A small water park. I liked that the occupancy rate was low. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat properly, because the assortment includes only fast food. All in all, it's a nice place to visit for a change.

Let's just say there are five slides, for every taste, color, age and degree of fearlessness)) The children's area is usually very crowded throughout the day. The adult pool is completely free until lunch. Closer to lunch, entertainment for children, music. It's hard to be in the afternoon: noisy, crowded, dirty. On weekends, it's much earlier. There is a bar and a food court on site. We were in August - there was a strong smell of mud from the sea in the lower part, at least you can breathe in the upper part. Well, and ... the contingent, let's say, is not clean and sometimes ill-mannered. They can throw garbage nearby, spray it from head to toe, wipe their belongings with your towel. But this is not a question for the water park, but rather for the local culture. Just for information.

A great water park for children. The area for small children is Pirate Island, amazing. The children almost never left there. And the wave pool is good💪

The water park is open from 10.00 to 20.00.
1.Before visiting the water park, you must take slippers, shower detergents and a minimum of food for children (apple, Agusha, banana, they will not miss it anymore).
2. Upon arrival, your belongings will be passed through the scanner, drinks and food will not be allowed.
3. At the reception, you sign the rules for visiting the water park, pay 6000 tenge per person and receive bracelets. You can put money on them to pay for meals, cash or otherwise payment is not accepted
4. Locker rooms are locked with wristbands. The changing rooms have showers and toilets.
5. Towels on the bracelet can be obtained already inside the water park, and used ones can be returned there.
6. There are two pools in the water park - for children (there is a wave mode that turns on once an hour) and an adult (there is a Jacuzzi), a children's complex, slides for adults and children. Separate food area. It is better to go there before lunch or later, so as not to run into crowds of vacationers.
In general, I liked it, there are a lot of umbrellas and shade, there are enough sun beds (we were there on weekdays). The food is delicious, there are hot dogs, pizza, burgers, barbecue, beer, Cola pepsi, etc

There are 2 swimming pools in this water park. Undulating and quiet, but with 3 jacuzzis. The water is clean and warm, which is very important for us. You can do it with your vests and circles. There are many rescuers. Rescuers are doing their job very carefully. There is a bar, there is a cafe, but this year there were 2 times and both times there was no coffee. But everything else about the kitchen is perfect. But this year the toilets and showers are less clean than last year. The water is warm in the shower!

We were deployed not at the entrance gate, but at the entrance doors of the water park. The guard said that there were not enough lockers for visitors. And they give bracelets from lockers to every visitor. Usually, except for shorts and T-shirts, there is nowhere else to put in the locker. And the family mostly uses only 1 locker, and the rest of the lockers are empty. I witnessed swearing and arguments due to the fact that people bought tickets online and unwrapped them upon arrival.

A dangerous place! I don't advise anyone.
We visited the park on 07/06-23, my husband (80kg) flew off the slide, broke his head, the child is in shock, I am 40 years old (50kg) - they did not let me on any adult slide (with tubing), although they took an adult fare for the ticket.
I'll tell you more about it. First, before the ticket office, you stand in line and sign a piece of paper with the rules (read carefully! It says, for example, that if your weight is less than 60kg, then you do not go on adult slides, but pay as an adult at the same time). For example, I don't weigh much, but I love water parks, I've been to many and I've seen this for the 1st time - they weighed me 3 times and didn't let me on any slide with tubing, because I'll get stuck, and this is an extra job for the "rescuers". From experience, I can say - yes, it happened to go sooo slowly on calmer slides than in this water park, but low speed is minor trouble, you just push off and crawl. But high speed is a big problem.
We went with my husband (weight 80kg) down the hill on a mattress, stood in line for 10 minutes, no one warned him about the restrictions, weighed him and did not prevent his departure (as I had before). I braked, my husband did not, flying into the side of the slide with my head and smashing my forehead (I had to sew it up). The medical center has no sign, there was no doctor on site...
the wave pool is overflowing with children and adults, which can also lead to accidents, but vests are not provided in the water park.
In general, the complete disappointment of visiting the Lagoon: a bunch of some ridiculous requirements and no security.
