We were at the homecoming party. The evening started at 6 o'clock, for about an hour we sat without music, in a wild hum, there was a feeling that you were in the dining room. The receptionist is really rude, behaves with the guests as if she is haggling in the market. We watched the situation as the hot food was served, the administrator juggled the plates while shouting at the staff, again like in the market, which is absolutely unprofessional on her part. The waiters set the table and disappeared, no one came up, no one cleaned anything.It's hot and disgusting! There are no special comments on cold appetizers. Everything was very expensive for such an institution. If you want to spend the evening not in a good institution, but in a canteen, then you go to the Lagoon!!! I don't advise ANYONE. This evening was a success only and only thanks to the company. Of the staff, you can really thank only the cloakroom attendant, well, the tortured, intimidated, apparently by the same administrator, waiters.
My mother celebrated her friend's birthday at the same institution and was also dissatisfied with both the cuisine and the attitude of the administrator, but our grandmother was satisfied with the wake (not her own) in the Lagoon.
We were here with classmates for the homecoming evening. They paid 70 rubles each, but there was not much to eat, the cuts were generally smeared on 4 thin slices of three types of meat on a plate, the hot was not tasty, asparagus beans were everywhere, both hot and in salads. With such a price tag, they also tore off 5 rubles for admission. The music would have been normal if it hadn't been for a guy and a girl who sang all the songs like in karaoke, buried in a laptop. The guy sang well, but the girl didn't sing at all. So it was also worth ordering a song for 5 rubles. But we sat well, the main thing is the company;)
We were at the Laguna on 08/05/2017 for a wedding. The room and the atmosphere are good, but the work of the waiters was "amazing"! The table was set in advance at 14.00 and the waiters apparently decided that they should not approach us anymore. Empty plates from under the snack had to be cleaned themselves, after asking the guests to replace the plates with clean ones, they were met with misunderstanding and rudeness, and about the replacement (after 5 hours of stay!!!) I don't say anything about cutlery and glasses at all, as if this is some kind of news. When it was time for the cake, they just brought us a pile of plates and put them on the edge of the table, and we arranged and cleaned everything ourselves. If it hadn't been a wedding, we would have behaved differently, but we didn't want to spoil the holiday.
The food is delicious, the fish dishes are especially delicious. Sausage slices are smeared on plates. The hot dishes are capacious and hearty. The kebab is delicious.
The music is terrible, the guests had to drink a lot to enjoy such music.
The kitchen is good, there is a summer terrace, a place next to the park. Everything is fine to have a nice evening and in the afternoon you can meet with a girlfriend.
It was very expensive, and it was impossible to pick up the meat on a fork. The administrator is inadequate, rude. I had unpleasant impressions after visiting this place.
