnight stay!
The cuisine in the cafe is delicious (the serving of dishes needs to be accelerated), fresh, varied.

The hotel is on the 4th floor. On the 1st floor there is a cafe, on the second there is a gym, on the third there is a spa, a swimming pool and a banquet hall. I didn't come in, I can't say anything. The rooms are not bad. It depends on what you expect from her. The suite opposite the reception is quite isolated from the neighbors, but you will always hear the incoming and outgoing visitors. A suite is certainly not a suite, if compared with a Holiday, for example. But quite often, they are cleaned on demand. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, tea cups, glasses. You take drinking water either in a cooler during the course, or a 5 liter bottle near the pantry. 3 towels, a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, slippers, a bathrobe, liquid soap, a roll of toilet paper. The shower stalls are of course already "tired", the doors don't really close, the water runs from all the holes. The chairs are uncomfortable for long-term sitting - wicker, and there is also a rattan rocking chair in the suite. But the whole bed is boiling white, the bed does not creak, the mattress is good. Breakfast is not included in the price. You pay for it separately. And if you do not want to go down to the 1st floor to eat, then for 200 tenge they will bring it to your room. Dinner can also be ordered from the room menu. By the way, the dinner is very good. Dumplings with cherries for 1100 tenge - top!. The girls at the reception are helpful and helpful. If there are heavy suitcases, they will take you to the elevator, which opens onto the backyard. If you get to the weekend, you can "attend" the banquet on the 3rd floor. The audibility is excellent. But at exactly 23 o'clock everything turns off. So it's cozy enough.

Unfortunately, it was very difficult to do this, since the rooms were all occupied. A clean and cozy hotel with a kind of entertainment complex. The room stock is small. He lived in "junior suites", in which there are two single beds. In addition to beds, the room has a refrigerator, a kettle, a table, two chairs, a TV and air conditioning. The layouts and rooms are not the same, but they are similar - in one there was a closet, and the table was closer to the bathroom, and in the other there was no closet and the table stood against the wall in the center. The shower is not very convenient - a fixed pipe is made without a flexible hose, i.e. water flows only from above. Some of the rooms are located around the lobby hall and you can clearly hear what is happening there, namely, the children who spent time there interfered with me.
The staff is very friendly and polite.
There is a closed parking lot, there is an elevator leading to this parking lot, and the hotel itself is on the 4th floor, near the bus stop, 4 stops to the city center.
The hotel may not be perfect, but it's really good.
