It's a very noisy place. Children scream, run around and, in violation of the rules, dive into the water from the side (however, adults too). I've seen people spit and blow their noses right into the pool several times. There is a duty officer with a megaphone, but he prefers to sit in the shade and not react to violations. Low-pitched music is turned on at full volume, so that it is impossible to talk. Umbrellas are few and, as a rule, they are broken. The staff is sluggish, customers are not noticed. At the bar, we had to wait a long time for a drink that had already been paid for at the checkout - five bartenders were free, but did not approach, pretending not to notice. They stirred when I started filming this mess on camera. After that, the boorish manager (called himself Stanislav) came up with the questions "What were you shooting for?" Instead of trying to reason with his idlers in the bar, he tried to point out that I was allegedly illegally filming, scaring with some kind of contract that I allegedly signed at the entrance. In general, it is a bad and unfriendly place. I won't set foot there anymore. I don't recommend going there.
Another negative feature of the water park management is the categorical rejection of criticism. Instead of admitting their mistakes, which are rightly pointed out to them, they strike a pose and begin to deny everything, accusing the client - like, the fool himself. It's very annoying. All in all, a striking example of anti-business. I hope they will soon go bankrupt and cease their meaningless existence.

Attention, irrecommended! It is not recommended to visit! The slides don't work, there are two of them here))) At the entrance, water is taken away to sell 6 times more expensive inside. The cashiers counted incorrectly, we had to explain how many of us were on our fingers, stubbornly considered the baby an adult. Well, to top it off, if you are not Kazakh, then they will touch you for any reason: the baby is not in swimming trunks - they will call the police, we are not standing there, we are not sitting there, although the sunbeds are in the common area. The administrator and the senior lifeguard do not pay attention to Kazakh children in underpants, suits, etc. But they were herding us, walking next to us. Then the police were called because the child was wearing panties. The food here is expensive, you can't take it with you. You'd better go to Rixos, not here. The shock of the visit, the word zero does not smell of hospitality

We went with the whole family, we liked everything! Especially that in the city and you don't have to go to hell in the middle of nowhere, the slides are cool, the child was satisfied) Yes, you can't have your own food, but for obvious reasons, this is the case in all water parks. Unfortunately, the conditions are unsanitary. The restrooms were cleaned at most twice a day. There are a lot of people. There are a lot of long black hair and other debris at the bottom of the pools. It stank terribly a couple of times, I suspect it was from a garbage truck, but it's not clear why the garbage is taken away when the water park is open. Not the main thing, they take their food, but it's very scary to eat what they sell. For example, in a morse or compote, we got some kind of midges, apparently they swam.
